2 starsDO NOT USE this company for wildlife removal. I've been waiting and begging for help with this problem since April 7, 2025. Today is October 28, 2025 and I still have the same problem. My account has been put in their collection Agency even though the job has not been solved. Animal/rodent is still running around in the attic and walls. So depressed!Terminix

Operations Manager and a Terminix worker came back to survey my property for wildlife entry and found nothing. However shortly after they left the animal/rodent continued running around in the attic and walls. Even though the job isn't completed, Terminix wants to be paid $2,400 for Wildlife Removal that has never happened. No respect for the elderly and handicapped. 1 starI received the wrong service from them. The file on my account has incorrect information about what I asked for from the sales *** and the technician. I've been disputing the payment for 4 months. I have emails with 3 different customer service ***s, I have called them at least 10 times and been assured they will look into the dispute. Despite all of that, they sent my bill to collections even though the last email they sent literraly says "payment is disputed". The woman I called at the collection agency informed me Terminex was bought out by a bigger company called Rentakil and since then they've been getting more and more calls like this from ******** customers. So even if the service you receive is incorrect they will say "service was provided" and will charge you. Don't waste your time disputing it, they will do nothing to help you and will simply call and email you requesting payment. Easily the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life hands down. They do not care about their customers, and I have the emails and phone calls to prove it. Please, I'm begging you, go to any other business for pest control if you need it.Terminix

1 starGetting ***** ******* to return a phone call about work not done as contracted has been impossible. He also doesn't reply honestly to texts. I have been dealing with this problem for eight weeks now. Terminix was supposed to remove the raccoon f**** and the old batting insulation. New batting insulation was to be installed and treatment for pests applied. They removed some of the f**** and some of the batting. They left the rest and blew in new insulation, blocking off attic air flow. My new roof is basically cooking.He texted that his "head tech" would be here today to assess the situation. Was I surprised when nobody showed up? NOPE!I have contacted the ** Attorney General about this.I suggest people stay away from Terminix and use some local, reputable pest control service! Otherwise, you are just getting conned!Terminix

1 starTerminix is a fraud, I have exclusion bundle, termites control and pest control with them, paying 100s of dollars every month, and I will schedule a pest control that I paid for every month but their technicians won't show up and they will text that the service have been provided. When they show up, some technicians will say they will only do outside and not inside when I called to eliminate bugs and pest inside the house. Finally, I receive mail from them about contacting them on my renewal which I did but they claim their system won't let them enter that I don't want to renew with them, so I can forget and they will automatically enroll me for another year of fraudulent service. Do not get them, get a local pest control. They are fraudTerminix

1 starHave used off and on for years always hoping for a better outcome so thats on me . Technician never complete work . This last time I found out they had been servicing my neighbors house and not mine, no empathy when discussing, no options accept to reschedule at no cost but how long have I been paying for a service for my neighbor. Never will go back again .Terminix

1 starI scheduled service for a yellow jacket problem. My home is loaded with them for 2 weeks , Terminex charged me $365 , the technician came twice spraying the same liquid which did absolutely nothing. The bees were spotted about 10 feet high outside my house but my siding , he told me hes not allowed to climb a ladder?? Since then I still have the infestation, my wife and granddaughter had gotten stung. I asked for a refund, still waiting its been close to 3 weeks. Terrible company and service. Do not use!!!Terminix

1 starWas quoted over $3000 for an exclusion job and a monthly and weekly visits, the weekly visits would take about 15 minutes and they would do absolutely nothing and they would charge $125 for that so apparently their time is worth $600 an hour for walking around aimlessly doing absolutely nothing and catching ZERO rodents as we would catch multiple in our own traps and we are not the professional company charging an arm and a leg, after multiple attempts of contacting our service *** about nothing being caught/fixed and the problem actually worsening they did nothing to fix the situation and just offered another free month of them basically doing nothing, we switch to truly ***** and they immediately found at least 5 entrances when terminix only found 1 and the 1 that they "fixed' was wide open and ive tried reaching out to my service *** to tell him were not paying for this horrible service he is still trying to milk us and try to get full payment for an absolute HORRIBLE job. Worst company ive ever worked with and would never suggest them to anyone, their company should go bankruptTerminix

My phone number is ************ Customer number is ******** Address is ****************************************** ********** *** the guy who originally came out and set up payment and who i never saw again after is **** ********* he was quite rude from the start being very pushy on certain things we didn't need originally quoting me $3672.68 and was very adamant about getting us signed up and going and once we agreed to what he wanted we didnt see him until we told him we want to cancel our services and get a refund which he came in and was telling us not to cancel and he is going to do way more to take care of the rodent problem which he did NOTHING and he told us if we werent happy with the services that we could call corporate and they would absolve the charges and once i brought this up to him at a later date he lied and said he never told us that and that we are responsible for what they sold and serviced us for which was nothing our rodent problem got exponentially worse since hiring them, when we moved to truly ***** they quoted us for roughly $1200 compared the the $3600+ terminex quoted us and actually showed results quickly and showed your exlcusion job did nothing and was wide open for rodents to run into my building, I find it rediculous that someone on your team is hired for this and is probably scamming hundreds if not thousands of people for poor jobs.Review fromEdie S

2 starsTerminix has been great for the first 4 months & has definitely got rid of the ***** issue I was having. Today I had them scheduled for a time frame from ***** & I planned my whole day around that time frame to be home for their arrival. At about 12:10, I get a text saying he would be at my house " shortly". To me that meant within 15 minutes, but at 1:10, he is still NOT there. Then I get another text saying " your tech is on the way". I wait another couple of minutes & then noticed his truck in front of my house & still nothing.... No knock on my door or saying he was here. I then walk out of the house & have to knock on his window to get him to do my service. All he said was there was a delay on the last job.... No apology! I understand delays, but over an hour past the end time of the ************ sits in the truck without any regard for my time!!! Very disappointed!Terminix

1 starThey really have a problem with billing! Sometimes they like email, other times regular mail. Now I got a bill for $20.40 and to take auto pay... No way! What this was for, no explanation and they were going to put into collections! Called the company, and they looked at the account, and said I had a 0 balance!Terminix

1 starThis company is a total rip-off. I paid a set-up fee back in July and had them back numerous times just for sightings in my small kitchen. It is now 10/16/2025.I hadn't seen any activity in a few weeks. I cancel because I was told that the contract would be a set-up fee and 2 months of service, didn't know when I called that it was monthly. Saw a ****** they have been here numerous times. Called back to reinstate service, I wasn't told that an inspector, Mr ****** was coming to my house to inspect. He didn't inspect to see what they did wrong, he just said that they couldn't reinstate me and that I would have to start all over again and pay more money! Really. I called back and stated that I was entitled to a warranty and to see what the problem was. This was ignored ... Also, Mr ***** came to my home which was supposed to be for the roaches, he came in only twice to look ground my home for termite issues without my permission this was about roaches only. This is very disturbing, they just want to milk you for money and not do their job. Stay away at all costs!Terminix
