  We paid $2500 for an exclusion on our home. It was re done 3 times and its still not right. If you called to make an appointment, they will set the appointment and then not show up or call you. That is happened four times. If you call to leave a message for someone to call you back no one ever does. I feel like I threw $2500 in the trashcan.

  My wife and I had to go out of town twice because they had to reschedule our date for termite treatment. They promised reimbursement for our extra expense for the extra 3 days out of town. They keep promising us our money and it never comes. The treatment was done in August and it is almost December and we still have no reimbursement. They promised to e-mail my wife a week ago and she still has not received an e-mail. We are dealing with the office out of ********, ** and they are all proving to be a bunch of lying crooks. My wife and I are elderly and can not afford to spend extra nights out of town being on limited fixed incomes. NEVER use the ********, ** Terminix office for termite treatment. They are definitely lying crooks. I have also heard rumors that they will tell older people their houses need termite treatment when they dont and rip thousands of dollars off of them. The ********, ** Terminix office is a deplorably unethical business that takes advantage of elderly people in *******.

  I paid Terminex $1600.00 to remove bed bugs and after 5 months of not sleeping in my bed, being treated like they were doing me a favor, and even having one of their guys steal $300 from my nightstand, I still had bugs!! I contacted them to say I needed more treatments and they said my contract was up. I took matters into my own hands, and 4 weeks and half a $10 bag of diatomaceous earth later, no bugs. Terminex is a horrible company with even worse employees. Do not sign a contract with them. Do not believe a word they say.

  I called 3 weeks ago to cancel my services because I am unhappy with their service and have signed up with another company. They never sent the cancellation paperwork to the financing company and I am continuously being charged for a service I no longer have.

  The worst experience I've ever had. I paid for one-year termite treatment, but I had to keep calling to report the issue after a few months of the treatment. They came down, sprayed around a bit, unsure if that would treat anything, then left. I didn't see anything change, called them again (oh, this was another pain, you can't talk to a person until we really and really take your effort and time). This was ongoing until it expired after one year. They took the thousands of dollars but really did a poor job of the treatment. The service was horrible. It was the worst nightmare that I had to keep dealing with this. This isn't worth one star. I will never ever recommend Terminix to anyone... ever!
