      Terminix is terrible!I have a termite plus pest account and they are charging me $80.75 per month for nothing! Every time that I asked for a service they told me it is not covered. I tried to cancel my service they asked me for a $1039 early termination fee. Do not go to Terminix! They do not deserve even to one star!

      I have never been more disgusted with a company. First, we called to have someone come look at a mouse and wasp problem. Nobody ever showed up. We asked to talk to a supervisor twice and never got a call back. A guy finally came out (on a day he was not supposed to) then promised us a service that we paid and scheduled for. When the guy came out to complete the service WE PAID FOR, he was extremely rude and refused to complete the service. The man told us that customer service lied to us and he could not spray for wasps. We asked him to complete the jobs that we paid for, and the man said I dont know what you want me to do. Im not doing that. and eventually got in his car and just sped away. I called customer service for the third time, and still have not received a call back to resolve the issue. We paid for a service (almost $300), and nobody has even completed the job or returned our phone calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

      Sure would, I will never reach back out or recommend this company to a single sole. I called Thursday scheduled an appointment for the upcoming Saturday. Received a text message to let me know they would be out Friday between 1-5. Odd but I was home and was okay with it, not a single call or show. So I call Saturday morning my original day I scheduled the appointment for to find out they have me down for the upcoming monday. When I asked about the appointment I made same day they said that it was only a request appointment and we are unable to make today happen so we pushed to Monday not a single person could tell me why I was not called or reached out too. I cancelled my appointment and went with ***** called and had same day service. Everyone should call Orkin, do not bother with this company. I had multiple people tell me do not use them I gave them to benefit of the doubt. Should have listened. When I mentioned to the cancelation team I will be taking my business to ***** there was 0 care, did not try to fix anything and just said no problem you are cancelled. A joke of a company!

      Only concern is payment. I have been calling to get a tech to come out and retreat my house for ants. No response!!! I had to cancel one appointment but the tech showed up anyway. I have called the initial tech that came out and left his card, then the retreat tech that came out after the appointment was canceled left his number and said he was the route supervisor never returned my call. When I call the office, I keep getting told that this is the busy season and someone will call me back to reschedule my appointment, meanwhile ants are still living in my house. Funny thing is that all I see in every complaint states they call but nothing is documented, how can a consumer demand that? I do have complete phone records with call times. My number is always on unless the number your calling from has been reported as spam.

      DO NOT RECCOMEND USING THIS COMPANY OR ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT WITH THEM AS THEY DO NOT FULFILL THEIR END BUT EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS DOOMED FROM START TO FINISH WITH NO CARE TO MAKE THE ISSUE RIGHT. I AM FULLY PAID FOR ANY AND ALL SERVICES AND BELEIVE I FULFILLED MY PART OF SAID CONTRACT. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AS A TEAM! IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE, YOU WILL NOT GET A RESPONSE. YOU WILL THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY TO ONLY HAVE THE SAME ISSUE AT NO FAULT OF YOUR OWN! THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE ASSHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR STEALING HARD EARNED MONEY OF PEOPLE IN A BAD SITUATION WHEN THEY ONLY NEED HELP......THAT WHY THEY CALLED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!i was not provided with the correct coverings for a treatment that had a 6 month service plan on. During the 6 months, i reached out several times asking for the correct coverings. Speed ahead and I'm out warranty, the covering has a hole due to be incorrect size. I now have an issue again. I reached out with no solution except the branch has to call you. I had now 3 appointments that were no shows for a new inspection for the issue. THEY DIDNT SHOW UP 3 TIMES! I left work to be sure i was here to let them in. The customer service department has tried to email, message via teams, and call managers so they can reach back out to me for a solution. I was also told that they seen in my noted where i tried to get them to bring the correct coverings several times. The customer service department agreed this was no fault of my own and the company needs to make the issue right. I PAID FOR A SERVICE AND EXPECT TO GET THE SERVICE I PAID FOR!!! AS ANYONE WOULD!!! If i were to break my end of a contract, the company would be sure to hold me responsible!!! I am not writing a terrible review because its well deserved and i tried to reach out to solve the issue internally with no success! Someone from the company seems to reply to terrible reviews on here!!! Service Agreement ********

      My husband called this company for preventative maintenence, he was very clear. They said they would come out to inspect the whole place and it would take 2-3 hours. They never came inside to spray for anything. They dug holes in my yard and my spouse told me the rep didn't know about bugs just termites. I tried to cancel my account within the three days via email to the company. They forwarded it to the manager at our local terminix office. The manager called my husband but he was at work. He called him back later and the guy says they'll have to "work something out" because it's past the 3 day window. The manager confirmed he received the email before the 3 day window was closed. However, since we didn't call him back immediately... like we work for him... he would not honor it. I don't want this service they didn't even address my concerns about bug maintenance in my house because they never came inside. The rep just went into the attic which you access in the garage.

      Terminix came to my house the day I closed escrow and lied about observations in the attic and charged more than $7,000 for unnecessary services. After 4 weeks Terminix has not trapped a single rodent and its impossible to get the ******** branch to return to finish the tasks (after many calls and good luck trying to find where to call - I eventually got one return phone call and everyone too busy to revisit until next month horrible service and not acceptable)! The company is a fraud and Im seeking a full refund. Be very careful ***************!

      Terrible experience. I paid nearly $3,000 earlier this year for termite treatment with the agreement that if they came back, Terminix would come out and retreat. I've been trying for 2 weeks to get someone out and do another round of treatment. I'm infested with termites and can't get anyone to come out. ALL calls go to customer service reps that just record notes and promise someone will call and nobody does. Don't make the same mistake I did.

      We appreciate the services that the representative assigned to us have provided to our home. I was unaware that there would be a ***** treatment due to me canceling my contract prior to the service. I spoke to several representatives before the ***** ******** and no one informed me that the representative will be coming out to do a final treatment. I was informed that my contract was canceled and that was all. If I had known that there had to be a final treatment done, I would have been home, as we are usually home for these, because we like the interior treated as well.I have called several times to inquire as to why I received an invoice after I canceled the service and was then informed that ***** was the last of my quarterly treatments. I was told that a branch manager had to ok the refund and that none were available and that Id receive a call. Days later, after no call, I contacted a representative who stated that there was a notation in the system that someone attempted to call and the payment request is valid. She then stated that she put another request in for a manager to follow up. Terminix customer service has been terrible! The last rep kept apologizing, and thats not what I needed. I needed the Manager that supposedly called me to take the call. She communicated that they will follow up later today or by Monday. I am due to have my baby in June and I am not feeling confident that they wont send another representative in July when its canceled and send me another invoice. I explained during cancellation that the services are no longer needed now, but Ill keep them in mind for the future. I am highly disappointed and now I will never do another contract with them.

      Absolutely a lie! I input all of the information pertaining to the account online. I have reached out AGAIN and was told that there are notes that a Manager tried to contact me and was unable to. The representative also gave me the phone # of the Manager and I never received a call from the number or on that day. The matter was then escalated to Regional. I was told that I would receive a call and did not. Called again TODAY and was informed that regional reviewed the Managers note and stated there is no need for a call, declined. Ridiculous! Never again! I will also visit the closet branch and speak to a Manager in person since they are NEVER available via phone.

      Buyer Beware. The first technician who came out did not know the difference between a shingle roof and a steel roof. He told me that they would seal the house and catch the squirrels in the attic. Cost$2,000.00 but guaranteed against rodents for a renewal policy of $200/year. The second technician came out with a foam spray can. He told me they did not do problems with roofs (which I was now told was the squirrel access) and they were not going to fix the crawl space access. He sprayed around the places where plumbing pipes went through the floor and said he would return and replace the crawl space door. He placed one live trap in the attic. They returned and the crawl space repair was to nail a board over part of the dog door access. More spray foam under the door. From the smell, I assume the squirrel died in the wall. They left one live trap in the attic. The contact I signed electronically after the 1st man explained everything says I owe them $2,000. I am legally required to pay this amount. Get the local neighborhood boy to help with the spray foam and you can replace their $2,000 bill for about $50. I thought they were a reputable national company.Never trust what their people tell you because they know nothing and whateveer you are told is meaningless.
