      I would leave zero stars review if possible. The salesman sent to inspect home and create termite treatment plan was slick. He seemed honest and dependable, but apparently not. The first ********** sent after that was awful. Nice but completely incompetent in putting down termite bait stations in yard. Contract was for 21 stations-I have counted 11. He did not have all items needed to complete installation and was supposed to return the next day. He did not. Next ********** sent was nice and seemed fine. However, salesman said walls would be foamed. This ********** refused to do that and instead put up a poison feed box in a bedroom to be checked in two weeks. Three weeks later when we were out of town, he called the house phone, left a message that he was on his way, and apparently came to home anyway without actually speaking to any member of home. I guess he got mad because he never came back. Bait is still in room and unchecked; it has been nearly 6 months! In working on flower beds near home in July, I found termites! Contacted owner of ***************. His comment was that he didnt want to get rid of termite colony because another would move in?! He was suppose to call back the next day. It is now 11/30 and no phone call. What a joke! The pest control ********** was doing well, arriving on time each month but it has now been three months since he has been out to spray home.

      Hired in July 2023 to remove bats in attic. They have been out several times but as of August 2025 still had bats and never returned to finish job. Supposed to have removed all old insulation and replace with new. Finally hired new company to complete job and found out that some of the old insulation was left and covered over with new which still had bat f**** in it. Had to go to court to get all money back that I paid. Would not recommend for bat removal.

      I would rate negative 10 stars if possible. They took my money and never resolved the problem. I was always told 'someone will call you back'. No one ever did. Now I'm out $3k and have to pay another company to rid my attic of squirrels. DO NOT USE THE Terminix in *******************, **. They only want your money.

      We had Terminix come out to our house to do a rat exclusion a few years back (about 5). Today we had a small company come out to check for holes and crevices on our roof and around the house outside. The new pest control company couldnt believe the gaps they missed and was astounded that they used a chicken wire type mesh which the rats continue to crawl through on the places on our roof that join together. They also used foam on the ac entry points which the rats have chewed through. We continue to have a rat problem. We cancelled Terminix over a year ago because they were not coming out as they said they were and raised the rates with no warning. We were signed up for monthly pest control and a rat exclusion policy. The cost to take care of the rats was over *****. I would NEVER recommend this company! Stay far away and do your research with local businesses instead. Terminex, I am very disappointed that you would take advantage of people

In reviewing your account, we see that the customer purchased pest ********************** in May 2011 and exclusion service in April of 2021. We do see where there were some complaints regarding price increases; however, we do not see any complaints from the customer regarding service from the time of the initial service, to the cancellation by his son. Being that pest control was canceled in April 2023, Terminix has not serviced this property since August 2023.  Terminix is a company built on values, we serve our customers by providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed their expectations. Hopefully one day this consumer will feel differently about us.

      Do not use this company their customer service is garbage, we are paying for a service that we will not be receiving this year because every time we call they say they will not be coming in November like they are supposed too and they will not be coming until maybe March of 2026. They act like we are trying to receive free service when all we want is what we are paying for. We are always given the run around and told completely different things each time we call, this is definitely not the only issue we have been dealing with.

      Terminix is an awful company! The hoops that they make you jump through in order to cancel the service is criminal. They will confirm that your account has been closed and then youll still be billed the following months. They use a highly deceptive text, call or email scheme to keep you unable to cancel their service. Stay far away!!!

      I had a year contract for pest control. I terminated the contract after the start date. Terminix is billing an extra month-- $85. They have called about a dozen times and is threatening sending it to a collection service. They are nuts if they think I will pay it when I paid approximately $700 for the year and someone came out and sprayed 4 or 5 times-- spending no more than 5 minutes each time.

      As a small business with a few rental houses, I have used a few different termite companies and I am happy to say I am officially done with Terminix. They are one of the most expensive services with some of the worst communication and customer support. I have watched them pull up outside my home for their yearly inspection, sit in their car for a half hour, and then leave. I have been canceling service with them for 3 months now, wasting hours of my time getting them to confirm cancelation. Use a local company and ditch Terminix!

      I have *** waiting for over a month for someone to come out and complete the service that Terminix started at our home. There has been zero follow thru when it comes to the Branch Manager ***** Simonnds of our local **** office getting back to complete and explain the service or what I am even paying for. A lot of promises were made and I am tired of the broken promises to follow thru on Terminix's part. This is frustrating to say the least and it's not fair that to get m business they are very attentive and now crickets. I called the ***** number and asked for a corporate number and couldn't even get that. Is it that hard to talk to someone concerning a service that I am paying for?

      I have had an account with this ********************** for awhile now and I have never experienced the problems I am having and have had fir the past year. Every month my bill is a different amount, which i pay and I pay the amount I know i owe and every month I receive a letter saying the i have not paid my bill, even though I pay more than what the bill is. When I call to talk to someone about this I continuously get a different answer. This is every single month. I think I have gotten everything taken care of and then I get yet another letter saying I still owe. I am sick and tired of Terminex lack of knowledge when it comes to their billing department it is the worse I have ever seen. I have never dealt with a company that has no idea what it's left hand is doing let alone the right. I'm sick and tired of dealing with this over and over every single month.
