      ******! I'm headed back to *****. At least they don't mind services black clients and make up any bogus reason to cancel their service. My service was cancelled supossedly due to denial of service?? I NEVER denied service....they scheduled me twice at a time WHEN NOBODY WOULD BE HOME. Each time i received the text reminder that someone would be at my home the next day i texted back advising the tech that per my conversation with the sales rep when i first signed up for Terminix, my appointments ALWAYS have to be on a Saturdays. After the first initial appointment all of that went out the window. From then on i was scheduled whenever they wanted to. I have the screenshots from both conversations and copy of email with one of their team members letting them know NO ONE WOULD BE HOME AND THAT I NEEDED A SATURDAY. I call to confirm day and time of Saturday appointment and was advised my service has been cancelled due to refusal???!!! SMH All lies!!....i never refused. I just needed a time when i would be home. That simple. And the weird thing is i have white co workers and other associates who use Terminix and are given the option to schedule service at their convenience without their service being cancelled. I will be filing a federal complaint against them next with the federal trade Commision. Their actions are not acceptable. Its 2024..please treat us equal.

      If I could give a zero star review I would. We had Terminix out to take care of a fly issue. Long story short, they cane one time for 10 minutes and charged me $260 the issue was never resolved and I called again the technician said its winter and I was asked to pay other payment of $175 and I was told they dont cover this so they have charged me with something without understanding the issue While the guy were here, he basically did absolutely nothing I have called customer service they said we will have the local manger call you he never did Terminix has charged me with over $450 with 2 visits about ******************************************************************************************************************* I know have to take them to the small court Their customer service is horrible and will not help us resolve this. Terminix is a bogus company. I hope Terminix reads this review because you should be ashamed of yourselves.

      I was with Terminix for 12+ years, I used to pay in full for years from last 8 years. I paid in Jan 2017 in advance for services of 2017 and 2018. Same I did for 2019 and 2020, 2021 and 2022.Again I paid on Jan 09,2023 for services for 2023 and 2024 in advance. All of sudden in February 2024 Terminix refused to provide me any services and demanded more $$$ from me in spite of paying in advance on January 09,2023 for services of 2023 and 2024.Management changed and they refused to accept the terms under which I paid the amount. Hence I told Terminix I don't need any services and requested to discontinue my account with immediate effect.Since then I am getting calls every week to pay them more money and also receiving invoices through mail in which they are demanding more money or else they will hand over to collection agency and flag my history.Need some help in solving this issue with Terminix since they don't want to accept there own terms and they keep harassing me for payment and also not willing to close this account without collecting $$$ for previous 8 years.Also discussed this matter one of the Service Manager at Terminix but no help.Please advice me were else I can file a complaint against Terminix for harassing me for more money and threatening me to flag my credit history.Thanks ****************

      I had them put in termite bait traps and they were due for renewal on 4/21/24. I called early to try and cancel my renewal but since it was before my last payment they for some reason could not put in the stop for renewal until I did my last payment. So after my last payment I again called them to cancel the renewal and after 45 minutes on the call I finally got through the gauntlet of customer service representatives to cancel the service. But of course we are not done yet. I get another call later and a service person at my door to do an inspection and to service the bait traps. I again had to go through another 35 minutes of call to find out why a technician is calling and coming to the house. Long story short they didn't schedule a technician to remove the traps so my service was still continuing even though I canceled it. They removed the traps the next day and then sent me a bill as well for the first months renewal to which I had to have another 30 minute call. Be wary of these types of companies that make it very easy for you to sign up but have to jump through hoops to cancel them. I would avoid this company and will never use them again.

      Horrible Service!! We scheduled to have one SMALL room treated for bedbugs. Terminix employee was very rude to my wife. He had no idea what he was talking about, He was only at the house for 20 minutes. We cleaned the entire room out thinking he would treat the whole room, looks like all he treated was a section of the base boards. We paid $1,085.00 for this small bedroom to be treated and there are still live bugs in the room after 6 days. My son has been staying in the camper until this is resolved. Very annoyed and unfortunate that we paid that much money and did not get the service that was quoted to us. We were scammed.

      I had a truly dreadful experience with Terminix pest control, largely due to the unprofessionalism exhibited by their representative, ***************************. From the moment I dialed their number, it was clear that customer service was not a priority for this company.Upon speaking with ***************************, it felt like I was talking to someone who had no interest in helping me whatsoever. Not only was he incredibly rude, but he also seemed completely uninterested in addressing my pest problem. His tone was dismissive, and he appeared to lack any basic knowledge about pest control.Instead of offering solutions or even basic advice, ***** seemed more interested in ******* me off the phone. It was as if he couldn't be bothered to deal with my concerns. His lack of professionalism was truly astounding and left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.Overall, my interaction with *************************** at Terminix was a complete waste of time. If this is the level of service they provide, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for your pest control needs.Regards, ****************************

      Terrible. We are very disappointed with the service of this company! They charged our account $149 for work not done, they indicated the yearly review per the exclusion contract was done but it was not (we were home all day and no one from Terminix was here), we can't download the service documents to find out what was done each time they've come, and can't get the local office direct as all calls go through a central number. I've contacted the company several times and while the customer service reps have been respectful and even sympathetic, the amount of time I've had to spend on getting this corrected is ridiculous. Finally on 4/17/2024 they said they would refund the payment and cancel our contract but as of May 2, 2024 we still have not received the refund. This has been a very frustrating experience.

      Worst company ever had opportunity to deal with never call back .Called 7 straight times guaranteed call back within 12 to 24 hours .Not only did they not call in that time frame they NEVER called back .Service was Ok but communication was terrible! Would give them D-Also signed contract for 9% and received first bill said 18% someone should look into this from what I am reading on reviews I am not the the first this has happened to !

      Terminex was great on the phone at the corporate office and texting with the associate **** in the local area to keep in communication. The issue we had was when signing up for the 365 program for pests, the areas that were open to the pests coming in was not addressed at the beginning of servicing our house, only spraying and traps. When asked later if someone could show us what we need to block or to help clean up the rat **** in garage, they suggested for my 86 year old Mom to use a shop vac herself. Then when made appointments for associate to come out to show us what to block, there were 3 no shows, where *** had waited all day for someone. The insulation was great with the pesticide built in, so that went well.

      I have found that Terminix is not about customer care or satisfaction. In fact, they do not even have a corporate office as they have you to believe. They list over 20 phone numbers on their website however, ALL calls go to a call center because they do not have any live personnel to assist with customer complaints. They are very nice and quick to schedule you when they are trying to bait you into paying thousands of dollars for services but after the contract is signed they blatantly refuse to respond to any customer concerns. I have been trying to contact them for a refund because I did not even get what I paid for. I have been promised phone calls from the call center and I have had scheduled days where technicians did not even shown up.
