      I have been a customer with ********************** for several years. I previously had an Exclusion performed, and I just received an e mail promotion to re sign my coverage. I re-signed my coverage, but they would not honor the promotion I was sent. They said I was given special pricing and would not honor the promo offer. The promo was for $100. I spoke to several people at Terminix, and they would not honor the promo - saying it was for new service. I viewed this as deceptive advertising. The promo clearly stated it was for re-signing. They said they were going to cancel my exclusion contract but would waive my past pest control invoice for this inconvenience. This was very disappointing as I have been a long lasting customer. I wish I had read the previous reviews before I signed an additional contract.

      I had a service tech who made me uncomfortable with his response about me having to change our regular service time so I called the customer service number and requested that someone else comes out and I was given a slot from 3-5. I took off of work to be home and my appointment was canceled and I would not have known if I didnt call to check on the eta of the tech. I called in and spoke with a *** name **** who had zero empathy and I asked 7 times literally to speak with a supervisor before he briefly got off the phone and came back to tell me is supervisors name is ***** and she said she is not coming to the phone. I would not recommend this business especially since this is not the first time they canceled my appointment without warning

      Do not use this company. Not only their solution for bees dont work, they refused to refund your money just because they came out, like bees are alive, flying more to your house 2 weeks after 2 treatments. I have to call other company that able to kill all the bees within 4 hours. Terminix then claim thats their work and refused to refund me at all.

      I will never use your service again. Everyone be ware go for local bee exterminator or Orkin, they are the best. This Terminix company is the worst, they refused to refund me even when their solution doesnt kill any bees. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY DARE TO SELL SUBSCRIPTION WHEN THEIR SERVICE DONT WORK

      Never signed a contract,had one service paid for it. Cancel within a week and getting billed for following month for no service. Knew nothing about their policy. Never received any information from them.

      I have been charged for services that have not been rendered. It has been almost a month since the job was started and has still not been completed. Calls and texts have not helped to get this resolved. ******** customer satisfaction!

      9/3/2025 Terminix Salesman **** ********** lied about service that would be done, 9/17/25 Tech job order was not at all what was discuss with salesman he completed his job order and didn't know anything about questions asked about what salesman stated. JOB was a 1/4 of cost contract amount. 9/18/25 Sent salesman a text stating I had questions never called or texted back. I went to my email that's where salesman stated I would receive copy there was nothing from Terminix in my emails. First call was 9/19/25 informed I needed to speak with a manager. All calls to several different numbers no local number. I have called a total of 10 times & spoke to different people all stated we have your information & will forward to branch manager *** ********, ******** mgr.& ***** regional mgr. They never answered when customer service tried to get them on line. They all stated that forwarded all times I called and info stated. I was requesting to CANCEL CONTRACT informed they were the branch manager was the only one that can authorize cancellation. Last call was 10/6/25 and I still haven't receive a call, text or email. I am willing to pay the amount charged when tech came out , I received invoice in my email by tech, but refused to pay anymore. I have all dates, times, names and what was discussed with every person spoken to. I also received 2 letters from finance company. I spoke to them twice and was informed they can only cancel contract if confirmed by branch manager. It is 10/92025 at 4:30pm and still haven't received a call. I was told by everyone I spoke with stated usually the manager returns calls within 24 to 48hrs.

      Unfortunately- I'm going to move my business else where, I have been using Terminix since 2019, I made my reg. annual appointment as always for the Month of Sept, I made it on 9/10/25, I received a text confirmation for 9/25/25 between 3:00-5:00 PM, took off early to be home for the tech to access and check pods throughout my property. 5:00 PM came no tech , No Call No show, I called customer service and was told their wasn't anything she could do, I would just have to call back and reschedule, I asked if there was away to get a message to the local Terminix and she stated no, i waited and called back- got another **** and was told that is not true she could send the local Terminix a message and they will be reaching out to me within an hour or so i waited 3 days- No one called, I called and got another *** very frustrated to say the least, This time i was told, they should have called me back- he sees the notes on my account, he will send a message to the branch MGR and i will be contacted within 2 days, It is now 10/9/25 , I have not heard from anyone , At this point I'm overdue for my inspection, They do not care about their customers, they do not care to keep their customers, Poor customer service, poor local brand service. No call **************************** ( ALL of the reviews here are the same and folks should take not ) CC . ***************

      Requested services. Spraying the outside of our house was completed. The other services were either never completed or done incorrectly. When chatting online with a service representative was not helpful at all and refused to give numbers to call to make a complaint. I had to look up online to find the branch (which representative refused to give). When I called the branch the representative was more helpful and said she would contact the branch manager to give a call back to discuss the problems. Never received a call. We had a vapor barrier installed, but when asking the contractors if they were suppose to put it on the floor or the top of the crawlspace they said the top. We even did research to see that it is suppose to be put on the floor of the crawlspace. When calling and chatting to try and get this fixed we never received a call back from a manager. We also wanted our attic sprayed and was never done. They are very unprofessional and refuse to call back when we have tried multiple times to talk to a manager or branch manager. Besides the lady from branch everyone else has been unprofessional and not helpful at all. We will never ever use them again and wasted/lost money for trying to trust them in getting help for services that were either not done right or were never done.

      After setting up an appointment on Friday Oct 3rd 2025, set the appointment for Monday Oct 6th 2025 between 5pm and 7pm. That Monday, at 4:30 pm I received a call from a tech named **** telling me that he was on his way back from *************, ( is 45 miles away ) and would not make it for the appointment. Seriously? you have plenty of time, give me a break. I returned his call only to get voice mail back to back. In his message he stated that he would make it the next day by 3pm. I called customer service to let them know he didnt make it again. The *** messaged him a few times while I was on the phone asking him to contact me and to follow through with the appointment. Nothing, no show. I called again and spoke with another *** that told me they would discuss the situation with a supervisor and that this was not acceptable. Still no response and a no show. What kind of company are you running? I'll tell you, it's a joke of a company, that's the truth. We got so fed up with the bs games from the company that we called another company and they showed up right away and took care of our problem. So I will say this, if you are looking for a reputable pest control company in and around the ******** area that takes care of the customer then call Greenix. ********************** is the worst. What a joke!
