      I had been a customer of ********************** for ** years until this afternoon. I received an email from Terminix at approximately 2:30pm stating that I had just made a payment on my service online, when I did no such thing. I promptly called them and alerted them to the unauthorized charge, and was told they would escalate the situation and was told by the *** that they saw and knew that I was NOT on auto pay. I told the *** that I now felt very uncomfortable about staying with Terminix and was sent to cancellations. When I spoke to them, the *** told me that the other *** was lying and that I was in fact on autopay, as I personally was looking at my own account on my computer, that said I was not on auto pay and I never have been. The mistake I made was leaving my banking information on my account, and actually trusting that it would be safe. The *** then tried to offer me a free service, to which, I said NO. I do not trust Terminix anymore and I don't think anyone should

      I have Terminex quaterly plan in *********, **. Our provider , *******, is great. She Is Friendly, on time, answers our questions, and is Professional. We are very happy with our service. She is A Pleasure To do business with. We feel assured she wil be able to take Care Of any pest Issues We May have

      I am not happy at all with Terminix i have live termites activity and no one has been able to come. in fact i have an schedule and confirmed appointment today and all of a sudden it was canceled. what? i am left in the air ***********************.

      This office/branch (Detroit Metro) is a total ****. I would stay FAR away. We have written extensive complaints to the branch, corporation, and hotlines like social support with little help at all. Not only do they NOT work, but when you complain to the company they will not acknowledge that they do not know what they are doing and that they have NO solution for the service you purchased. Home exclusion, their premium product is a bait and switch. They trick you into signing a contract that they will deliver a service, but then there is no service at all. You'll be lucky if a technician comes once and they will be on the job for less than 4 hrs yet probably log a full day. they WILL NOT seal ONE hole on your house. GUARENTEED. They are only looking for your cash. They will pretend to do work just to have you locked into a contract. I followed them on the roof and around the perimeter, the whole operation is a ****. We have videos and pics of bats going through Terminex 'exclusions tubes. Their products simply DONT work; Multiple visits and the tech team kept telling me that there was no opening there and we must be blind or something. Once they acknowledge the opening, you can see in the video that their bat tube exclusion device doesnt even work! Company never came back. The other picture shows the ridge guard they installed and your looking at the end view of the ridge vent (post installation!) and live bats!! what good is the ridge guard? What a JOKE. I had to take these pictures, because the company gives you NO validity. they tell you that you have no problems but again they are a SCAM. Lastly there were many other holes beyond these pics where bats were living inside and well you get the point. its like Terminix didn't even try.... I hope our suffering at least helps one other innocent customer out there

      The worst experience, I have had a contract about 10 years. Ive been trying since last year for a finale approval for a termite tenting on our home. They have missed 10 appointments .

      Ive been making a couple of follow-*** regarding my monthly bill which has skyrocketed for the last couple of years and havent received any reply at all. Im definitely cancelling my services with them. Ive been dissatisfied with their services for the last 2 years, and have been in contract with the company for 10 yrs. now. Really frustrating.

      I required a termite inspection for a home refinance. I contacted Terminix and they sent a representative to do the inspection. When finished he had me sign two lines on a cell phone. It turned out I had not only signed for an inspection, but also for a year's service contract. I learned I had four days to cancel the contract, but as the employee who installed the bait stations had cut my optic fiber data line I had no way to communicate my cancellation notice. One day five my phone and internet company repaired the line but Terminix refused to cancel the contract. So I paid $89.00 a month for a year of no service provided. Once the contract expired, I ordered the second year contract be terminated, in October 2023. On October 25, 2023 they removed the bait stations, but continue to bill me $28.00 a month for performing no service. Terminix is a fraud service company.

      Stay away. I purchased a very expensive package to eradicate some termites. Part of the treatment that I purchased included the bait stations placed around my yard and concrete. I was told that this covered a year of pest control as well. At the end of the year, I did not purchase another year's service because I just wanted the termites gone. The other reason that I did not renew is that they claimed to take on the issue with fire ants as well. Regardless of when they showed up, I still had ants. After I chose not to renew the pest contract, they sent a tech to my home (while I was not there) and dug up the bait stations. This was not discussed when I purchased the service.I did call the office immediately, but pretty much got the "too bad there is nothing that you can do about it" answer. I strongly advise that if you are ever in need of such treatment for pests, deal with someone who will not come and destroy your yard as a punishment for not renewing a contract.

      In October of 2023, we had Terminix come to our house in ********, as we learned we had mice in our attic. The Terminix ******************************* came to our home on 10/19/23, walked around our house & looked in our attic, & developed a plan to address our problem. He went over the procedures & the cost. While he was there, he worked up a contract, which we signed & agreed to. The total cost of services, including *************** fee, came to $10,392.60. This is with a 7% interest rate & the monthly bill was supposed to be $173.21. The workers came to our ****** did the work as described in the contract. No problems w/ the workers. We've also had 1 visit from Terminix where ******* inspected around our ****** ********* & he told me that this was part of our **************** was NO extra cost, but I noticed shortly after that visit, a $99 charge was taken from our bank account! I texted the original Rep that came to our house ( ***** ) to ask about this, & got NO reply or return call!!! We've been recieving bills from their finance company SMAC & the bills vs the contract we signed are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. The bill generatedd from SMAC has an 18% interest rate & the monthly payment expected is $275.71!! This is NOT what we agreed to!!! I have made numerous phone calls to Terminix & to SMAC & spent HOURS on the phone trying to get this resolved!! My last phone call to ***************************** was on 12/29/23 with *****. 3 way call. ***** asked me to send a copy of the signed contract to her, which we did via ********* was told this would be addressed. Yesterday, I was looking at our bank account online & saw a payment taken for $275.71!!! THIS IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT!!!!!!

      Terminix has been the worse company that I have ever worked with. They upright steal from you. They came into my house and offered services. I told them that I would like to proceed with the one time deal as i would like to speak with my husband. They took advantage of that and I supposely signed a contract for a year. Ok, whatever. Then we moved out of the state and wanted to transfer service to new residence. They denied it. So that's right I continued paying service for a house i didn't own. I called and requested reports on what was done. They never serviced my house from Aug 17- today Jan 24. 5 months no service. Then i get a charged early cancellation fee when I didn't cancel. This is a breach of contract on their end. I will be going to court. BEWARE, TERMINIX ARE SCAMMERS.
