1 starTerminix its the worst company I unfortunately came across! They are just sales people that take your many ( lots of money ) and give you 0 results ! They are impossible to recontact and will take your money inventing stories about pests that dont exist. The original salesperson will disappear and you will be left calling the company to no avail . They took advantage of me because I was in a moment of extreme distress dice I just lost my husband. These people are despicable and Im very surprised that they are not fined for your very unprofessional behaviorTerminix

1 starI have had to cancel Terminix in *********** location due to being billed to my credit card on file for services not rendered on the date in question. My home security and surveillance verified no Terminex Technician visited my home for their quarterly visit on date in question and they did not follow protocol to text/ email of the projected date of this visit as I have had some recent issues requiring follow up. I was unaware of Terminix Policy regarding No Refunds under any circumstances. until I requested a refund back to my credit card for a quarterly visit when there was no advanced text/ email of the projected visit and home surveillance reflected no encounter from Terminix. .The Terminix local Mgt. ******* my repeated calls to discuss the issue stating no refund but another visit could be scheduled or I can just cancel all services. I am escalating the apparent fraudulent billing to my credit card company for investigation of fraudulent billing of services not rendered on date in question.Please know that if this has happened to me/ billing for services not rendered that many others are similarly impacted. And, the No Refund Policy should be a red flag as they require credit card on file for all billing of services. Do Not Use Terminix!Terminix

1 starVery bad did not fix our problem and we got the warrant and called back to reschedule for them to come back out and they didn't and still turned my stuff over to collections this is the 2 time my wife the first and them me so don't us terminix for anything have to pay and they didn't fix the problemTerminix

1 starI signed a rodent exclusion service with Terminix on September 2023 for one year. The only time they were prompt and did a good job was at the time of signing the contract and getting fully paid. Since then, I have had mice in my house in two occasions and in both occasions they have not followed up and have ignored my several time calling to get a response. Every time they tell me that they will inform the area manager (I live in *****************, ****) to call me back. The area manager (*************************) has never called me to follow up. Very frustrating.I DO NOT recommend using this company. They are only good at signing contracts but fail to do their job. I am still fighting the mice in my house.Terminix

1 starThey cancelled my policy without notifying me. They stated that they spoke to me and I cancelled my existing policy which is untrue. When I tried to reinstate my original policy, they cancelled my appointment 5 times with no call or notice. Each time I have called after the no call no show to reschedule they have confirmed that someone would come to inspect and they purposefully cancel in the system and did not tell me or give me a reason. I believe they purposefully cancelled my policy to try and have me open a new policy which would have cost more. I have in the last two years had a great experience with Terminix until now and I believe there is a fraudulent practice occurring.Terminix

1 starI called Terminix because I thought I had termites. I talked to a guy on the phone who confirmed (I sent him pictures of the bug) it was termites and gave me an estimated price of what it would be to spray the house for termites. He scheduled a day he would be able to come and do a work up of the da mange and where the termites were I was unable to be home that day and had someone else here to let him in and pay. We scheduled a guy to come out and actually spray a few days later. The guy comes but didnt read the order and was completely unprepared. He was not able to spray my house or do anything but lay traps because that was all he had. He told me to call and reschedule which I tried but no one called me back. After 3 days of waiting for a call back, I message the guy who came out, and asked him to help me make an apt because this was his mistake. He put me on his schedules which was another 3 days of waiting. He returns and isnt even here 5 mins and says hes done. I asked if he sprayed the nest and all active termite sites he just looks at me! I told him the original guy that came out made a map of the house and active termites. He pulls his phone out and looks oh yeah I think I got it but these are so confusing sometimes. I asked how long it took for them to be gone and he shrugged saying hes new and not too sure. Now a month later Im charged $97 for a termite membership! When the first guy came out and had the work order signed he put a yearly membership for termites in with order. I was never told on the phone about the membership and neither did the person who signed me up for the membership. I still have termites and tried to cancel the membership but they wont let me unless I pay in full the membership I DID NOT agree or sign up for. Absolutely horrible experience!Terminix

1 starMet with inspector from Terminix on 5-3-2024 for pricing to treat my home. I was given an price of $1080. Financing options were offered. I gave the ok to run my credit to see if I would be approved for financing. I was approved. I received a quote from another competitor that was $330 cheaper than what Terminix was charging. I reached out to the the inspector who I meet with on 5-3-24 and informed him that I would not be using Terminix. Terminix submitted paperwork to their finance company they deal with and treated my property on 5-8-24,after I had told them that I did not want to move forward with them on 5-3-24. I have tried to reach them on numerous occasions to resolve this matter only to keep getting nowhere. I offered a solution this problem. I asked Terminix if they would honor Green **** Control price of $750 that was given to me. I was told yes. i mentioned I wanted to pay the bill with my credit card and not use financing. I been sent a bill from SMAC, the financing company that deals with Terminix for almost $1400. I will not pay this. Terminix should never treated my property and submitted paperwork for financing over to SMAC. I called 7 times and keep getting no where. There is still termite activity on the inside of my rental property.Terminix

1 starI tried to get rodent service from Terminix. I has been six weeks and still can;t live in my house. I get bad service missed service appoinments and wrong review. I have sewer rats and they gave me mice service. The technicians they send out provide very little service. They spend more time in there car than the house. It's been six weeks without service and calling never resolves the issues. It hard to get through to the company, even online. My son that got and paid this service has moved out because they climb in bed with him once. I have left for weeks believing they are coming to service my home only to say it's out fault we don't have appointments. I wish to dissolve this service and get another. I called today and got the run around again and no appointment for them to provide any serviceTerminix

1 starI signed up with Terminax on May 21, 2024, and I want to share my experience to help others avoid the same issues. Before signing up, I was told there would be a $235 upfront fee and then a $93 monthly fee. Plus, I was assured that I'd get free visits whenever I spotted a bug. Well, that turned out to be far from the truth.After being charged $235 on May 21st, I was hit with an additional $70 charge just four days later. Then, I had to pay another $93 within the next 24 days. It feels like they're just trying to squeeze as much money as possible out of their customers. To make things worse, they charge around $2000 a year for termite bait that you can buy on Amazon for $50. If I had known about these unauthorized fees that weren't mentioned in my contract, I wouldn't have signed up.The company also imposes an early termination fee, which seems like a tactic to keep people locked into their contracts. This feels really unfair and unethical.On top of that, dealing with their customer service is a nightmare. The representatives are incredibly passive-aggressive. I spoke with someone named *********, and I recommend avoiding her at all costs. She constantly talked over me and wouldn't listen to my concerns, just pushing her own agenda.Overall, I strongly advise staying clear of Terminax. Their practices and customer service leave a lot to be desired. I think the Attorney General should be made aware of this company as well.Terminix
