      I am trying to cancel service. You can't do it without making a phone call or through a chat service online. I had to wait 15 minutes or so just to have them confirm my identity and find out why I wanted to cancel. I've waited another :45 minutes without any response at all.

      Apparently, we were cancelled because we did not respond to an email they sent us to do an inspection or treatment of some type. Found out that they had written our email address down incorrectly when I called to make a change in our email a couple months before, so we never received this notification. Should have been an easy fix, but no. Was told multiple times that some elusive central office will call me back - sometimes was told they would call that day, other times told within 48 hours. It has been 13 days and multiple calls from me to them, with O response from terminix. We were cancelled through no fault of ours, and now they refuse to speak to us. Absolutely terrible customer service. They simply don't care and are treating us horribly, though they have been happy to take hundreds of dollars from us for years. Super frustrating

      Follow up comment: We were finally contacted ( not by the manager I was told I could talk to ), and just offered an appointment. No apology, just excuses for how we were treated. Their competitor came to do an inspection same day I called, made an appointment to put bait stations in (and showed up 10 minutes early) and charged less for more insurance coverage. We will not give terminix one more *****. Sorry terminix, you just lost a loyal customer.

      My mom hired Terminix for a mouse issue. She has a 3 story house and the first time the technician brought over 5 traps. My mom was cooking and a mouse came out of the stove. I have called, texted and asked for a manager to contact me or my mother. This company is horrible.

      Very disappointing with this company. I had a an appointment last week at 12:00 pm waited till 6:00 pm and was NO call No show. I called the next day there was no record of me. I asked to be connected to the manager, the agent routed me back again to the main menu. Called again and talked to *****, she tried to connect me with a supervisor but she had to register me first. She promised that a manager will call me within the next ***** Hrs and nothing happened. I have ZERO trust in this company and its management especially when they said that all their calls are recorded for quality assurance (It's a lie).

      Use anyone but Terminix- pest control doesn't work, and if you want to cancel any renewal you have to wait until a week before it is due to renew. Never heard of such a thing, you can't call and cancel any renewal or they charge you the balance of current contract, even after explaining you are not cancelling current contract, just a renewal of. Any other company you can do contract and the very next day call and cancel any renewal. Was told termite traps checked monthly and bait renewed - haven't been checked yet and been 11mths. (Think they have been here twice, sometimes no notice and sometimes a day's notice) In short, very dis-satisfied, high fee for basically nothing. They will also continue to charge a card even though they state they understand it is supposed to be a one time charge.

      I have recently used Terminix for a service in my home. The inspector came out and reviewed my home and discussed the amount in which I would have to pay. He gave me 2 payment options, to either pay in full or to put a set amount down and be billed monthly. I opted to do the down payment and then be billed monthly. Gave the inspector my debit card and was advised that no payment would be collected until the day of service. This was a Thursday, that Saturday Terminix put a $1,296.00 hold on my debit card which froze up the money in my account. Although it was not taken out I still could not access the money. I called the inspector and he assured me he saw the error and that the hold would be lifted. This was a Saturday so quite naturally there was nothing going to be done on the weekend. Monday morning there was still a hold on my account so I reached out to Terminix and explained the issue, the hold was lifted that Tuesday. Had the technician come out on Wednesday and then Thursday Termix charged my debit card the full amount of the service. Currently, my account is overdrawn and Terminix has yet to rectify the situation. I have bills I need to pay and can not because ****** took all of my money. I also have several overdrafts and bounced check fees I am so upset and there is nothing I can do. I filed a dispute with my bank but still have to wait for that to process. In the meantime, I have no money I am highly disappointed that they can not get their billing together.

      Whole company, down to the customer service is trash...locked into a 1 year contract, paying over $100 a month only for them to come & walk the perimeter, spray *************** & gone within 20 mins of arrival...I definitely don't recommend this company for any of your needs...HUGE RIP OFF...the 1 star is for them answering the phone...other than that it would be NO STARS

      Horrible customer service. If your issue is not fixed after their first visit they dont follow up even when you call and email them. Once they have the money they could care less.

      Payed them over 4 thousand dollar and when I ask them to check under the house because I was selling my home they gave me the run around didn't want to help even when the realities talk to them they couldn't get them to do anything they spray my house one time and when I left the house I still had Termites they were spose to transfer my account to the new owners I call over 6 time could get help they just keep telling me that the manager will call he never did after a month still to this day no call I remember to the day his name was ****** from don't trust anything they say
