      Terrible hired them February 20 2023 for ants in a isolated location within 90 days my problem got worse ants all over my lower level of my home they came to my house 8 times and even had no show appointments I had no satisfaction whatsoever Im very disappointed I complained and asked for my last payment to be refunded and they declined I hired ***** less than 2 weeks of their service Im finally seeing less ants

      Impossible to do business with, they wont do anything for me unless I sign up for a whole year contract. Thanks for abandoning me and allowing a brand new problem get worse.

      Impossible to resolve issues. All calls to the same call center. Messages are sent to the local office but are never responded to. Transfer of a lifetime bond are not being met and nobody will answer questions. They cannot "find" the contract nor will they tell ** (previous owner) nor the new home owner, what they will or will not honor in the future since they have now contract in file that they can find.

      Horrible customer service. Paid off my account and have a $152.74 overpayment due to me since they received a check from me on 5/28/23.Called them again on 6/7/23 and I was told it would be another month before my refund would even be put in the mail to me. If you are going to do business with Terminix, BEWARE signing a contract with SMAC. (ServiceMaster Finance Account *********************

      Well we had them on service every quarter. We did put the house up for sale and sold it. **** in escrow thinking that they report would be sent to escrow. (Ha Ha). Know the escrow is going to be held up because they didnt. We paid them $1900.00 to fumigation of a small storage shed. Im so frustrated with this company I would never recommend them to anyone.

      I would give them no stars. They charge. They don't show for appointments. You can't speak with anyone. What a joke! Thousands of dollars wasted.

      Raising prices on a recurring service, without notice, twice in ONE year, 25% each. While the service has been good, I do not care for predatory pricing nor price increases without notice. We will be handling our own pest control from now on, thank you very much.

      Dude they put me on a contract no one explained to me that Im stuck in for a year. I had no idea. My year is now out and Im trying to cancel. One specialist said pay the remain $115 and they send a cancellation email confirmation. Didnt get it so I called again and now they say I owe another $115 cancellations fee to confirm it. Holy ****** Im so fed up. Its very hard to be patient.

      Horrible company. They cashed my voided check before completing the job. They said they needed a voided blank check to be certain I had the $900 to cover the service. They used the routing number and account number to deduct the amount from my checking g account! Still have not completed the job as promised . Ive them called twice with no response. They are in *******.
