1 starI spoke with a terminix representative 4 weeks ago and informed them to cancel service because I no longer lived at the residence. They still proceeded to charged my card. I called two weeks ago, to have the charged remove. They said they would resolve it. Its still on my credit card account. I called today and received the same service. Totally disgusted with Terminix as they should have never charged my card when I told them to cancel because I no longer lived at the residence. This has been a nightmare to recovered my funds.Terminix

1 starTerminix failed to show up for scheduled appointments without notice and sent technicians to our home who had minimal experience--all resulting in treatments being useless and prolonging the duress and inconvenience our family experienced. Their routine preventative exterior service had been fine, but after months of incompetence, I've canceled all services and want nothing more to do with this company.Terminix

1 starMade an appointment for terminix to come out because we found termites. First day they set up a 1-5 window didnt show up or call. I called to reschedule for the next day and again didnt show or call. Dont waist your time with this company.Terminix

1 starWorse customer service. Signed a contract 1 year ago for pest control and termite bait stations. Fist appointment, May 2022, only installed bait stations, improperly as I was informed in August 2023, left 4-6 inches above ground. Only reason I knew was I had to call in regards to critters getting into the bait stations and pulling the stuff out. When they left after installing properly left garbage in my yard and mounds of dirt. 2nd appointment showed up not during the scheduled time so I wasnt home sprayed around the house spent 5 minutes on the property and left, verified through security cameras. Called to get them to come back to the house to spray interior. 2nd appointment sprayed exterior and interior thats all. 3&4 appointment showed up when not at home to spray exterior. Again 5 minutes on property each time. Upon cancellation I was told that they would fill in the holes after removal of the bait stations, they did not. When I called back they then told me they do not fill in holes. Over the course of a year I paid over $1000 for maybe an hour of work and holes and trash in my yard.Terminix

2 starsThis is not a review of a service provided, because they did not show up to the appointment and they did not care to call to reschedule. I actually call and they said will be there in 30 minutes. These types of things bother me. Especially when I thought that I went with a more expensive but reputable company. I think they are having so much business that they dont need mine. A ****** learned. Ill go with a mom and pops local store, which I should have done from the start. Is two stars fair enough for that? I dont know.Terminix

1 starWas lied to to get us to sign a contract, now won't return calls. I so wish I had read these reviews before I booked them! The rep flat out lied to our faces to get us to sign a contract, and now we can't get them to return our calls. They have literally ghosted us. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General for CA and contacting a lawyer.Terminix

1 starWe got overcharged like $1700 for the year they told us we were infested with termites so we got conned into paying they took down our checking account. My father ends up passing away so it got harder for my mom to keep terminex. I tried canceling once we hit a year because I noticed they took out more money another $397 and they didnt even come and do anything I called right away to cancel over a month ago and they canceled and they said they would refund us. Its almost 2 months now and still have not received any payment back. I would give it zero star if I could but I cant it wont allow. They are ripoffs and I want the mone backTerminix

1 starI purchase Terminex to assist with a rodent problem in my attic in late November .. They came out to the house, walked around, checked out the attic and found a hole in within which the rodents made . Terminex sealed the hole and put some mouse traps down Within two weeks he did come back and he found one mouse, the other traps were left untouched but we continued to hear the scratching in the walls . In Dec we called Terminex back. They did a walk around the property and checked the attic again only to find nothing . But we continued to hear the noise the following month of January Feb and March , we continue to hear the noise , but now also spread , to just about every aspect of my house including the first level, they were migrating. We called Terminex back and they said that the scratching that I was hearing was probably the trees wrestling against the walls of the house but in certain parts of the house there were nThe same person came walked around , house but found nothing . Finally in tApril, we found one mouse, literally crawling in the kitchen into my pantry closet. At this point I went to ********** and bought a small fortune to buy my own glue mouse traps poison spray, repellent, and mouse poison pellets . We put them down all around the inside of the house, as well as the outside of the house, an upon checking my pantry and under the kitchen sink I found a lot of mouse droppings .. Terminex had never checked there !!! I put more poison pellet food and the poison blocks around and under kitchen sink in April . We caught 3 mice as a result from both in the garden and inside the house We have not heard any more mouse scratching inside the wall interiors or nor have we seen any mice . I wanted $2000 with Terminex for nothing ! He didnt even check the full areas of my house . Im very disappointed and would not recommend Terminex Go to ********** and do the work yourself .Terminix

1 starI would give negative stars if possible. Terminix keeps billing wrong amount after a one year contract expired. Difficult to communicate with them and difficult to get them to correct their billing error. Terminix sent us a notice telling us the new amount for 2nd year but now wont honor that. They are dishonest period. They oversell, overcharge & dont honor their own contracts. ***** is the only one that is concientious about his work. To add insult to injury they want to charge a renewal fee after paying over $1400.00 for past year! Dont let them in your house, better to find a different method for pests but NOT TERMINIX!Terminix
