      CUSTOMERS BEWARE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Only contracted with them because my mother had been with them for decades. What a mistake! On 2.19 a Terminex Rep came to exterminate my home and set rat traps. My attic entrance and ceiling was damaged. Rep acknowledged and texted pics of damage to me. **** he notified his boss. Have yet to hear from his boss or anyone at Terminex. RUDE MANAGEMENT. In fact my CONTRACT was CANCELLED by mgnt because I complained after 3 trucks showed up at my home on 2.22.24 to perform the job I had been waiting for since 2.14.24 only to inform me that equipment wasn't working. I was finally able to get the number for a director on 2.27.24. He seemed concerned and said he would get back with me the next morning. Well it's still the next morning. Director also dropped the ball and ignored further calls and texts. **************** is a joke, but I do realize that they are trained to tell customers someone will get back with them in ***** hours. That NEVER happens. There is no means of contacting Corporate. All calls are funneled back to local offices by zip code - where the problem actually began. In hindsight, they did me a favor by canceling my contract. There is absolutely no accountability company-wide with the exception of one Service Tech who possesses ethics and morals. The general duplicated manner in which Terminex responds to customer complaints on this site is unacceptable. My experience dictates that they have no intention of contacting you or resolving your problem. Excuse me, but did I hear Class Action Lawsuit people. CUSTOMERS BEWARE. I am extremely disappointed with ******** and their blatant lack of concern for their customers. They deserve a "0" rating but that rating is unavailable.

      This company is a total fraud. I can tell you that they are worse than having pests. In my experience with the ***************************************************************************** location, the sales agent had me sign a 1 year contract for about $2500 with pest exclusion and termite monitoring bundled. He was very entertaining and forgot to mention important billing details other than the one time fee. A few days later, I contacted online chat to get a copy of the contract, but I did not receive any. I was not suspecting any problems at this point. A few services later, the pest exclusion was still incomplete, with no vent covers installed and no termite stations installed. I called to schedule both. Around this time, I noticed a fee on my credit card. When I called to find out about it, I discovered I had also signed up for a monthly charge of around $140 for a year bringing the total to over $4000. This was not disclosed to me while I signed on a small iPad screen. The customer service experience was combative and extremely unpleasant. The agent scheduled removal of the termite stations. But I was still paying the $140 next month. I am practically getting no service from Terminix at this point. What recourse do I have? Small claims court?

      The company has screwed up billing so bad, and delayed any refunds for up to 4 months of me having to babysit it calling every few days to make sure it was getting processed. Then the next month they billed me the amount that was supposed to be refunded, and the whole process repeated. Horrible horrible company.The tech that came out to treat my property was awesome tho! He just works for a crappy company.

      Wow, I don't even know the point after seeing their 1.1 rating so far. Their inspector straight-up lied to us about many things. The most malicious of these lies was a complete fabrication that he found evidence of rats. He saw that we were preparing for a baby and knew that we'd get the most expensive service if he said "rats." Three other Terminix employees later verified that this was an outright lie.Furthermore, despite becoming a quarterly-billed customer, ********************** refuses to uphold its part of the deal. We have had to buy multiple items that the inspector said would be on Terminix's bill. Of greatest concern was that we called on December 30th, 2023 to report that there was high rodent activity all over the house (including children's sleeping areas) upon our return from a trip home for the holidays. We requested the "exclusion" team (which is part of our expense as being a quarterly customer). They scheduled us for January 5th. That day came and went; the team no-call-no-showed on us. I left multiple messages for management and even corporate with no response until one of Terminix's own employees finally managed to get a manager to contact me a couple weeks later.Today, it is February 28th - 58 days after I requested the exclusion team and 51 days after the no-call-no-show. There has still been no sign of the team despite multiple messages exchanged with the manager who just says vague things like that there are no appointments currently available (this in spite of her claiming we were a priority the one time I got her on the phone in mid-January). At the very least, we should be receiving some of our money back. We only paid for the most expensive service due to an outright lie (the rats thing), and we haven't even received the service that money was supposed to provide. I paid roughly 10% of last year's gross income to Terminix, and we still have rodents throughout the house. Terminix can't even be bothered to send their time to even TRY to help.

      Stole our money before the job was completed and refused to refund it. Blatantly lied to us multiple times, saying that they did things they they did not do. We only found out by checking their work ourselves and taking pictures and videos. Took them four tries over several weeks before they actually completed the job that should have been done in one day, and we had to be on site checking on them to make sure they did it right. The communications with them were terrible. Then they told us they would give us a partial refund for all the trouble they caused us, but we only received it after we asked for it about ten times over four weeks. We will never use Terminix again!

      So at my house the whole family has been hearing a sound in between the first floor and second floor of the house. It was going on at certain times and sound like an animal footsteps. So we called Terminix since we are with them. Their employer quoted the job for a rat infestation, and used pictures to backup their findings. Which they would not give to us so we can compare pictures. They also an old picture of something that was broken that we had gotten fixed. We where also informed that due to the infestation, all of the insulation needed to be removed and replaced. The quote they gave us for the trapping and sealing was $2400, and another $4400 for the insulation. SO we decided to call another local company's to see their price and see if they said something different and the price, They said the complete opposite and had the proof to back their statements up. The company said we DOES NOT have a rat infestation, much less a rat problem. The issue that they knew they had, noises between the floors of a 2-story house, is squirrels. There are ZERO droppings in the attic, which means Terminix used stock photos in their sales pitch. Other than trails through the insulation, it is immaculate, no new insulation needed.That equates to fraud, no matter how you look at it. The company told us he had a curveball which he was going to tell us. Terminix didn't found the bat issue they have. If they had done a thorough inspection, and knew what they were doing, they would have found the bat droppings on the roof, next to the opening they were using to get between the walls. He charged us **** much cheaper than what terminix was charging us. Talking to him he said it common that Terminix does this and no one in our area brings it up. If it wasn't for us deciding to reach out to another company we would have lost **** dollars to this scam this company is doing. We decide to cut our business with Terminix the next day after what their employer tried doing to us. FYI fire

      They stole our money, lied about pests being in the house, damage our roof, and then tried to claim it was our fault. After this, they still charged us for a year renewal after we obviously had cancelled.

      This is the WORST company EVER in regards to Pest Control. They come when they don't even tell you that they are coming, so if you're not home- they charge you the quarterly FEE to walk the perimeter. I can't get a hold of anyone but a call center- and they are NOT allowed to give out branch information- and so you have to hope that someone will call you back; which the never do. They are not accredited with the BBB and now I know why- they would absolutely fail. I'm cancelling my contract. It's pointless to have a company that wont come into the house to for inside pests.

      Lack of communication, no quality control. Because they did not solve the rat problem in my attic, I am having to spend over $15, 000 to have radical treatment done. Their use of 3rd party contractors means neither they or their contractors care about solving problems. And why would it *********** days for me to be able to talk to a supervisor? I have completely lost confidence in their ability to do any pest control and would not recommend them for any service if this is their standard business practice. I feel as if they took advantage of me.

      I have had Terminix for 23 years. They are the worst company I have ever experienced. I only keep them because the policy I have is grandfathered in. It is not offered any longer by any company. I have had so many problems with people not showing up or showing up on a day we do not have an appointment. They will send an inspector when it should have been the person who does the treatment. This has happened many times. I had a recent inspection where the man was on light duty and could not go in the attic to inspect. No follow up from the company. I have had an inspector come through the ceiling. The crew they sent to fix the mess looked they were just released from prison. My husband has walked into the garage to find a Terminix inspector with the cover off his motorcycle without asking anyone. I have had them do and file an inspection when we were not home so there is no way they inspected the garage, attic, backyard or house. Their customer service is terrible. You can't directly contact your local Terminix. **************** has to contact them. In my case they never call back and I have to keep calling. Our latest fiasco was the inspector found multiply areas in the attic that need to be heated treated because of the where they are located. This was on Dec. 15th, 2023. Then a random inspector just showed up, inspector not the person who can treat the termites. After numerous phone calls I receive a voicemail from the local Terminix office with a phone number to return the call. I have called that number at least 20 times with no answer. I have left messages and no return call. Now the mailbox at that number is full and you can't even leave a message. I have called customer service twice this week. Same response every time. They can't ever reach anyone so they leave messages.When workers come in from *********** they were excellent and they could inspect and treat. I have 23 years of paperwork and problems. I got a call today but it was them wanting me to renew.
