  They didn't treat my house correctly. Only treated one area. Never showed up when they were supposed to and tried multiple random charges. This is unacceptable. Now they want me to pay them $900 for firing them. Get the f*** out of here

  If I could submit a negative rating, I would. This company aoldme a dream bat exclusion and pest removal. What I received for my $2000 investment was broken promises and poor customer service. I still have bats and they are saying that my coverage expired. That is such a slap in the face. They've done nothing to accommodate me at all. So will continue to speak on it every chance I get. You're better off doing a DIY ************. You'll save money and learn some valuable lessons. This was in ********* **.

  1. The guys didn't make their appointment within a 4-hour window. I waited 2 days.2. Every time they called, they didn't know if I was the right person. They thought I had bats, rats, and termites. I called about squirrels.3. He said they were going to charge $650 and hadn't even shown up at my house yet. When I got my credit card bill. They charged $850 and did nothing!!!!4. I called and the guy said he didn't know who those guys were; that he was only a dispatcher.My brother asked them if they knew who their employees were and he said no.They didn't retract the $850 from my credit card and have never shown up.

  I am highly disappointed with their service. I called to cancel my account because the pest service is not working The mice are still in my home I have only been with them for two month and was told that I would have to pay a ******* early cancellation fee. I regret doing business with them.

This process can take time to resolve. In reviewing your account, we see that you signed a 1 year, quarterly service, UPP plan with Terminix, which carries an ETF, if canceled before the year has been satisfied.   Warning - Do not use Terminix, they are not only unreliable, but fraudulent and dishonest. We were sold on a Termite tenting for $3,800 which was supposed to be done in May. We spent hours packing everything. On the day they were supposed to put up the tent, they didn't show up, no explanation. A few days later they said we had to remove the awning (which they could have told us to do before), and rebooked for a month later (in June!). We spent $1,000 to remove the awning, and then they didn't show up for the rescheduled appointment. I've been trying to get a refund but they will not even return my calls.

  I have cancelled all of my Terminix services as of Feb 2023. They are still sending me monthly bills. I have an email confirmation that all of my services were cancelled. I have emailed them asking for my final bill for the remainder of the contract. I have not received a final bill. I have since emailed their customer service asking for the final bill. I have not heard back from them. They send text and make calls to my phone everyday asking for the monthly payment. I tell them no, no monthly payments send the final bill. What is this business doing? The heat service I did pay in full for did not kill all of the termites. I called them immediately asking for a re-treatment as it was literally the next day termites were still present. Do not waste your money on Terminix. I have since hired a mom and pop service for a different property. They are much better. Terminix has predatory business practice. They have yet to send me the final bill.

  So my wife and i paid terminix to get rid of a bed bug problem and the first representative we talked to told us they gairinte the service however after 6mo we are still dealing with the bug problem because there tec didn't do the job fully and the manager we spoke to basically told us tough luck that unless we pay them another $2000 they wont come back and finish the job we already burnt over $3000 worth of beds and bedding and spent a full day washing all the cloths in the house every 2 weeks my wifes mom lives in a camper next to our house and informed us that each time the tec was out he would only spend *********************************************** his truck smoking when we complained to the company we were told he is the only tec in our area so we couldn't have someone else come out and the manager made it seam like we were lying about him not doing his job. Over all a complete waste of money and time and horrible customer service with local managers that are very rude and no help to there customers

  I was a Terminix customer in ****** and relocated to *****. We entered into a contract ($5800 cost) for termite control, as there was extensive damage to the home we are purchasing. The contractors doing work saw live activity, so we tried to get a hold of Terminix to come back out. They never sent anyone out, we could never get a reply. Finally, we had to reach out to a local company and they came right out and sprayed. We tried to get a hold of the sales rep who said to contact him if we ever had issues - still nothing. I wrote a review and all of a sudden the branch manager said we could pay $750 to get out of the contract that they weren't honoring in the first place. What a joke. Do NOT EVER use Terminix. First of all, they will rip you off financially. Second of all, they can't even get rid of termites. They serve no purpose in ***** other than to **** off those of us that bust our butts to earn a living. They are an absolute disgrace. I wish I had read the reviews for ***** instead of using my previous experience as an indicator of what service I would receive. They deserve ZERO stars because they are terrible.

  While the overall service contract gives us assurance if we get termites or discovery new termite damage, we will not be facing a large repair bill (though from the customer reviews they may not honor even that if it happens). The yearly inspections of the bait stations have not been as comprehensive as I would expect. Terminix installed them but over the past several years a number of them on the back hill side have gone uninspected. The technician who serviced it last time did not know the number of stations installed/ a map of the locations on the property and was not actively trying to locate them. He did find about half and some had activity on them. If not all the bait stations were checked are we missing an understanding of activity and what adjustments need to be made. My concern is I want to prevent termite damage with this contract not need to fix damage if it occurs. I would think these stations may need to be replaced from time to time if the station get damaged. Why would the bait station not have a piece of metal or magnet so they could be located with a hand held device. My understanding they are positioned at a constant distance from each other so once one is found it would be easy to locate the others or find out if they are missing and install a new one.

  This company rips people off, takes their money, and does not deliver as promised! We have been scammed! They did leave stickers on electrical box or even drill holes or tell us what chemicals were used! We have contacted everyone we know to get help with no response or refund. We used a finance company and paid over $2200.00 with $1080 for first year and (paid off) the other into August of 2023 which has canceled, and no refund via Terminix, they said we had a Crawl space which is a lie, no crawl space, as well as spectrum being here, could not get under trailer due to bugs. Spectrum said: could get under. They blatantly lied! They came out following year, anniversary date they said (***) No terminate activity. We called another company Fl ************** Experts, we had to drill for termites, and they were excellent. Trying to get a refund and thus far, no help.

In reviewing your agreement and the notes on your account, we see that you entered into a 1 year agreement with Terminix in August 22, for active termites that you were seeing inside/outside of your home, and window seal in the bedroom.  Being that services were provided, and your home has been protected for almost a year, it was determined that no refund is due.
