1 starWorst service ever received both by the technicians and customer service. Reported rats in my attic and when they arrived first thing they noted was that their records did show my home was due for a bug spray. When they finally looked into my rat issue they laid four bait boxes and three snap traps in the attic. He was done. An inspector came out the next day and found the traps with no bait. He rebaited the traps and checked the bait boxes with no rats. He was done but wanted to follow up with a $1500 plan for them to come back. I said no and he was done. I checked the traps in the attic and the traps were incorrectly set so the rats were eating the bait but the trap was unable to activate since they were set incorrectly. The bait boxes require a key which they did not leave with me. I cannot recommend Terminix for any pest control for the way they looked into my rat issue. I still have rats but have reset the traps properly so I hope to rid of these rats myself.Terminix

1 starI wish I could leave a zero for the poor service. Terminx inspector came to evaluate the bug issue that I had, IThey quoted me a price of $1267, which I paid. As per contract i received the treatment for the bugs and was told in two weeks, I could call and set up an appt for second treatment and they would come up to 6 months if problem persist. When I called and set up 2nd appt. they cancelled it without even a phone call or email. I Rescheduled for another appt, Once again it was a no show or call. I tried contacting the lead inspector ***** who never returned my calls or tect. I left messages with the call center and received no call back. I have turned it over to my credit card company for not honoring the contact. I hope I get my money back. Please do not use their services.Terminix

1 starWorst experience I've ever had with a company. I signed up with ******** to get my inside and outside sprayed. They set me up an appointment in the afternoon, then later changed my appointment without calling or contacting me to a morning time frame I was suppose to be at work. I happen to be off that day. The guy the sent out was so unprofessional and told me he couldn't spray the inside of my place. I call customer service and they set me up another afternoon appointment. Then they changed it again without any notice. This goes on for a month. Constant changing of appointments with no notice or contact. They sent the same guy out 3 times and every time he refused to spray the inside. The last time he came out he he had a bottle from dollar general and asked me where i wanted him to spray. I told him I'm not doing this they need to send someone who knows what their doing. Not only an im going through all this. When I signed up the man told me I'd pay the initial price of like 180. Then from there on out I'd pay 35 dollars every 3 months. I double checked with him on the price and he told me that was it. Then a month later on Sep. 29, 2025 I'm being charged 48 bucks that I did not approve or even know about. I'm being told that that's the service I'm signed up for and I'm gonna be churned every month. I talked to customer service and explained to them I was led to and I'm not authorizing these charges every month. I canceled my service with them and they refuse to give me a refund of the 48 bucks that I didn't know I was being charged.Terminix

1 starI have paid my account with Terminix in full. And they are still charging me for services that have been paid in full. I have called multiple times. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and management. They keep telling me that they cant transfer the call. That I should receive a call back . I still havent heard back from management. Now Im showing that I have another account that I didnt authorize. Im extremely overwhelmed with this situation.Terminix

1 starWhat a big disappointment for such big name. I choose Terminix because I thought they were going to do a great job, however, the giant lack of communication between the customer service people, technicians, manager towards the client (me) was unreal. The degree of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability especially from the technician who had to come to my property to get the job done (heat treatment service) that never showed up and the big lack of communication from him and the company towards me was very frustrating giving the fact that it took me time, effort and money to get the house ready (getting family, pets and stuff out of the house) for a service that was NEVER delivered. It is understandable of delays or issues along the way on the company's side but still, client should know right away, regardless of if the service was going to be provided by Terminix or by a separate company contracted by them, someone should have taken responsibility to ensure that the client received the service promised and delivered on a timely manner. If you appreciate your time and *****, ***'t hire Terminix AT ALL.Terminix

1 starWe have signs of termite activity in our home and just renewed our contract. Made an appointment for tech to come and inspect the house. No show and when I finally get through to talk to someone, I am told the tech cancelled our appointment and rescheduled for a time during which I have a doctor's appointment. No one called or emailed or texted about the cancellation. Was told the office manager would call to reschedule the appointment. No return call and so we called and rescheduled. Was given a 4 hour window and again no show, tech cancelled the appointment, rescheduled but again no call, text or email letting us know. This company has NO customer service. ********************** is more expensive than other companies for a contract and their service so far has been nonexistent.Terminix

We have attempted to contact the office and the residential manager and left multiple messages concerning when our house will be tented. A team was sent to measure our house 2 weeks ago. My husband talked to the manager once on Monday, November 3 but no date for the tenting was set. At least 8 messages have been left and 2-3 text messages were sent. These messages were ignored. 1 starThey scheduled me for an inspection and when the day of the inspection came no one showed up. So my husband called to see about that. They informed us that we were scheduled for the 28th of September the day before and so we called on the 28th to confirm again. We were told that a technician would be here today however nobody showed up..when I called I asked for a supervisor and was refused to talk to them. The agent then tried saying we were scheduled for the 26th of September which if that was the case nobody showed up or contacted me that day either. We kept being pushed around with this and it's ridiculous if they can't get their scheduling right or even let a costumer talk to a supervisor that is ridiculous.Terminix

1 starAbsolutely terrible service. We paid $1,500 for attic rodent removal and were promised weekly trap checks. After the initial visit to set traps, no one returned as scheduled. We had to repeatedly call just to get someone out, and when they finally came, they claimed no rodents were found. After that, they stopped coming altogether.Despite numerous calls and requests to speak with a manager, no one has ever followed up. Meanwhile, we still hear rodents in the attic daily. Out of desperation, my husband went up himself and discovered the traps werent even set up properly, and no entry points were sealed offbasic steps that were supposed to be included in the service.We have a toddler at home and are deeply concerned about the risk of rodents chewing electrical wires and creating a fire hazard. At this point, all we want is a refund, but every time we ask, were told a manager will call us back within 24 hours. That call never comes.This is completely unacceptable. If theres a corporate contact or higher authority within this company, we need it. We paid for a service that was never delivered, and the lack of accountability is alarming.Terminix

1 starI hired Terminix to perform fumigation on my home in ********, ** in April 2025. The outcome was catastrophic.Pre-fumigation inspection (April 25, 2025): Independent roofing contractor (************.) documented only 46 broken tiles and 6 slipped tiles.Post-fumigation inspection (April 30, 2025): The same contractor documented 182 broken tiles, including 136 new breaks that occurred during fumigation.Physical inspection (June 4, 2025): A further 54 broken tiles plus extensive underlayment and flat roof damage were discovered.The cumulative repair costs exceeded $19,500, all verified by signed change orders, work orders, and final invoices.Terminix attempted to deflect responsibility by sending me a Limited Roof Coverage Waiver and referencing documents that do not apply in cases of gross negligence. Under California law, waivers do not excuse a company from liability where there is an extreme departure from the standard of care.?? Key Facts:My roof was in serviceable condition before fumigation (verified by drone inspection).The extensive damage occurred during the fumigation window.The contractor confirmed the damage was caused by excessive roof access and lack of protection during tent placement and removal.?? My Position:This is a clear case of gross negligence. I am pursuing reimbursement of $19,521.04 and have prepared to escalate the matter with the California Structural Pest Control Board, Contractors State License Board, and Consumer Affairs.Homeowners beware: If you are considering Terminix, review your contracts carefully and obtain independent documentation before and after service. My experience shows that Terminix did not exercise reasonable care, failed to take responsibility, and left me with massive out-of-pocket costs.Terminix

1 starI contacted Terminix to address a bee hive located in my dryer vent. During my conversation with ******, I agreed to an additional charge to have the dryer vent replaced, since bees were entering through it. When the technician arrived, he did not remove the hive as I had expected. Instead, he sprayed a chemical to kill the bees. When I asked about replacing the vent, he said that was the responsibility of a different department and that someone would follow up.A month later, the vent has still not been replaced. Terminix customer service now claims that vent replacement was not part of the service, despite it being clearly written in my contract, and they refuse to issue a refund. To add to the frustration, I was billed $60 today for a service contract I canceled, and they refuse to credit me, even though no service work has occurred since the initial bee-hive treatment.What a surprise, ****** won't even extend the courtesy of a phone call to discuss my issue.Terminix

In reviewing your account further, we see that the last service was performed on 9/8/2025. You called in and canceled your agreement on 9/24/2025, making the charges valid for the service that was performed. The reply from Terminix is not accurate. -No service was performed on 09/08, only the bee hive spray on 08/28 which was it's own contract for that service.-Part of the contract for the bee hive service was to include replacing the vent. It is CLEARLY written within the contract.Not honoring a contract AND charging someone for a service that didn't receive goes against your "we serve our customers by providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed their expectations" statement.
