      Sketchy company. ******* ******* took advantage of my elderly mother. She has been with this company for 26 years. When she signed up to have her house sealed. She specifically said she wasnt going to add the service after the 2 years were up. He sent through a 235 fee for the year 2027 service anyway to the finance company. The finance company paid Terminex and now she has a 235 credit for a service she didnt want. And has to pay interest on that service. Ive spoken with customer service and they agree with me but there was nothing they could do since it already went to finance. I also asked for the office manager to call me and thats been 3 days. To add more insult, they came out to spray for bugs. Do you think they subtracted the 88 dollar service fee from the credit No. No they did not. They charged her credit card on file. I disputed the charges. And of course they wont let you speak to a supervisor. Ive been waiting since Monday. And no one has called me back about todays issue either.

      Signed up for service. Paid $225 to start. 2 days after initial service I had ants appear in my bathroom. Called for them to come back and they said could not get back for 10 days so I had to go buy product myself to get rid of ants. Both techs that came were unprofessional, Don't waste your time.

      Avoid at all costs! They did great with the rat problem I had. Financed that through their SMAC. Received monthly statements and payed that off with no issues. I then had an issue with bugs in my bathroom and was told they were termites. This was the start of issues and regrets. They came and installed the bait stations and I was told its a 2 year contract and would be kept in house. Great, except they created an entirely different customer number for me so I cant create a login to view any details of said contract because it routes me back to my original customer number. I called to payoff the termite service October 10, 2024. Paid $317.15 and was assured SEVERAL times thst would stop the monthly $100 payments until July 2025. Wrong. They still continued. I called again April 11th 2025 to cancel all services. *** canceled my quarterly service but informed me I cant cancel the termite bait stations until June 2026 but assured me that after June 2025 I would owe no more payments of the $99.20 as she showed i had a whole year of credits. Wrong again also. They have charged me $99.20 every single month. No idea where the $317.15 i paid in October went as I still receive 0 statements for this customer number so im just blindly paying them because I was also told the 2 customer numbers would be combined to one so I could view them. Also did not happen. And the bait stations they convinced me I needed? I still continued to see the bugs after installation, called them again, they sent out a different tech who told me they're ants not termites. So I'm now being forced to pay for a service I don't even need. Literally do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here! The customer service is the worst! My tech **** ******* is great though!

      After several months of requesting services covered by my contract, having issues escalated from the central call center to the local branch with no follow up, and multiple unresolved issues left pending I had no choice but to cancel all of my services through Terminix. I have never experienced a more deplorable, exploitative, or unethical company in my life. I could not recommend a company less and I have zero trust that any of these issues will be resolved. Ultimately, I feel robbed of thousands of dollars, hours of time on the phone, and taken advantage of.

      I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday 8/9 between 3-5pm. At 5:30 I called terminix as my technician had not yet arrived and had not called to advise he was running late. The call center attempted to contact the technician with no luck and to contact the Branch Manager also with no luck. I was advised to give additional time he in fact could be running behind schedule and that I should be hearing from either the tech or the branch manager will be in touch In about ***** minutes. 40 minutes later I called Terminix back as I have not yet heard from the Tech or Branch Manager to cancel the service. I used to be be a customer a while back and this is why I cancelled my service the first time. I mistakenly thought things might have changed for the better in time but alas I was WRONG! I would NOT recommend this company. Look Elsewhere!!!!

      Prices are way too high for just a few pumps of spray. Prices range from $600-$1500 approximately (down payment) and then another monthly fee of approximately $57.00/month. We had 2 different Terminix agents come out for a mice problem. And now the mice are bigger, and the issue has increased. Then, to cancel your contract and to receive a refund, you'll have to jump through major hoops. So you'll have to call in and leave your request or complaint, then you have to wait for the branch manager to call you back in ***** hours. Which is insane. When I asked the ********** agents for the manager's information, they stated that they weren't able to give out any email address, telelphone number, fax number, or so much as an address to consumers to reach out to the branch manager. ******* and ****** (the phone agents) stated and said I just have to wait for a call back and ANSWER ALL PHONE CALLS THAT COME ACRROSS MY PHONE, EVEN THE SPAM AND **** LIKELY NUMBERS, because it may be the branch manager! JUST INSANE. I'm just an unhappy customer. All this took place on August 12th, 2025, from 10:45 am to 11:15 am, approximately.

      I have no idea how they would have an A+ review here. Read the yelp reviews please, looks like I'm not the first one got similar problems. I am extremely disappointed with Terminix due to repeated dishonesty and poor customer service. First lie: When I signed up, I was sold a quarterly subscription with the understanding that I would only be billed once per quarter and would not be charged if I didn't use the service for that quarter. However, I soon started receiving monthly bills--I didn't use the subscribed services yet. Second lie: When I called to complain and cancel my plan, I was told the charge would be removed. I even confirmed this with a supervisor, who assured me the same. Yet, the following month, I received another bill--this time stating I had two months overdue. When I called again to fix this mistake, I was told they could not remove the first month's charge because their notes claimed I was "aware" of it. This directly contradicts what I was told and what I confirmed with their supervisor. Then they said someone will call me back within 36 hours, and was 4 days ago. This experience has been nothing but frustrating. I was misled twice, charged for services I didn't use, and then refused a correction after being promised one. I would not recommend Terminix to anyone looking for an honest and reliable company.

      I initially called bc I needed one visit only. I was told the price and I agreed. They told me this price would include service for 2 months. The technician came out twice. They tried to offer me a yearly contract, but I declined since my association already provides a monthly service. After the second visit I was billed again. I called many times to dispute the charge and always got the run around. I was told this would be reviewed and I would receive a call back. NEVER HAPPENED! They should be ashamed and I would call this type of practice fraudulent.

      After being with Terminix for 4 + years we took them up on clearing the attic disinfecting it and re-insulating and were told they would seal up all entry points BEFORE the insulation went in. Well, the attic work was done Terminix was a no show so they blew in the new insulation. They didn't not respond to my call. or complaint (this would be the inspector, ******* *********, who sold us the proposal) nor did the guy ******* ********* who said I'm their exclusion guy. Finally I called the customer service and set up an exclusion appointment which was backwards. They send out our regular tech who had no clue but thankfully stood behind his work. The first part of the job left quite a mess interiorly, and now he had to go back in with walk-boards because there was new insulation how backwards. Also, when the attic crew left, they informed us there was bat in the attic, again Terminix failed us. This was not a cheap project, and I have yet to hear from a supervisor or the manager. Very disappointing to say the least. Our regular tech ********* ****** was the only one who stood behind his work, showed up and did the job. I say shop around for a reputable company with good reviews, I thought after all this time I could count on them. They proved me wrong.**To be sold an expensive home project and have Terminix not stand behind their proposal and the contract that I signed, as to how the work would be done is wrong and bad business**

      This is the most unethical company in the world. They are extremely fraudulent. I called them to get some information. I already had a pest control company trying to solve a an issue I had. However, Terminix said they could send someone out just to make sure it was a black ant problem. However, after talking to the sales *** on the phone Id let them know I did not want anyone to come out and I did not want their services. End of story. However, Terminix began to start sending contractors out to the property and they started trespassing on private property. I literally have one of the contractors from Terminix trespassing on my ring camera he sprayed a corner for 30 seconds (my tenant came outside to stop him) then left a bill. I kept calling the company over and over to stop with this madness and nobody wanted to help me. Now I have debt collectors nonstop, letters, threatening me. Its been an absolute nightmare. I advise you to go with a different company. I am still battling this mess.
