      Stay away from this company! I had an appointment scheduled for a week ago Friday. I took time off and waited for them. When they did not show up, I called and was told I had the date wrong; it was supposed to be this week Friday. Fine. I thought maybe I had made the error. I stayed home again and of course, they did not show up. When I called, they told me I had the date wrong; it was scheduled for next Wednesday. I KNOW I did not do that. When I told them that was impossible, they explained sometimes they get too busy so they reschedule the appointment. I am supposed to check their website to find out when my appointment is. I can't believe they can do this and then try to tell me it was my error; what kind of customer service is that?. We are canceling our policy. If there was an option for zero stars, I would choose that.

      Ordered Terminix gutter protection in March of 2023. Had to call 4/5 and ask when are they going to install the gutter guards. I was told they would be out on 4/12 to install. 4 technicians came out and were here over 6 hours. At end of day they said they could not finish because they did not bring to correct equipment to complete install. Said they would be back on Monday 4/17 to finish. Monday came and went no contact , have had to call several times to get them Two more time tech was sent out several weeks between visits. Still did not bring correct equipment. Had appointment today 5/25 and no call and no tech. Also found two more places down low that were not done. So a business that installs gutter guards do not come with a ladder to do the job, no follow up only when I call them. Two full months and still not done. They took my money before out of driveway but service and communication is dismal at best. Do not do business with the gutter guard. Hopefully someone who cares at Terminix will get some action.

      We used terminix for bed bugs, worst service ever. Didnt have trained personnel and they ( the worker) told us that and what training they was wrong. They came out for 5 months, and still have bugs. Call the company and was told our contract was up a month earlier then it was suppose to be. Paid almost **** dollars for nothing! Would not recommend this company to anyone for any thing

      Have them for my pest control customer service likes to hang up on you while your talking to them and they do not complete there job

      Do not, I repeat Do NOT use this company. Had them treat bed bugs in January of 2023 and they come every two weeks because their "warranty" says they will keep coming back. What a big scam. They come every two weeks, take a picture, spray very little on a couple items in the house and leave. I come home to find live adult bugs every single day even though they say no adult activity was located. What a huge waste of money and scam. I'm throwing away an entire bedroom suite, ripping up carpet, and starting all over again with a real company who will take care of me. I will be cancelling the credit card that it's being billed to and I'll see them in court. So frustrating!!

      I used Terminix for about 20 years before I sold my house. Now, I've been in contact with Terminix for 3 weeks now without things coming together with a Termite Bond for the home we are building. I had a CONFIRMED appointment today between 8 - 10. I called at **** to see what happened. They told me "they sent me the text to confirm the appointment but never scheduled me". They were however willing to let me sit and wait for them to show up or not on another day though. While I was still on the phone with Terminix, a local manager from Terminix called and he had already received a voicemail about my troubles. I asked him if he could call me back in about 10 minutes so I could finish the call with the Terminix Representative. He told me he'd call me back and felt that he could straighten things out for me. It's now 2 hours later and it's seems that he now has not found the time to call me back as he said he would. Thanks Terminix for taking care of my last home and keeping it free from termites. I wish that you could have taken care of our new home just like before I moved but, it seems that I don't have the same value as a customer that I had for the last 20 years. I'll move on to a company that wants my business. I'm not calling or emailing anyone to beg to give my monies to Terminix so, save that response for another person.

      Terminix takes your money, does not fullfill what it's supposed to. **************** sends incorrect service messages. They set service to come to your location with no warning AT ALL. When the problem still exists, GOOD LUCK reaching any of them, techs or managers - even when they tell you to call them directly. Over a year later, a lot of money spent, several communication attempts, and what am I left with? Termites. DO NOT USE Terminix. Stay away. You're better off with store bought DIY solutions. I wish I was warned ahead of time.

      I have been trying to cancel my reoccurring payment with Terminix for the last year and a half. My wifes card was just charged $270 for a service we do not even use and that you cannot cancel online, you have to call and wait on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes and hope it does not get disconnected. I finally canceled the service successfully and asked since I was JUST charged, can I get the money back since I have not used the services since my initial service 2.5 years ago. And they said, if you had called yesterday then we would not have charged for the next year. But since you called after the payment has gone through then there is nothing we can do. Oh and by the way, if you cancel now then the service you paid for the next year is not available for you to use.You cannot leave reviews on their website, so there is no warning for what kind of h*** you are buying into.

      Started with Terminix in **************************** Support has gotten horrible every year. We now have to call to try and make our own appointments, they don't tell you anything. When or IF a scheduled date and two hour window arrives NO ONE SHOWS and NO ONE CALLS to tell you or reschedule. They just don't show. We have to call to find out why and the response is " Oh that was rescheduled" but no calls to notified you?They no longer show all schedules on the web site. When you have pets or kids playing in the yard we need to know IF or WHEN someone might show up. The gates are keep locked.
