1 starTerminix has failed to deliver on mouse termination and maintenance plans that are not effective despite numerous calls and visits to our ************** ** home. Unsealed entrances, run around customer service department. We have dined out everyday since ******************** sold and promised the moon. ******** ** mgmt Mr **** asked to come out a 4th when the previous 3 visits failed. Trying to cancel maintenance plan for terminix failure will cost us $1,141.50 for early termination for a failed service. ******* of retention department informed us of the fee and that the same failed mr. **** has to cancel without penalty. Joke. So total for everything is $6,214 and no satisfaction or pride in their work at ******** ** office. Besides eating out our family has had health problems as we have had to use cleaning agents to clean up mice waste. It also has damaged our carpets. So in our opinion, if you like to pay for lousy service, minimal management effectiveness, little customer service, then ********************** would be your company. ******************* ****************************************************************** Notice that I am not anonymous so it adds credibility and not afraid to explain our position and personal experience, thoughts, opinions, and challenges with business interactions with Terminix.Terminix

1 starI hired Terminix to get rid of bedbugs. They financed $800.00 with SMAC My contract was for 6 months,I called ******************* and told him that I needed him to send someone out because I saw some bedbugs in my bed. I told him that I would call the guy that was coming to spray that he only sprayed the bugs that he saw.I ask **** to have someone to come spray because I was getting bit at night in my bed.He said that because my contract was ALMOST up that they would only spray what they saw. But no one ever came out and I still have bedbugs in my bed!I want my money back so I can have another company to get rid of these bugs, since they didn't do their jobTerminix

In reviewing your account, we see that you entered into a 6 month bedbug agreement with Terminix in June 2021. We do not see any ongoing issues with bedbugs being reported, until your most recent call in June 2023. There is no guarantee that once your home has been treated for bedbugs that you will never have them again. Being that bedbugs are travelers, they can be reintroduced into your home at any time. 1 starI made 2 appointments with Terminix to get rid of ********* bees, of which they failed to come to either one. I called each time to ask if they were running late, or if they were still coming, because I had cancelled or changed plans for each day expecting them to come or at least call. I called and talked to a person who said they couldn't get in touch with the technician, but they might be running late. I never heard a word. I regret after the first no-show that I tried again. I will not be using their services in the future.Terminix

1 starZero Stars!! I had the initial inspection on 5/31/23, and was told Terminix could fix my chimney cap, I had squirrels in my chimney. The sales guy reassured me that they worked on metal roofs, and it wouldn't be a problem. (I asked specifically because another company had told me no for metal roofs). He also went around and pointed out where they would fill holes so nothing can get in my house. The 1st appointment with the technician: He set a trap on the ground, retrieved a dead squirrel from the opening of my chimney in my living room, and then said he would have to talk to his boss about getting on my roof, the angle is bad and they don't do metal roofs. He wasn't sure why the salesman would tell me they could do that. He said he would call me after he talked to his boss. Days go by, so I called the technician myself to see what the outcome would be...he gave me his card because he said it was much easier than calling the ***** #. Well, I eventually had 2 leave him 2 voice-mail, and NEVER received a call back. I called the **** #, and was told the manager is coming out Friday to look at my roof to see what they can do. The manager did come, I was told the salesman doesn't know what they can/cannot do, and its not the salesman fault! He then takes the trap, which didn't catch anything, says he will have to contact his boss about the roof, and then call me. Well, 2 weeks have past and still no word! I called last week to complain and was told I cannot get a refund due to having a ************************************* place, and someone would call me to schedule. I had to call again today to follow up, and had to leave another message. Worst customer service! They are liars and take your money. Do not do business with them!!!!!Terminix

1 starOn 5-19-2023 I signed a contract for Dehumidification and Crawl Space Encapsulation Agreement. The work started on 5-20-2023. The second time they came out was 5-22-2023. The third time was 5-24-20-2023. Each time they came out they only spent a few ours on the property doing work. On 5-25-2023 they came back out and told us they would be done that day. Needless to say they left without finishing the work.On 6-05-2023 *********** came out and installed an electrical outlet for the dehumidifier under the house. I have spoken to the ******, ******* Branch Manager (******) twice (6-15-2023, 6-27-2023) was informed that **************** would be out here on 6-19-2023 (1rst time) and 6-30-2023 (2nd time) to complete the work. It is now 12:15 on 6-30-2023. I have received no call, no show. Work is not completed, yet on 6-23-2023 money (******) is being withdrawn from my account to pay for this contract that has not been completed on their part. Going forward I will decide on my options since I can get no resolution.Signed VERY UNHAPPYTerminix

1 starTheft, fraud.what else could you call it? I pay for yearly exclusion service. Tech came to house in Dec22 with no equipment. Asked me to use my drone and ladder to take pictures of the issue and send them to him for a follow up appointment . Today was 6 mos later and 3rd appointment (Im paid up) where they did not show. Call centered verified my appointment ; told me I may qualify for a credit or refund. If I stole like Terminix, Id be punished ;Terminix

1 starThey are dishonest. They schedule a appointment then they change the date to a week later without contacting me. They have you pay in advance and do not follow thru with what they say they will do. No emails with data of the charge and not showing up on the schedule time and day. I just wasted the whole day waiting for them. Had to call them to refund my money since they did not do any service!Terminix

1 starI used Terminix for approximately ten years for termites, pest control and mosquitoes. In the last couple of years they have gone downhill. Things like the techs texting me to "remind" me they were coming the next day (when I had never heard they were coming at all), calling me from my gate despite my gate code being on file all these years, etc. A few years ago I had a tech come out and claim he sprayed for mosquitoes but I couldn't smell the product - a couple of weeks later I was getting eaten up with mosquitoes so I called them. Another tech came out, argued with me and said I wasn't seeing mosquitoes, and sprayed all my plants on the patio with the experimental "bait" they were using, You can imagine what happened - there were biting mosquitoes all over the patio and porch, not to mention he killed my plants! With their prices going up and their service going down, I contacted a local pest control service in May and told Terminix I was not going to renew with them. Despite this, I have continued to receive emails, bills and phone calls saying I am past due on my account. I have told about six different people that I am not using them anymore and still they are ******* me. DO NOT USE TERMINIX.Terminix

1 starI was thoroughly disappointed, I had a technician come out to inspect my mite situation only for himto tell they don't treat mites. Then he told me to buy one of those sticky tapes to see if I could catch the mite on the tape, I guess he was trying to help. Then I asked him about fumigation and he told me it was very expensive and his company didn't fumigate. This not the first exterminator company that didn't know what to do about mites. What is going on with exterminators, shouldn't you know how to treat any bug situation. But thank God I went to ******* and bought this garden spray that kills mites and it works $9Terminix
