1 starTerminix I been with along time and this pass end of June 2025. I cancelled service with terminix yet they keep texting and calling me. They didnt do the work in my house except spray my couch and loveseat instead. Which they didnt do the house and the insects got worse which I had to get rid of my furniture and go Lowes to get rid of the bugs. Insult to me they sending emails, calling and letters saying I owe money for service I cancelled. Just harassmentTerminix

1 starThey charged way to much to spray for roaches and then their technicians dont really spray if they did they only stayed for 5 minutes or less and would only focus on the outside of my home I was with them for 2 years and never got rid of the roaches then they charged ***** for bed bugs and they came back in a year I switch to acme pest management and with the first spray the roaches were gone and they are more affordable with bed bugs and actually got rid of them as well both roaches and bed bug is so affordable and their technicians do a wonderful job........if you need an affordable price go see acme pest management.Terminix

There have been no reported issues following your bedbug treatment that was provided in November 2023. Nor has there been any complaints following your pest control treatments since the initial agreement started in November 2023, until July 2024, when a ***** infestation was reported. We do see that you called to cancel service due to finding a cheaper provider. 5 starsHad a mouse problem had a free inspection from an Terminex inspector what a joke. This inspector walked around my house could not find a point of entry for where the mice were getting in. Wanted to sell me a package for $700 to put traps in my attic. Add a $1400 package to seal up the entryways which they could not find. Took a week to think about the packages and how much this was gonna cost called the inspector back and ask what exactly these two packages covered very vague response setting have to check with his boss and call me back. Never heard another word from this guy. All Terminex wanted to do was long-term contracts, but no guarantees about fixing the problem. call the local exterminator he came out found three points of entry fix the problem and it was less than $500 with Terminex wanted to sign me up for $700 and couldnt guarantee me anything and then the seal the points of entry which they couldnt find was $1400. What a joke would never use Terminex all theyre interested in is the bottom line making money.Terminix

1 starThey said they were going to eliminate the mice in my home, and they didn't. They ended up charging me $4,800 and never returned to take care of the mice problem and there are still mice in my basement. When I tried to complain since I'm not satisfied with the results, I already paid over $1,500 so I called to complain at their ****** office and that's when I got fraud on my card, because that office is not actually affiliated with Terminix (which I didn't know) but a scammer using that number to scam people convinced me they were Terminix so be careful not to call that ****** Terminix number. The scammers tried to take money from my card for a subscription in *********** (I'm in **), so *************** called me to let me know there was fraud on my card. So, they blocked the $300 a month payment and that's when they sent me to collections.Terminix

1 starfirst I would like to say, that the service I did receive did seem to help, but overall I would not recommend, they no call-no-showed back to back months and if I didn't have a camera at my front door I would have never known, this may be a one off with the area or the tech that dose my neighborhood but still just a shady practice and I'm sure if it has happened to me its happening to others.UPDATE: after I canceled my service and asked for a refund for the service that was never performed, I was billed again and the refund did not go through until I called a second time. Then after I received the refund and thought everything was done, they sent me to collections for bills that were for services that didn't exist. Also not once has a member of management reached out like I was told they would on 3 separate occasions.Terminix

1 starUseless service. Didn't control mice even after 13 months,and 3 treatments. Wasted $1,500 with this incompetent company. Every time they come, apologize for something not done last time, pretend doing some small things like traps, promise that it will take care of the issue, but nothing works at all. I am now repenting doing 3 year contract. I asked for refund within 3 months at least for the future, but they won't even bother to respond. Total fraud company.Terminix

1 starThey dont come out for scheduled service but send an invoice. If you tell them you dont want to pay for service that isnt working or you arent receiving they try to send you to collections. ****.Terminix

1 starWe hired Terminix based off reviews with Consumer reports, ******* list and Bottomline, the problem was with bed bugs in the living room where we sleep in our lounge chairs. **** *****, was the inspector, ****** ****** got us to sign a contract for six months to be able to get the problem under control and treated. My wife is wheel chair bound and I also have some mobility issues, we sleep in the living room, 1 cell phone with voice only so we don't have text or email. We are both 92 at the time and had to sit outside in the truck while the treatment was being performed on 4/25/2025, we never received a copy of the contract till 8/22/2025, we immediately sent a copy of the cancellation notice within the 3 days requirement and faxed it in and my son emailed it to them also on 8/25/2025. We were charged $4,226.31 prior to any work being performed. The follow up was May 14, 2025 and we were still being attacked by theses bed bugs every night with no relief. We had called and no response except with customer service who would see the next appoint in the system and we would wait for them many times and they would never show or call. The communication was non existent with them and we had to finally reach out to another person for help on the problem. Within 4 weeks the entire house was treated, cleaned furniture and carpets, linens and clothes washed and treated, and no more bed bugs, he has followed up about every ***** days based on hatch cycles to make sure none were missed. He even treated our vehicle we use and cleared them from it. We have requested a refund for the poor service by Terminix with no avail, never received a call from ****** ******, **** *****, ***** *****, our son has emailed them and no call back or discussion about the service or refund. I would not recommend them to anyone.Terminix
