1 starI had up till last month no real issues with Terminix until last month when i asked for a extra service due to ants. scheduled through the office they could not get to me until june 1st.it was may 23rd. on the day before they confirmed the appointment I stayed home and waited i got the call that my guy could not get to me mid day because i had a payment due ***** I was ok no worries i take care of it in a little bit and they canceled my appointment. and refused to show up. and i would need to reschedule for another 2 weeks. I took that as cancelation of service and paid another exterminator for the year up front came same day. 399. I get a call today June 16th from Terminix about my service that they want payment for. Really go eff yourselves i don't think i was ever treated so rude by the girl on the other side of the phone ever before. She was loud obnoxious and talked over me the entire time.********** ******* Terminix will never get my business or be recommended by me ever. The best part is I own a social media company and I will be sure to tell my story for the next 3 months on how lousy the billing department is at Terminix and how obnoxious they were to me.Terminix

1 starSolicitation, lying (they tried to tell me my neighbors were using them but gave me incorrect names of my neighbors). I politely said Im not interested and no thanks. Their pushy sales person kept going on even after I shut the door. No means no!Terminix

1 starZero stars actually!! They are completely unprofessional. I had a buyer wood destroying pest inspection scheduled. I confirmed twice that they were coming. The inspector was a no call no show. When I called each time nobody knew how to identify my confirmed appointment until I repeated myself over and over again. They schedule appointments with no confirmation number, e-mail, text, nothing. They say, its in our system. Well under what because I just spent 20 minutes verifying who I was each time I called. I am surprised that the company is still in business. I sent an e-mail to a so called supervisor 3 days ago to complain in writing..no response. Crazy!Terminix

1 starIve been a Terminix customer for quite some time. I remain perplexed as to why, every year, I receive a renewal notice that states my plan expires 06/xx/xx and Payment due 06/xx/xx when, in fact, the plan is from 10/xx/xx to 10/xx/xx. This is clearly all stated on the billing and was confirmed by a call to Terminix ************. This seems clearly a violation of attempted collection or skirting regulations in some fashion. Its a good ploy Terminix to attempt to obtain the use of folks money for free, e.g., say, 3 months before theyre actually due. but, Id guess theres a violation here somewhere. Maybe the ****** of ******** Protection/FTC needs to be apprised of these very questionable billing tactics.Dont get me started on trying to obtain an explanation as to why premiums increase, absent explanation, every year.Terminix

1 starWould be zero if ********** option. I had service for a year. Found out I paid $40 more per quarter than neighbors. Main call center gave me the same rate as neighbors if I renewed but local ************ ** office would not honor call service and local ************ office immediately cancelled service. I had treatment just a month prior under original contract and had ant issues and would not honor the original contract for free comeback even though still having 2 months before one year anniversary. Note that there are several reviews and are negative and they have the same generic response with no action or changes to their business.Terminix

1 starTerminix is a bad company. The lead Inspector ************** tells you they are going to stop the squirrels from coming inside the roof. That was not fixed. The so called techs have no clue of what they are doing. an appointment, that I wrote on my calendar, but they never show up, or have .the courtesy to call me, so I wasted my time. When I called Terminix, they make another appointment, that never show up, or called me toe let me know they had cancelled the appointment, wasted my time once more. I payed to the the lead inspector on May 10, 23 on his first visit $ *****, 57..On **** 13, they called at last minute to let me know they were coming at noon time, that day I have an appointment to have blood work, BECAUSE thy where coming at noon time, at 9 am as I was leaving for my app. they show up. When I told them they app. was at noon, the Tech enter in a shouting temper. I have the entire incident on camera, but also before they show up, I have taken pictures of their bad work. DO NOT HIRE TERMINIX. OI never received a bill for my payment, I have to call on **** to finally get a copy for the contract. This company have no ethics, nor professional s, rude customer service, I believe they are a fraud. They deserve a 0 starts.Review fromTheresa P

1 star***, a service tech, arrived for our appointment and did a thorough inspection, identified that we had ********* ants and sent a proposal with three different options. Within two days I signed the contract and returned it to ***. Never heard back from ***. I called ***, VM was full, so I texted ***, no response. I contacted the Terminix office, spoke to ********************** quoted a price, similar to the proposal from *** and we scheduled the service appointment. Two days before the appointment I received a new proposal that DOUBLED the price quote to me by *** and *****. I contacted the 800 number and was told that the new price, double any amount in the written proposals, was the price to work with Terminix to eliminate the ********* ants. Bait and switch, no written proposal and they already had by credit card number, with the amount on hold. I cancelled all appointments, found a local reputable company for half the price quoted but not honored by Terminix. So disappointing to have this interaction with a national company. Would strong discourage anyone from doing business with the ****************** of Terminix.Terminix

1 starTechnician was very quick to sign me up and seemed helpful but later only responded to come up with follow-up appointment and ignored my messages for weeks. Was never told about a $99 fee for ending service agreement before a year service.Terminix

2 starsTerminix wanted to charge a higher amount for a incomplete job, and due to me doing business with them for over seven years, I was surprised and very disappointed. The Terminix employee went under my house to put down plastic and remove a small amount of trash from under the house, but failed to put plastic under the entire house as well as any removal of trash. The Terminix employee also claimed that it was raw sewerage under the house, however, after having someone else to go under my home to check, it was no evidence of raw sewerage. 1 starI ordered a bedbug service and never received it. After 4 promises of service. I called customer service they assured me that a manger would contact me and that didnt happened either. We stayed 5 nights in a hotel pd someone to stay at the house to let them in and still no service. They didnt offer to to reimbursed **. They just made another empty promise so I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. However they did take out the money for the service that they didnt provide.Terminix
