  Do not use this terminix, after being a customer for 3 years. Asked for a termite letter to sell house, was quoted over phone $150, they charged $327. I asked to speak with branch manager to discuss price discrepancy. He would never call me. Day before closing I found out the letter they provided was not legal. I called to get correct letter and was told I needed to pay. I stated I would pay full price because I needed to close but still wanted to discuss with manager. At that point I was informed the local branch would not provide the letter whether I paid or not. This caused me to rush and try to find another company to do the letter. I will never use terminix again. I would suggest you dont as well. If they would do this to a 3 year happy customer then they will do it to anyone.

  This company is a scam! We signed a contract for exclusion and pest control in March 2022. The guy had to be told what was in the contract in order for him to do it, lied about work that he said had been done that was confirmed by a separate pest control guy to have NOT been done, it was like pulling teeth to talk to customer service or get anyone to come out and finish the job, and they still haven't. They were to replace the garage seal and strung us along with saying it wasn't in for months. He was supposed to do outside exclusion, which I was told was strips of metal that went under the siding to prevent mice from getting in. 6 months later, the guy finally came back WITH HIS BOSS WATCHING OVER HIM to make sure it was done and it was not metal strips, it was just spray foam. We paid about $3000 for work that was barely done, not finished and awful customer service. My husband did more work to get rid of the mice than these people did! It was a hassle to cancel our contract, and we even closed our bank account to prevent these people from taking anymore of our money because we don't trust that they actually cancelled the contract. I actively tell people NOT to hire Terminix & will leave awful reviews anywhere I can so no one else gets scammed by this company. I'd love to get even a little bit of our money back, but these people don't care. They'll take your money and run. Don't trust them. Don't hire them.

  We had a very professional guy name ****, he came in and inspected house inside and out. We have small black ants. He treated our surroundings and crawl space. He will also recommend any other issues- that is up to you to proceed with recommendations.

  This company failed to discontinue my service when requested. They charged my account 2 more times after cancellation. I received an e-mail in January stating they would refund my 2 payments. They have yet to do this. I am tired of calling them. It took me 12 calls to discontinue my service. I have requested the refund 3 times to no avail.

  We have been faithful Terminix customers for three decades at two different locations. In the past two years, quality of service from this branch of Terminix has steadily declined. There is a high turnaround in personnel. Some technicians are not thorough, and unreliable. One of them behaved erratically. We have been rescheduled or forgotten many times for requested extra service when pests were identifies, despite being a part of our annual contract. When specifically asking not to come certain days for service (such as 3/18/2023), clear requests are ignored. It is also near to impossible to contact the local branch directly: you have to leave a message through the national customer service number who is not allowed to share local numbers. We are still waiting for a call back from the branch manager, weeks after leaving such message. Given the unprofessional performance of Terminix over the last two years, we have now decided to terminate our contract and go with another company. This is the first time in my life I reach out to the Better Business Bureau but feel it is important to alert everyone of Terminixs current unprofessionalism.

  The initial person that brought me into my contract LIED so that I would sign the agreement and once the agreement was signed he didnt provide the service he said he would. The initial ****** said that he would return to check the traps that he sat but he has still yet to do so and that was almost 3 to 6 months ago. I would like to cancel my agreement based up HIS LYING. I only have one star because it wouldn't allow me to give zero stars.

  Technician never showed up to the site, filled a fake report and charged for a service they never performed. Have been calling for three days to speak to a manager and no one is ever available to speak or returns my calls. **************** representative said I should be satisfied since they would do another service free of charge, but there is nothing free they are just rescheduling an appointment to perform a service I already paid for but that never happened. DISHONEST technicians, with ZERO CREDIBILITY.

  I wish there is less than one star All i can say Terminix is huge scam operation i made a huge mistake about ************************************************************************************ a guarantee for a year. If it ever returned, they will re-fumigate the house or give me a full refund but three weeks after the treatment I found live termite. They lied to me and told me that wasnt the one they treated my house for then after a lot of digging and checking different companies, they said, whenever is wood pellets thats mean it is Drywood termites, and when I found again and again Drywood them they dont send anybody right away then when the person come to the house thats if they show up they claim this is not a Drywood termite because they need to see the live even though they showed up three months after I called them when there was live termites. Im sick and tired of their lies and they wont admit it because they know they are lying but they keep training professional liars to come to your house rip you off and steal your money then they will not care about you.from now on I will seek justice in court

  Unethical practices. They will pretty up their wording however they want to on here, but at the end of the day, their employees and managers are knowingly lying to people about what a contract says in order to get you to hurry up and sign it and that is unethical. Further, lying to someone in person about having termites in order to get them to buy a prevention plan is also unethical. They do not care about their customers, they care about money.
