      If I could leave a negative amount of stars I would!!!!! You dont even deserve the one Im having to give to do the review!!!! We have spend well over $1k with you to SOLVE our issues at home that COME FROM THE NEIGHBORS and all you did was BAIT my house and cause the issue to get worse!!!! I am not having to get all new kitchen appliances and a whole new pest control company out to FIX YALLS MESS UP!! Someone better be contacting me to reimburse us for what we are having to replace because I shouldnt be having to do such!!!!!

      They did not tell me until after paying for service, that they did not spray for gnats. As a matter of fact, a manager told me by coincidence. I trusted the company to remove and replace a door to my basement. They made 3 repairs and even with the 3rd repair I was not satisfied but I was ill. I was taken advantage of. The door replaced is not a door. The wood is made for indoor which was not painted to seal the wood. I am still paying the bill for this door and other services. I would not use this service for treatment of flies. The manager coming to my house knows what was done and acted as if everything was okay. I should have complained sooner but like I. Said I have been ill and taking care of my 100 year old mother. My hope was that would see the error of their ways but of course they have not. Dont use Terminix first without a second estimate. Service is superficial and over priced and no after follow to know if services were correct or good. I lately have given these services a lot of consideration and my suggestion would be dont use Terminex.

      The guy we had basically sold us a song about how our current pest control company wasnt doing anything and that we had so much damage from termites. We had a third party come out and told us we had no damage and that our system was good and working. The terminex guy wanted us to sign a contract for a 400+ dollar treatment that we dont need and told us lies about the state of our home. I would never recommend them to anyone

      Terminex is giving me a very hard time canceling our one year contract. The contract started in March ***************************************** March 2023. I sent the last payment in March 2023 and wrote last payment canceling contract on the check.Terminex cashed the check in March. Terminex keeps sending me a bill for April 2023. How do I get them to cancel ? I want nothing to do with that company!

      Terminix came to my house and said house was infested with rodents! Charged over ****** and sealed up my house! Said we dont poison rodents! Said we capture them on glue traps! Well after 4 months they have yet to catch one single rodent! Salesman sold me a giant bill of goods. Be cautious.

      This company does not treat customers decent. They did thousands of dollars worth of damage to my property. Worst of all they promised things they did not do and their answer was I did not say that. They do NOT treat your house with care. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Everything must be in writing if you want it covered. They at the last minute will have you sign a blanket release , I would not sign it again. If you hire them you do so at your own peril.

      I literally have never been more disgusted with a company in my life. I am mere weeks into a one year service agreement that I was conned into signing and there is not a doubt in my mind that I have been robbed of $1,700. From lies from the company, to underperformance, to overcharging and blatantly dodging my numerous contact attempts, there is nothing about Terminix that seems to be trustworthy or effective. I was duped into signing a contract, and half of the details in the contract are blatant lies. I have reached out to a service manager twice by phone, with a two page letter, and attempted to chat with corporate. I have not received a response from anyone or anytime. I could not begin to outline the number of lies told by Terminix in such a small space.

      Horrible customer service. Signed ********************************************************* contract. Now feel like I am invested financially and stuck with terminix. I have had issues with poor appointment communication, no shows, showing up when I was never contacted. Numerous reschedules wasting my days sitting around waiting for them for specific needs. Told a supervisor would contact me to discuss multiple times and still remain waiting for a call to explain. Super frustrated as a customer that has invested thousands!

      We hired an exterminator and primarily ended up with only an insulation job in our 700 sqft attic. We repeatedly followed up to complete the work on the outside of the roof to block visible entry points but no one showed up to appointments to complete the task. We paid about 3.5k which includes a one year exclusion contract. We contacted Terminix because we believed we had squirrels in our attic, and because we started seeing rats in the neighborhood and our backyard. Most of the baffles on the southern side of the attic were replaced as they were torn, but technician did not staple them in place. Virtually all the work was done inside of the attic as it was raining on the service day. We followed up for the external service. About a month later, a technician was supposed to show up on a morning. He called in the afternoon and left a voicemail saying he was coming. We called back saying we were waiting for him. Never showed up. Followed up with main office and regional manager. Technician showed up about a week later and saw the visible entry points on the roof corners. He said he needed someone else to come later and help him with the ladder. In his report, he documented the potential wild life entry points, with photo and text. No follow up. And so we called the main office and manager for help. An appointment was scheduled for two technicians to come and finish exclusion. We received 3 confirmations on the date and time of arrival, but no one showed up. We texted the manager that no one showed up but to no avail. We spend about $3,500 but exclusion has yet to be addressed and nothing to stop wild life entry.

      Not resolved yet. I receive a call from an unrecognized number -- I have the regional manager and technicians' on my contact list. I never answer calls from unrecognized numbers. After listening to the voicemail, I eventually followed up with a text message. Later on, I called and left a voicemail message. No action yet. Thank you.

      Paid over **** for Terminex to put bait down in 2021. Was told i was guaranteed they would keep sevice untill they were gone. 2022 a terminex employee came for 7 minutes and told me all the termites were gone. 2023 $214.10 was charged to my credit card wiithout telling me anything and no one even came to my house. Now i called terminx twice and was promised a refund. Also they said they would close my account. Now If i was guaranteed service till they were sure the coast was clear, why charge me again? $**** to put bait traps in the ground and visit 1 year later. Thats a bit extreme. So sorry I used them.
