      ******************* This business offers guarantees that they do not honor. I had an issue with squirrels. I paid fees that they required for a guaranteed one time pest removal. Now that these pest have returned this company is saying I will need to pay another fee. I am very disappointed and plan to remove my service from additional property that they handle my termite service. Looking at there ratings I need to move as soon s possible.

      Service manager for this branch lacks professionalism and any class. He didn't care that the company dragged ** along for years without fixing the problem. He mocked me hung up on me and overall did not care. He cancelled my account without any resolution and without my say. Just find somebody who cares about your home, money and time.

      We have been waiting for almost a month for Terminix to come back out to our house and finish what they began doing! We have termites along with other nasty bugs that our tearing our house up all on the outside. We have been patient and have called several times to speak with our inspector and he either doesn't answer or if he does, always says he will have to get back with us, then never does! We have now spent thousands of dollars and basically no work has been done!! Also, when I asked for his Manager's name, he said he will have the manager give me a call to work something out, so far haven't heard anything yet!! My husband and I want every single ***** back!!!! A complete refund!!!! Plus, we have two children in the house and I just heard today that the termite chemicals that they spray in the walls can actually be harmful to small children and our inspector knew that we have a little one here, so if it's not safe, then how dare you look at me, while I'm holding my child and tell me it's 100% safe!! A bunch of liars and greedy scammers!!! Please do yourself a huge favor and don't go to them for any reason at all!! We have already paid over $3,000. Absolutely despicable!!!!

      I am a current customer. However I am writing this review because I contacted Terminix regarding possible squirrels in my attic. The inspector came out and said I had a flying squirrel and there was no damage and quoted me $2800 for removal and full exclusion. No pictures were given as to where the wholes were. I obtain a second opinion and I was told I had grey squirrels and I did have damage to some wiring. Pictures were provided of all damaged areas as well as all the possible entry points that needed to be taken care of. The squirrels have been removed and exclusion was performed. The work performed by another vendor was phenomenal. This experience has caused me to think about whether I want to continue business with Terminix. Please feel free to contact to me regarding this issue.

      I paid thousands of dollars for an exclusion which is supposed to keep animals from getting into my house. Immediately after they did the job we had squirrels in our stove vent. After contacting Terminex DOZENS OF TIMES, they are still not responsive. Nobody ever follows up, and even in the friendliest manner, nobody cares. They take your money, and thats all they care about. This is the most frustrating customer service Ive ever experienced. AVOID THS SCAM OF A COMPANY!

      Predator! Manipulative business that scares consumers into believing that they have an infestation problem. They then upcharge you and pass you on to a predatory lending company. Please dont make the same mistake that I did. Spending $8,000 for 1 mouse.

      We have a major infestation and they came and sprayed the outside only. They only sprayed in our kitchen but the entire house has a problem. I wasnt home but I had given them instructions and someone was home. I wasnt informed until after that they didnt spray anything and said they couldnt because of my animals. Except they didnt spray several areas that have no animals and the animals never even go.

      ******************************* was hired to conduct a home inspection for clients of mine in *******, **. Thankfully, my clients had a home inspection the next day less than 12 hours later where ********* bees were seen, ********* bee holes were also noted, mice, a snake in the crawl space, bats, and a flying squirrel were found. He stated that there was NO EVIDENCE OF WOOD DESTROYING PESTS nor Pests, which was totally incorrect. I called ******* with my clients while we were at the home inspection and he continued to lie about what he saw. I followed up with *******'s **************** and was told the manager from the ******* office would call me and a call never came nor a refund. We thought hiring a national company who specialize in wood destroying evidence would have competent and knowledgeable people Very disappointed.************, Realtor

      The worst service I have had from a company. They respond quick initially but after arriving and getting you signed up to a payment plan they will do the bare minimum and not call you back. I have been waiting months for a refund and not a single call made to me. $1200 dollars for installing a one way door on the front of my roof and then fixing said hole with a pressure treated 2x4, you would think $1200 would include fixing the trim. Have been telling people about this ever since and trying to drive as many people away from them as I can. (Even their headquarters promised to reach out and still nothing)

      Horrible company. I used Terminix in Key West and they took my money and never performed services as agreed. Sent false reports and lied about the services they performed (never even went in the house). Isnt there a law against that? Is that fraud?They wont return calls, texts, etc. ***** was rep - total BS. Ive been trying to a refund for weeks but no luck. Not sure how he sleeps at night knowing hes taking peoples money and not performing services. If I could give a zero I would. Im sure I will get one of those automated messages about how sorry they are. More BS. There are local companies that care about their community.
