      Had and still have a bed bug problem, they came out 4 times and we still have a bed bug problem, what they got rid of over $2000 of our money and we are Interested in legal services to retain the money payed to Terminix

      I no longer trust Terminix after fifteen years of enduring scheduling difficulties. These problems were the result of arbitrary, centralized scheduling conducted from their national headquarters. However, now the local branch seems out of control. Six months ago, I received a call from a technician telling me he would be conducting an inspection on January 3, 2023, but he never showed up. This was the second time he had failed to arrive, because he had called a month earlier and never showed. Regardless of two missed appointments, I was asked to renew my coverage without my annual inspection having been made. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. ****** learned and my patience exhausted.

      I have had my termite baits for a year. Recently, I started receiving random text messages from people's personal phones stating they are coming to service my baits at my home. I called the number from the text to see if it was a scam. The call came from ********* phone. Who is verified through conversation he was a tech with Terminix. I explained to him that I did not feel comfortable receiving random texts. I will be present for all the services at my home. We scheduled the bait service for the following day. The day of the service, ****** texted me from his personal phone. He was on his way to my home. I replied there must be a mistake. ******* is coming. I informed him not to proceed and I will be contacting management before anyone proceeds.A few days later, out of the blue, ******* texted me stating he will be at my house the next day to service the baits. I responded to the text, "Do not proceed. I will be contacting management." A few days after that, I received another text from ******'s personal phone. He stated he was coming to my house. I responded to the text, "Do not proceed." A few days after that, I received a text from ****'s personal phone stating he has serviced all the baits and a generated a complete ticket. I called Moyo, " I told him he had trespassed onto my property. He did have my approval to come onto my property. I informed several techs not to proceed to service baits. There is no way he serviced all of my baits. Because they are all around my home. I have a gate that is locked. There is no way you service the baits in the back yard unless you jumped my fence." He admitted the baits in the back of my home were not servicesd while talking over me, arguing and yelling at me. I asked for corporate office number and to transfer my call to a manager to inform them of the issue. Her response was, "We have an international number. But that number does not work. We do not have managers to assist our customers."

      HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I have been trying to schedule an annual termite property inspection and no one shows or they keep canceling my appointment without notification. Cannot even file a complaint with their regional managers because they too, never contact you. However, Terminix took my money quickly and processed my contract quickly.

      The most inept company to ever exist. I have called numerous times in a week and cannot reach a manager. They cannot give me an appointment because they cannot see out past a week. It's like a lottery - you have to call everyday throughout the day to win an appointment to fix their mistakes. They have mishandled my appointments on two occasions. Once you set an appointment a tech texts you they are on the way on the day you dont have an appointment and then complete the appointment in a matter of minutes - never showing up then I'm told the actual appointment I had is no longer available. No one knows whats going on. The staff is clueless and cannot get in touch with management and no one will help resolve this. They misinform you on pest control then do not want to fix their mistakes. They are beyond what is an acceptable IQ for the human race. DO NOT USE THIS INEPT COMPANY or pay the price.

      Terrible local customer service. Called *********** times for local management to call me. As of yet I have not heard a word from them. Everyone I call at corporate level has different explanations. Real quick to sign a contract then thats the end of service

      nice competent techs. very over priced the worst scheduling system - no system ever. every scheduled appointment requires 3-4 calls to reschedule because they arrive on the wrong day at the wrong time. mis information abounds. got pests? try anything else not Terminex

      I live in *********, ** & in July of 2022 my *********** contracted with Terminix for Local Treatment (Drywood) & the Premium ************** Plan. Terminix has the most reprehensible services. We were double billed & still have termites in **********. When they finally sent a tech out (twice), they kept sending techs that were not licensed to do termites only spray insects. Most of all, no one follows through with their promises of service. The local office for ** (when we signed up) was in *******, ** (***** **********), however when we tried to contact them, we received a call stating that the location was vacant & there was no one who could tell ** where the new office was. The corporate office does not respond to request. We have filed a complaint with the **** of **********. If there was a -0 rating, I would have certainly provided it!

      Would give a minus 10 star rating if possible. This is the most mismanaged business ever. Please, please do not get sucked in.They overcharged me every month, and I had to constantly call to get refunds. The techs never show up when scheduled, then they call and chew you out because they came on a different day, and couldn't get through your gate. After my year contract ended, and I cancelled my service, they are STILL charging me! TERMINIX IS A NIGHTMARE. Go elsewhere for pest service. Heed the reviews.

      Waited all day. Never showed up. Nothing more to say. I would give zero stars but its not possible.
