      I had a year contract for pest control. I terminated the contract after the start date. Terminix is billing an extra month-- $85. They have called about a dozen times and is threatening sending it to a collection service. They are nuts if they think I will pay it when I paid approximately $700 for the year and someone came out and sprayed 4 or 5 times-- spending no more than 5 minutes each time.

      As a small business with a few rental houses, I have used a few different termite companies and I am happy to say I am officially done with Terminix. They are one of the most expensive services with some of the worst communication and customer support. I have watched them pull up outside my home for their yearly inspection, sit in their car for a half hour, and then leave. I have been canceling service with them for 3 months now, wasting hours of my time getting them to confirm cancelation. Use a local company and ditch Terminix!

      I have *** waiting for over a month for someone to come out and complete the service that Terminix started at our home. There has been zero follow thru when it comes to the Branch Manager ***** Simonnds of our local **** office getting back to complete and explain the service or what I am even paying for. A lot of promises were made and I am tired of the broken promises to follow thru on Terminix's part. This is frustrating to say the least and it's not fair that to get m business they are very attentive and now crickets. I called the ***** number and asked for a corporate number and couldn't even get that. Is it that hard to talk to someone concerning a service that I am paying for?

      I have had an account with this ********************** for awhile now and I have never experienced the problems I am having and have had fir the past year. Every month my bill is a different amount, which i pay and I pay the amount I know i owe and every month I receive a letter saying the i have not paid my bill, even though I pay more than what the bill is. When I call to talk to someone about this I continuously get a different answer. This is every single month. I think I have gotten everything taken care of and then I get yet another letter saying I still owe. I am sick and tired of Terminex lack of knowledge when it comes to their billing department it is the worse I have ever seen. I have never dealt with a company that has no idea what it's left hand is doing let alone the right. I'm sick and tired of dealing with this over and over every single month.

      Called on 10/27/25 for a refinancing inspection. At 10 am Nija said it would be 24 hours before I would talk to *** for appt. At 4:01 pm on 10/28 I called back. Nija said it could take up to 48 hours possibly. He connected to ***** who said it could take 48 hours. Today is 3:58 pm and still no contact. **************** is atrocious. How hard is it to just set up an appointment. I heard this was a good company so I chose them but if this is the way they treat a first time customer I hate to see how their service is

      My first meeting with Terminix was about a year ago, came out for a mouse ********** the time seemed nice and reputable. Was supposed to come back out to check, after phones calls made with no response many months later with me being persistent was told they had another person same name in NY I am in *************. After what I thought was fixed an appointment was made to come back today, nobody showed, called left a voice message with gentleman informing him to call or I would be making my own calls. They came out said when appointment was made got kicked out because I was not found. They checked and made up a story coming through hole near sunroom. They put traps down and supposedly coming back to check. To many lies to many stories. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. No matter what there response I wont believe a word. They take your money and never come back

      Frustrating Turnaround After Five Years as a Customer Disappointed by Lack of Follow-Through Ive been a Terminix customer for five years, and initially, I always had a good experience. When I called recently to put my account on hold due to a move, the first representative assured me everything would be fine and that my account would be paused until July of next year. At that point, I thought it was all settled.Unfortunately, I kept receiving messages about technicians still being dispatched, and each subsequent call gave me a different answer. After multiple calls, I was ultimately told I'd have to cancel my service. Because of that cancellation, I lost the grandfathered pricing Id had for years.Its especially frustrating because I know these calls are recorded, so they can confirm exactly what was promised and how it was handled. After five years as a customer, this was a really disappointing way to end things. I hope they review their records and see how inconsistent the service has become. Until then, I wont be returning.

      DO NOT USE this company for wildlife removal. I've been waiting and begging for help with this problem since April 7, 2025. Today is October 28, 2025 and I still have the same problem. My account has been put in their collection Agency even though the job has not been solved. Animal/rodent is still running around in the attic and walls. So depressed!

      Operations Manager and a Terminix worker came back to survey my property for wildlife entry and found nothing. However shortly after they left the animal/rodent continued running around in the attic and walls. Even though the job isn't completed, Terminix wants to be paid $2,400 for Wildlife Removal that has never happened. No respect for the elderly and handicapped. Someone has to solve the problem because it still exists.

      I received the wrong service from them. The file on my account has incorrect information about what I asked for from the sales *** and the technician. I've been disputing the payment for 4 months. I have emails with 3 different customer service ***s, I have called them at least 10 times and been assured they will look into the dispute. Despite all of that, they sent my bill to collections even though the last email they sent literraly says "payment is disputed". The woman I called at the collection agency informed me Terminex was bought out by a bigger company called Rentakil and since then they've been getting more and more calls like this from ******** customers. So even if the service you receive is incorrect they will say "service was provided" and will charge you. Don't waste your time disputing it, they will do nothing to help you and will simply call and email you requesting payment. Easily the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life hands down. They do not care about their customers, and I have the emails and phone calls to prove it. Please, I'm begging you, go to any other business for pest control if you need it.
