      Been a Terminix customer for years have pest and rodent ********************** . Very happy with both services .. professional, on time , and get the job done. ******************* and ***************************** are assets to their company .

      Terminix is nothing but lies I went on contract beginning of last year the tech that came was great we were dealing with roaches he treated house heavy said he be back every two weeks to retreat and he did roaches were just about gone then never seen him again a new tech called month later said he taken over our area he came sprayed no bait nothing like other guy was doing then disappeared I called customer service they sent messages to the local office to call ** to get scheduled every Two weeks they never returned any calls then few days ago a tech called me and told me I had a overdue balance to take care of I said I'm not paying it cause they haven't been out here in 3 months... his supervisor called told me he was sorry that a new guy will call me Monday or Tues and set up a appointment for this week to start treating our problem again then would schedule for 2 weeks before he left thus is Friday and not heard anything I called the supervisor he won't answer so left a voice that we are done going to a different company... **** ar locations ***** do not trust anything they say

      HORRIBLE customer service!!! First of all when I was in the contract and had any kind of issue - good luck reaching anyone on the customer service line... and then you had to schedule weeks or even a month down the road (if they bothered to show up) for them to take care of major ant problem. I was spending hundreds of dollars with this company and still going to hardware store for ant treatment. Then when the contract is OVER? they have REFUSED to end my contract despite having hours of phone calls and emails to terminate,... and are still withdrawing money from my account. I have been promised by senior management that my account would be terminated and I would be refunded the money for 6 months because of the horrrible service they provided. NOTHING! They lied about sending paperwork they lied about closing my account. This ********************** is a SCAM!!!!! Do not use!!!! I will make sure people in my community know this!!!

      If I could give 0 stars I would. I made the mistake of thinking a brand name could deal with a situation while I was further from home and couldn't deal with it personally. I made the second mistake of not checking BBB. I have been dealing with unfinished work for over 5 months. They lie and tell me the work is done when it's not. They do not return phone calls and then tell me that I am harassing them when I ask them to complete the work correctly. Calling their call center does no good as they will only send you back to the local center and no accountability from Terminex.Do not use their financing either- they don't care if the work gets done or not you are stuck paying regardless.

      ********* #1 scamming service would be a more accurate title in my experience. Pd. thousands of dollars for bat ************** remains unfinished. Run around when I try to get it fixed. IMO they are crooks.*******, ** office is the one to avoid - sales professional I dealt with named *****************************. The other reviews are correct - you can't even get a branch manager to discuss the issue with. These folks are HORRIBLE. BUYER BEWARE. I'm only giving one star because I have to - I would give negative stars if I could.

      DO NOT USE TERMINIX! I paid Terminix ******* to rat proof my house. I have a paid in full receipt. And they turned me over for collections I have called Terminix probably 15 times and was told they would have local office (****** ** ) get this right. Im still waiting since November

      Spent ****** for a clean out with beliefs it would take care of problems and most definitely has not and not even close so after first visit in which I was told would be at least 2 hours well after seeing the problem was still super bad I watched our cameras and he was here an hour and half so 2 weeks later for final clean out procedure I told the tech they were still super bad walked house with him again and he said he would take care of it well here we are week later and still horrible I would not recommend for that money you think you would see a few not the same amount cancelling my monthly service

      They are not honest period. Overcharged ** for work that wasn't getting done and blamed it on the weather but still charged for the work. Only did half of the work one day due to rain but really should have just rescheduled. The customer service rep was rude when she couldn't convince is to keep using Terminix and she said they can't give us a refund but she was going to forward it to a manager for review. Terrible business practices. I saw the total ratings just now and out of **** people they only have 1.12/5 stars. Not to mention, even after they sprayed, we still had fleas, ants, and mosquitoes, plus my plants started to turn brown.

      Made an appointment and they never showed up. Rescheduled and again they never showed up. Cancelled the service and they refuse to provide refund because they say I couldve rescheduled instead of cancelling. Ridiculous!!!!

      Ive purchased Terminix services to rid bugs and as a preventative measure. The ***** office schedules me then unbeknownst to me reschedules without any notification. The employees can never escalate the issue to management and for whatever reason management never returns a call despite constantly asking to speak to someone. On the rare occasion that they have shown up, theyve not provided the described servicea service for which Im contracted to pay quarterly. Terminixs customer service and failure to show up for appointments that they schedule is absolutely insane. The tech has even text that the job was complete and I had to reach out to him because he had cancelled my appointment a mere 10 minutes prior. I dont recommend Terminix for these very valid reasons. I will be cancelling this service after todays appointment, if they show up at all
