      Terminix is a fraudulent business. I had a representative from Terminix come to my home for a free evaluation. I was informed that I had termites (which was completely false). The representative also said my home was infested with spiders. He then went on to say he could eliminate ALL pests (including wasps and ants). I did notice wasps, spiders and ants, so I thought he was possibly being truthful. He began to "spray sparingly" (only on the first level of my home, stating Terminix does NOT spray on second levels of homes - NOT my attic, but the second level of my home). He was at my home for literally TEN minutes. After several weeks, there was absolutely NO resolution of ANY of the above mentioned wasps, spiders or ants. That was the first and LAST time Terminix came out to my home. I am now receiving bills from Terminix for services that were DEFINITELY NOT rendered. When did it become lawful to bill a consumer for NO service? There has to be protection for the consumer. SHAME ON YOU TERMINIX. If needed, which I assume it will be, we'll be meeting again - this time in a court setting.

      They did an awful job at supposedly rodent proofing our house. Still gaps. After this we started seeing snakes in out house, never saw any until then but they don't cover those because they could get in different than rodents. We still have mice too. Do not recommend

      I wanted to cancel Terminix services and when I called a representative told me , she canceled my account and they will remove the bait stations on May 22 Wednesday which is today. When I called the customer service the representative told me the local branch canceled the services to remove those bait stations because they canceled my account before removing those bait stations. Not only they didn't let me know about it, that also has nothing to do with me. It's from their side and they could have removed those bait stations today. So they gave me another date which is next Tuesday to remove those bait stations and on the website it stated that there are no appointments for that. I called again and they did not call me back. They reactivated my account like it has never been canceled without telling me anything. That's literally fraud. They lie to you over and over again just not to cancel your service. I don't want to deal with it in the court but that's where it is going.

      It is absolutely amazing this company is still in business with their customer service.There is no customer service. You literally call a number and the only thing they can ever do is take a number to call you back.. days later.. if AT ALL! How is it I cannot speak to a local service manager who is actually involved in my case. They swear up and down they cannot give out any number and they dont have any. We had a problem which we thought was bed bugs. They came did an inspection they saw no signs but said youve seen one so we can service if youd like. It was $1,700.They had to come back multiple times to service because we kept having the same problem and it was always the same room/ same exact areas. (The room is also one we do not use frequently at all. ) there were never signs of infestation and after 6 months there definitely should have been something. I would always collect ones I found to show them. Finally I had caught an egg and it was suspicious to the tech that it was possibly a BAT bug. He took the samples to show at work. Telling us this would kill them anyway( not True ) They disregarded it. Had to come back two more times , multiple second opinions from their colleagues.The last visit they came and looked decided it prob was most likely bats in the attic and took samples AGAIN to actually get tested guess what. NEVER heard back at all. Has ghosted us ever since.Now I have to pay an additional ***** to have bats removed . The worst part is I have to wait 3 months to do it because bats are endangered. If they would have actually made an effort to figure out what bugs they were to us would have been taken care of before bat pregnancy season. This is an absolute disaster and there are still bugs crawling around my house!

      Paid $1800 up front for bedbug treatment. 5 months later we still have an issue. Also calling for and scheduling service is very difficult. When you call they say they will get back to you inside of 48 hours. This means the tech will call the day he is coming. Since you need to leave the house for 2 hours, this is difficult with very little notice. So terrible customer service and the treatments dont work. We would have been better off throwing $1800 in the trash.

      Terminix: Based on my experience, Terminix is not a reputable company. It has substandard customer service, deficient communications, and deceptive and misleading advertising. Per their website and customer service center, they offer a 1 time pest control ********************** which covers standard pest (which they list as cockroaches, mice, rats, spiders, ants, etc.). On the paid invoice, it also states the service covers inspection and treatment of such standard pests. I paid for the 1 time pest control service, but did not receive the service as advertised. Initially they only sent a technician who only sprayed for ants and 1 box elder bug, nothing for rodents or other insects. When contacted many times on the matter, they finally sent an inspector. It was clear the inspectors mission was to sell a very costly Terminix service. The inspection was extremely brief, superficial, and lacked hands on-visual investigation. The report provided was inaccurate, grossly misleading and clearly a sales pitch. They refused to provide any rodent treatment; as stipulated in the contract. Consumers should be very skeptical of this company, its services, and the information it provides. I would give this a minus star rating, but the site doesn't allow it.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. *********************************** is the worst company. I had an first time appointment on Saturday and the guy no called no showed wouldn't answer his phone and voicemail was full. The customer service team had tried numerous of times to get a hold of the local branch in ********* but still no response and there's no number I can actually call they won't give me the number and the numbers that was listed are a fake number for the branch office it just goes to the customer service which they can only email and call them themselves which is ridiculous. This is a scam don't do business with the Rochester location they will not make it right with you

      Terminix billing program is fraudulent and certainly not based on good business practice. For years I have received billing statements saying my service was going to end and I needed to pay right away, even though the contracted services clearly were not due for about 4 months from the billing date. This is nothing more than a lie so they can receive money earlier than it is due so they can live off the float.This year I did not pay in advance on the date they suggested. I then began receiving a bill in the mail stating very clearly in large bold type that my Protection Plan Has Expired and Your Home Is No Longer Protected, so I needed to renew it right away. When going to my account on their website it clearly shows that my contract is indeed still in force for 3 or 4 more months and is not expired as there email billing clearly indicates. If I had a choice I would dump these guys.*****************************, *********, **

      If I could leave a one star review I would, this company is a ripoff they came out to my home, and they barely serviced it the service was done what they can they looked it like raid. The technician went outside and dusted my windows off that was poorly done. I still have spiderwebs that I can attach a picture to charge me $130 for that the next couple of days not even the next couple of days the next 24 hours they charge me another ***** stating that my property had an up charge never informed me of this, not on my receipt. My granddaughter had received a bug bite since that bite happened. The bite Setup infection took her to the doctor and found out that she has a skin infection.

      ZERO starts if I could. I am a long-time customer. This ********************** started out well enough. I used the monthly pest control and mosquito service for several years. I came to trust the technician who normally came to my home while the family was at work. I happened to be home for the last scheduled mosquito service. I thought it was weird that the technician hadn't arrived during his window, nor had he text with an arrival time. Later that afternoon I received a text that the service had been completed and my card on file billed. I was surprised I missed him as I was home and waiting for him. I text the tech, no response. I checked my 9 cameras around the property only to learn he hadn't arrived. I reached out online to the Terminix who promised me a response within 48 hours. After waiting 4 days with no response, I reached out again to be told they could do nothing and that I should expect a response within 48 hours.They were very apologetic but unable to help in any way. Oh wait, they did offer me a $40 credit towards future service (which doesn't cover the cost I paid for no service received). I declined and asked for a refund.Beware if you are not able to monitor the service, you may not be getting what you pay for. Also, if you do not receive the service, getting help from the online help team is a joke.I do not recommend you waste your money.
