5 stars**** inspected our crawl space encapsulization and recommended some needed repairs/upgrades. He was very professional and pleasant, truly a great representative for Terminix--couldn' t be more pleased with him and his company.Terminix

1 starThis company has been uncooperative in assisting to forward a refund due on my account.Here is my frustrating story with this horrible company:I received a notification for renewal on my account which expired on January 31, 2023 which I promptly paid September 2022. Approximately 2 weeks later an annual inspection was performed. Two days after this inspection workmen at my residence discovered an infestation of terminates. I immediately notified Terminex. A technician came to my residence 2 WEEKS LATER for a treatment and advised they would return in a week and a half for an additional treatment. In the interim, a technician came 3 days later to evaluate a revision on coverage, from the liquid defense system I currently had and prepaid for 2 YEARS, to a subterranean termite baiting system. I requested that the 2 year prepaid amount be credited towards this contract going forward. The technician indicated that he would check into this matter and advise if this request could be processed. He never called, therefore, I went ahead and requested credit on prepayment for the 2 ************ Plan. To date the only refund processed was for 2024..I am still awaiting a resolution for 2023, which amounts to $307.80.I have made at least a dozen calls, spoken to several customer service representatives, the local manager of Terminex and a regional advocate in an attempt to resolve this issue.Terminix

1 starThis business took my money and then barely serviced my account. They were hired to take care of a mouse problem we discovered in a new property we purchased. After coming inside 3 months in a row, they stopped. Then I got a service order they had come on a Saturday and serviced us from 10:09 to 10:32. Strangely they never appear on my ring camera in front of my house and the paperwork says we were not available for signature. I have ring cam footage showing my grocery delivery arriving at 10:15 that same day. I never saw them or their vehicle. When I contacted them to rectify, they werent interested in the details. They just wanted to reschedule the service. Its like this was a common issue!! I then told them to cancel. After a 45 minute!!! Wait I was handed over to *****************, who could have cared less about the details. She asked if there was anything she could do to save my service. I replied no thank. Please cancel. From there they had the audacity to strong arm me with the contract. They took payment on my credit card for the remainder of the year - 6 months of service. I was outraged at this point and told her that was ridiculous since they hadnt been servicing me and that I would fight it out with my credit card company. She then threatened with legal action. This company has the script down. This is obviously a typical outcome for them. Buyer beware - these people are crooks!Terminix

1 stari hired terminix to rid my home of mice. worker walked around outside looking for entry points found none but sprayed outside. he came back in a couple months sprayed inside and left sticky traps for us to put down. a month later i was still seeing evidence of mice , called the company and said i wanted to terminate the service as it was not solving my problem...i was told that the worker had been out the day before so i would be charged for that visit. i stated i had been away for two days so no-one could have come to my house. i was told the worker came and sprayed outside. how is spraying outside going to get rid of mice inside, and why wasn't an appointment made to come out. i think the company is a ripoff that takes advantage of senior citizens. i would not recommend this company to anyone and feel they took my money under false pretenses...Terminix

1 star******** told me one price, overcharged me another. I called and requested phone transcripts and contract so I could review. I have been ignored or denied on all fronts. I tried to close my account early, they came and took all bait traps then charges me for a full 5 months of service. In addition to that I still have spiders and red wasp in my home and ant beds outside. I was charged monthly, but I believe I was quoted the price on the phone quarterly.Terminix

2 starsThe very first person that came to give an estimate was great. He is the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars. The tech they assigned ** was horrible. So horrible I asked for someone else. On his first visit he did not bring all his equipment he needed to complete the job nor was his "sprayer working." He said he would reschedule for us but that never happened. When I called, the person I spoke with told me we didn't have an account with them but they had clearly collected their money from my credit card. After someone else figured out that I did have an accout, they sent the same guy and he still didn't have all his equipment and was just not mentally there. I asked for someone else. Never saw that person and I only knew they had come because of the receipt they would leave. When called to cancel the service, the rep was not professional and eating ice in my ear as she was speaking to me. I do not recommend them to anyone. If you want professionals, do not call Terminix.Terminix

1 starHorrible, I have had issues since the beginning. I would have gone with ***** if I would have known it was going to be this bad. Communication is terrible, the traps they put in the ground stick out 1-2 inches. That is not normal. When I call about my bill and when it's due they told me they have to come back out because they didn't do something. Our rep then calls and says he doesn't have to come out. I think the rep we had ruined a lot of the experience for me.Terminix

1 starPoor customer service. ********************** repeatedly harassed me monthly that stating my account is overdue when my bank statement clearly shows they are taking money out of my account. When I call they want to try and say I owe money. When I give them the dates and the transaction number of when the money was taken out they still claim my account it is past due. Then they say my payment was. Late. I have automatic draft so how can it be late. The tech skips months but I still get charged and it is basically my word against theirs. Once my contract is up I will not renew and will never use these people again.Terminix
