      This service doesnt deserve a star but I think thats the lowest I can do. We contacted them to address a bat extrusion and cleanup in our attic last summer. The first 2 guys showed up and threw one bat cone up and said theyd be back because they didnt bring tall enough ladders. These 2 come back a few weeks later to clean the insulation out of the attic but cant get the vacuum working so they leave. They come back a few days later and again cant get the vacuum working. After a few hours of hanging out they call for help. 3 more guys show up but they cant get it all done because they wasted so much time so they have to come back the next week. The next week 3 trucks pull into my driveway but nobody gets out for an hour. They get the vacuum out and work for a half hour and decide to take a break. A fourth guy shows up and I find them all laying in the grass outside my house. They only have 20 minutes of work left so I tell them fire it up and I go into the attic to finish the job while they hang out. After cleanup I ask them why they havent put up the bat cones to get the bats removed. Turns out theyre all scared of heights and wont go up there but they claim they have to send another guy out. They all leave with one guy having never lifted a finger the entire time. After calling and complaining no less than 5 times they finally send a guy out to put up the cones. He puts them up and says h*** be back in 2 weeks to reseal the house. Never saw or heard from them again. At this point I might as well do it myself. This was all through the ***************, ******** location. Everytime I call back the operator claims the line to the service manager is busy and they never call back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A DISGRACE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

      Terminix has been a disaster, from misrepresenting a home we purchase on a ************************* Destroying Insect Inspection Report. The previous owner had a Terminix contract for 4 years and in ************************************************************************** the wood floors. The Inspection Report did not list ANY floor damage or any evidence. Terminix said the previous owner's contract may cover the damaged floor OR we might have to take out an annual contract. In order to get floors repaired we signed an annual contract, but over a month later the claims department denied the claim for repairs. After Discs were placed around the outside of the house on March 6, 2023, but on March 27th active termites were discovered by a private wood repair specialist. The technician came out March 28th and placed discs inside, but the wall is an interior wall of the patio and Terminix did not do any drilling in the patio. On March 6th discs had been placed in the grass about 12 feet away. This company should be the last resort as to termite protection.

      Ridiculous service and awful communication. So frustrated and wasted too much time! I never got a response after reporting the problems to customer service and my one-year service was canceled without notifying me. Have reported this to the ************************* as there is no way to communicate with this company! I really hope I could give a 0-star review...

      I was helping a family member and had to be at their residence for Terminix to do some work. When they were finished, I paid on my credit card for the service with the understanding that this would only be used once, and the other family member would be paying the monthly fees going forward which she did set up with Terminix. Terminix has repeatedly charged my credit card over and over again for charges. I have spoken to them multiple times to refund and stop but they can't get correct it. Just recently they charged me $820 for a service call that I had nothing to do with and keep giving me excuses as to why they have not refunded me yet. They are an incompetent company with no regard for consumer service.

      I did not receive a call back as Terminix promised to but called myself and asked for someone in the billing department to call. When the called me back they said they paid me which they had not. Also the person had the thought it was resolved back on March 20th. They also did not know what credit card to put the money back on. I told them that was all incorrect and they said that they would have to research it and call me back again. What a colossal mess of a company.

      Highly disappointed with the service quality and dishonesty provided by Terminix. I had a rat in my rental that was removed by another company and decided to hire a quality company with good reputation to eliminate any issues with rats going forward. Terminix came out and said we had an "infestation" and quoted sealing the house and exclusion for $1800. The job of sealing the house was done with poor workmanship including black foam to seal external cracks and wire meshing to mend a hole in the wall in the garage. Eve nthe renter was surprised at the quality of work. When I contacted Terminix, they mentioned that sealing the house wasn't going to be "re-model" ready, but I did assume it would be somewhat professional. I went by the house a couple of weeks later and found a small amount of droppings in the attic, but saw no evidence of an "infestation" including no odors, etc. Regardless, I let Terminix come out several other times to check the traps to complete the exclusion. After several trips, the tech mentioned to the renter that he doubted there was ever more than just the one rat. When I contacted the original inspector for evidence of the infestation, he said his phone was cleared and per Terminix policy, even one rat is considered an infestation. I was very frustrated with this comment because when I was first called with the assessment, they made it seem like I had rats all over and the renters were in danger including the children. He even mentioned that the insulation needed to be pulled and everything decontaminated. I basically paid $1800 for some black foam, meshing to cover a hole in the wall, and a few traps that were a waste of time. Terminix should train their people that the definition of infestation is the presence of an unusually large number of insects or animals in a place, typically so as to cause damage or disease, not a few rat droppings and a some small gaps in a 40 year old house. SCAM.

      So this has been an ongoing issue since August 2022. My mom and I both had our services for our houses together under the same account. I sold my house in August 2022. We called and cancelled my services on my old home ONLY. We even called back to confirm it was only my house that was cancelled. We are now finding out they cancelled my mom's house's pest and mosquito services, but not the termite because they wrote down her house also sold. Which doesn't make sense because why would we keep the termite services only on a house we sold? Because of the time of the year we assumed that the services were put on hold for the winter, but are now finding they cancelled services. We tried calling to have them reinstated because this was Terminix's mistake, but they won't because it's been too long because we didn't realize it had happened. They are saying we have to pay the startup costs again and have the home reinspected. We just want our services reinstated from their mistake, but their service is a joke because you can't even talk to the local office.

      Had terminix come out literally was at my house for 20 minutes for roaches never took time or cared will never recommend them to anyone should have just went with orkin in first place

      Paid $15,000 for a sump pump, humidifier, and moisture barrier only to get a bill one year later stating I needed to pay $390 to extend my warranty who does that. So what terminix is satin is their work is only good for one year. Never again
