      *** with Terminix doesn't answer phone calls, doesn't return phone calls, doesn't answer emails... basically doesn't respond to any communication.I've been BEGGING for a response for nearly THREE WEEKS! He didn't send the invoice until days after the inspection. But we had to pay that day. He has been contacted by AT LEAST four different people regarding a singular house. It was a simple inspection with very straightforward paperwork that needed to be sent in. He hasn't.I don't know what office he is from, but this is in central ********. I will review every location in ** to warn people about these shady practices.

      I had an appointment on 7/30/25, I left work between the times Terminix said they would be at my house and they never showed up, called or texted me.

      When I reached out about a ***** problem at my house. I was told I was going to get somebody to come out and flush out the roaches and then if I signed up for the service, it would help me get rid of the roaches. This was in February. It is now almost August and I still have the problem. When I complained, I was told I never paid for the flush. I was only getting the service. This makes me so mad because I was mislead and lied to. I was told one thing and now I am being told another. I was already spraying my house. I have been paying all this time for something that has done nothing, something that I was already doing. I feel like I just threw all my money away and was lied to and mislead to do it. The when I complained they said oh sorry if the call center told you the wrong thing. They might not have known what they were saying. WHAT??? Would not recommend!

      If I could give zero stars I would. This has been a total nightmare and Ive made so many attempts to find out what their process was. One man finally said that they would inject the walls with dust and then he realized I was a customer and dropped off of the face of the earth so quick it wasnt funny. They care about nothing and nobody. WASPS. HORNETS, YELLOWJACKETS are not a laughing matter!

      If I could leave 0 stars I would. I paid Terminex over $1000 to get rid of a raccoon that had clawed its way into an opening in my roof. This happened in May. Before I signed on the dotted line and paid - They assured me that they would get rid of it - but it came back in June and it took 5 days of calling and pleading for someone to come to my home to take care of it. They finally did and fixed the hole and told me it was impenetrable. I just returned home from vacation 2 days ago - and there on my doorstep was a chewed off piece of screening that they had installed to protect the opening. The vermin is back - I have spent the last two days trying to get someone to talk to me - and to even get back to me. I just found out that they will not be here for another 5 days! So I have to live with this in my roof almost another week. This is unacceptable. I cannot get anyone to talk to me. It is only customer service **** whose only job it is to tell you that they will let me know when my appt will be scheduled. I have never worked with a business that treats its customers in this way. This is infuriating.

      If there was a n option for ZERO stars I wouldve chosen that. My husband and I have had the worst customer service from **********************. Making the appointment seemingly went well but that was where the positive stopped. We had a 4 hour window for an appt, 8am-noonno problem on our end, my husband made himself available to meet the tech when he was on his way. I called early around 9am to find out if we could get a little more Information about the time, as in would it be closer to noon or earlier. After being routed, rerouted and rerouted countless times I kept getting the same answer the tech is unresponsive but we will keep trying. Noon came and went, we never got a call back, I kept calling to be put off and told at some point after 1pm at this point oh the tech isnt working today, hes out sick. Again, no consideration that my husband had his whole morning tied up waiting. Our appointment was urgent in matter and this was told up front. The millionth and one customer service *** apologized for the lack of communication but then proceeded to reschedule for today (same day), understanding our urgency. New window was 1pm (even though it was already after)- 6pm. She even provided the new techs name and phone # and encouraged us to reach out to pinpoint a clearer time, which now again had an unresponsive tech. 6pm came and went with NO communication whatsoever. I will NEVER recommend Terminix to anyone. Super poor communication and customer servicebeyond disappointed EX POTENTIAL CUSTOMER!!!

      I am deeply dissatisfied with Terminix Termite services, I have requested treatment for months, technician showed up twice only to say its out of his control, his boss *** has to approved the treatment. Two months later and several phone calls still no show or call from ***. I have been a customer for well over 10 years paying 4 ********************. I cant even begin to explain how frustrating this is, each time I call its over 45 mins of back and forth. I am literally paying for no service.

      - 1 Star DO NOT USE!!!!! -- ***** *** *********** ************** Purchased a $1,300-2yr K with Terminix 4 yrs ago; paid over $200+ for annual checkups: Phone contact, and website, is not in sync with techs. Appts are made-up and/or discarded without notification to client. Terminix TWICE ********** a report re visits that never happened -- complete with a report regarding in-house and external conditions, made-up discovery of termites and suggestion for additional service. Calls to **************** are routinely rerouted back to Main menu, without ************* NOT USE TERMINIX -- AWFUL -- ***** *** ***********

      Terminix has increased saturation of TV advertising. I would imagine having been with them for four (useless) years that MANY other customers have dropped them, as I just have, after having been routinely being given the runaround re actual service. They take yer money, and do next to nothing. Communication is inconsistent and disregarded. Appointments are likewise made-up and/or discarded. I watched my Tech sit in his car for 45 mins, across the street from my house, last year, prior to our appointment. He was an hour late. If hes gonna eat lunch, Maybe he should park out-of-sight of the customer. Dont use **********************. The only thing they terminate is your bank account.

      I have had their service for two years. One of the services I paid for was an annual exclusion policy to keep mice out of my finished basement. Upon the inspection on 2/27/2025, it was noted that mice were entering the finished basement from the crawlspace area due to the crawlspace door not being sealed tightly. I was advised that they would replace the crawlspace door. After repeated requests, they never fixed the issue even though every time I called, they said they would send someone out to replace it. After my first follow-up call, someone came out to look at it and agreed the door needed to be replaced and they would schedule it. After that, they just made empty promises but never did the work. I cancelled all services when they wanted to charge me again for the annual policy.
