      3000 dollars for SMALL termite problem. Then 30 a month after. We got scammed. We canceled the 30 dollars a month after and they had the gall to come dig their traps out of our yard leaving holes... 3000 plus dollars and you cannot leave some plastic traps? On top of that we had damage after their first visit where they were not exterminated. They say there is a guarantee to repair damage. This is a lie we had to have it fixed. I am very upset at this company and their treatment. Did I say 3000 dollars!! for some plastic and a little poison. A call to them lead to a regional person saying well the damage never got to me.... really..

      Terminix is the worst company I have ever dealt with. We have paid our bills on time for several years but recently we have not had any service despite paying our bills on time. We called them and asked them to send someone our house. They scheduled a visit but no one showed. This happened three times. We decided to cancel our service but one cannot do this unless they pick up bate traps. Well, we have tried to get them to do so and they did not pick up the traps as scheduled. Now as for billing, that works well. In spite of the fact that we have tried to cancel our services over the phone and on line we have been unsuccessful yet we are still receiving bills. I AM DOING YOU A FAVOR. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT NO SERVICE AND ENDLESS BILLS.

      They didnt do what they said, they have given so much run around so many dates where they didnt showup , so much miscommunication, No one taking any responsibility. They want your payment and they dont deliver to their promises. Very disappointing how this company chooses to ******* its customers and still stays in business.

      I have had the worst experience with this company. I scheduled to have a termite inspection for a property Im buying last Thursday. It was scheduled for today between 1-5. I was told the local office would call me day of the give me a better *** for that time block. I called at 11 so I could coordinate better with the realtors and your company so everyone was on same page. I was told they left a message with the tech and I would get a call within the hour. I called back at 2 and was told the same thing but this time they said they sent an email. I called at 3 same thing. At 4 they said the tech answered and would call me. He did He told me that it wasnt scheduled right and it just populated on his list, he was nowhere near the property and wouldnt be able to do it today. He would get to it in the AM. WELL this means I have to contact the realtors, ensure I have access to the property on a different day and hope the tech shows up. Completely unacceptable business practice. No discount offered for my inconvenience. I called the customer service line again to see how this could happen and the lady told me she spoke to a local service manager, but she wasnt by a computer so she would go back in and call me in about 10 minutes to schedule for today. Haha its now 6pm - quite a long 10 minutes. I would never use Terminix again and Ill be sure to let the BBB know as well. I expect SOMEONE in a supervisor position to call me to make this right before I pay $299 for a service after its convenient for your company to put people out to get a service after it was scheduled. Failure at it best

      Terminix needs to be terminated- period. Price is high and the quality of pest control service and customer service is very, very low. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a follow-up appointment for them to complete a job I already paid for. The *** in Terminix stands for "thief".

      Terminix did me horrible I paid a lot to get my attic done after being assured multiple times that this would stop mices .. not even a year after this experience purchase I am seeing mouse droppings in my kitchen. I feel they lied to me making it appear that this service was worth the money and would fix my issue. Horrible company and free multiples calls I had an appoint scheduled today between 3-5 and they never showed or called.. very unprofessional I feel like they stole my money as nothing they promised occurred.

      Paid over $3000 and still had bedbugs! Since our recurrence was after 3 months, they would not honor the service but agreed to give us a treatment for a bargain price of $1500. Scam artists!

      Unacceptable. We paid $3600 for an ineffective service. When I called with a recurring infestation 2 months later, I was told that the service was not guaranteed. Please reimburse. Invoice number *********, amount of $3609.59.

      ************ ever! I highly do not recommend terminix at all, unless you want half way done jobs and pest to multiply so fast. No one is trying to fix the problem. However they sure did quickly take the payment knowing the services was not fulfilled at all.
