      I received a notice of an amount due, so I paid it. However, the amount was for services in the future that was to begin on a date after I had sold my house. I contacted Terminix and they said since it was on auto renewal, I should have caught that sooner (despite me canceling my services on that property). I requested a refund as they would not be doing anything on my behalf at that property for the annual amount of over $400 that they charged me. They have not refunded the money. I am 83 years old and on a fixed income. This feels as if they are just taking advantage of me. How they can justify keeping that payment is beyond me.

      Terminex scared me into financing their wildlife inclusion package for 5yrs and is still charging me a renewal fee for the exact thing that I have financed a year later. No matter who I have talked to, they always tell me something different and twist it around to it being my mistake and it is not. IF any mistakes were made on my account, it was not by me. I've paid everything they've asked for, in full and on time, including all financed payments. The last person I spoke with in trying to resolve this issue never got back with me and I find out today that they charged a credit card on file without my authorization. Stay away from terminex they are crooks.

      5 months ago, we signed a contract with Terminix for termites' prevention and termites eradication from the kitchen cabinets. They came one time and then, they disappeared...!! The only time that Terminix did a good job was at the time of signing the contract. I called the technician twice, the sales Representative that came to my home 3 times and sent a text, twice to their customer service phone and spoke to two different agents. The costumer representatives where professionals and have good attitude, they tried to contact the Manager for this ***** area and they were not lucky. Seems like the office that Termininx was using to provide service left them and went to another company. Terminix was unable to contact us in any way. Simple, Terminix ghosted us..!! But they took our $1500.00...!! I have the account number is ******** just in case somebody from Terminix wants to contact me. Also I have all records of my phone calls and texts. As I said, dont waste your money in a Company that don't care about the costumers...!!!

      I have been a customer for the past 8 years. They are the worst at customer service and communicating. After 7 years of toxic sprays I still had a horrible cricket problem. I cancelled my monthly service and started doing my own pest control. Surprise! I cleared up the cricket problem. Were they spraying water before? I did keep my termite bait station service however every year I make an appointment and every year they cancel and reschedule without any call or email, they just don't show up. I have already paid for the service as they won't come unless I prepay but then they don't show up and wonder why I am irritated. Their poor customer service people are inundated daily with complaints. Shape up Terminex, there are other choices out there.

      This was such a negative experience from beginning to end! Our sales person at the beginning somehow bamboozled us into paying $856 for mice control. We were so traumatized we didnt understand what we were getting into and his tactics were high pressure and highly confusing. We thought it was a three month contract that could be extended and it turns out it was a year-long contract which is why it was so expensive. The communication between the sales person and the technician was nonexistent. Every interaction was confused. No one knew what they were doing. We paid for four bait boxes when the technician said we only needed two. When we tried to get our money back on those we got the runaround. Other than the two bait boxes all the services we got were sticky traps. The mice quickly learned how to get around those. We never wanted any poison sprayed for bugs; this was not the problem that we had come for help with. But offering this service repeatedly seemed to be the only way they could justify our spending all this money. The only thing that worked to get rid of a mice was finally getting a cat. Within three days there were no more mice. Terminix was ineffective, impossible to communicate with, chaotic, hopelessly confusing, and crazy-making. When I suggested to the woman in charge of our cancellation today that I felt I needed to get some of my money back she was totally clueless. I still do not understand how we got roped into a year-long contract with extra monthly fees tacked on when we were thinking we were getting three months worth of treatment. I am so traumatized by this whole experience!

      Bad service! Missed appointment with false notification that they were on site.Failure to honor request to speak with a Supervisor!When contacted response was whats the big deal, one missed appointment ! After $900+ payment out of $1470, its a big deal! Want full refund! Incomplete and dubious service! A Scam business!

      Last week I had an exterminator come to my house to attend to a few drain flies that were already dying and for the outdoors fire ants. I explained to him that the drain flies were not coming from the drain because my plumber had come the day before with special camera. The plumber confirmed no drain flies coming from my drain. At this point the exterminator started to disagree with me. He then started spraying around the borders, never opened a cabinet or leaned over to spray under my dresser or night tables. It took him a total of three minutes to spray my house and yard. I waited for the inspector that was scheduled and never came. I called C.S. at least eight times that day and finally asked to speak with the Branch Manager *************************. They informed me that he would be calling me in the next 24 to 48 hours, which would have been Tuesday or Wednesday. He never called. Again, I called and this time asked to speak with the Regional Director ********************* and they gave me his direct number and I left multiple messages with no results. I tried to cancel my agreement and get the money back and they told me no. Their policy is exterminate and if all the bugs were not dead they would come back and redo the job. I agreed to have them come back and send me the inspector since I had no other choice. I also asked them not to send me back the original exterminator and all of a sudden the original exterminator was calling me and texting me. Honestly, that is considered harassment and I ignored his calls and texts. Next week I have the famous inspector coming on Monday and another exterminator coming on Tuesday. Mind you, I was recommended by one of my clients that is a worldwide company. I informed them of everything that had occured. They told me they are now considering cancelling the contract due to my experience. I am only giving them a second chance because I have no other choice. These managers, directors need to be accountable for their actions.

      I called to get a quote spoke to a rep explained I had a hornet's nest outside of my second floor bedroom window and need to have it removed she gave me a price $266.43. I called back when I got home to pay for the service asked to email me a receipt never got it and it wasn't explained that they take your card and put the payment on hold until the service is complete I found this out after calling 5 times on all 5 calls I reminded them they need a ladder. I was told they could do the job which was not true they sent the tech out to my house with NO ladder he had to use I had the tech to call his boss they said they will come back out with a ladder and give me a call to schedule well I never received a call. the next day I called spoke with another rep she scheduled for them to come back out I told her my experience and she scheduled for them to come back out. well the tech came out the second still NO ladder. I had him to call his boss again which I spoke with ***** explained what was going on he stated that they don't carry ladders. so either he can contact his boss *********************** and try to get a big enough ladder or he can refund well after all this I said to refund me he advised me that it will take 7 business days. and still no refund i called back spoke with a rep she stated that he put on the work order that it was complete. well that's not true. SO I GOT SCAMMED OUT OF $266.43. I WILL NEVER USE OR REFER TERMINIX TO ANYONE. AND THIS IS THE SHORT VERSION OF THE *****

In reading the notes on your account, I see that a manager spoke with you and explained that due to safety reasons, ladders are not used to treat live nest. Instead, insecticide dust was placed on an extension pole to treat the nest from the ground level. I do not see any notes stating that your issue had not been resolved, only notes stating that a ladder was not used. Terminix is a company built on values, we serve our customers by providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed their expectations.  Hopefully one day this consumer will feel differently about us.

      Contacted Terminix issues with rodents in DE location. Next, the Terminix inspector arrived to our home and conversed with me in the living room. He Inquired of the problem and identified specific service requesting. Next, requested credit card information and under the impression getting SPECIFIC service for rodents signed authorization. Informed that a technician would provide the services and informed of upcharge of $65.00 after initial charge of $100.00. Next, the inspector never presented me a PEST SERVICE contract, after checking me email I observed a SERIVCE CONTRACT my signature was forged, as I didn't sign for pest control service, information on the home was incorrect reinforcing didn't inspect the home and Coerced into paying service that I didn't need. Consequently, I wouldn't recommend Terminix as dishonest. I called the customer ******************** for assistance with no help, hung up on and poor experience.

      We have been paying for termite services, treatment, and prevention for the past two years, and still wound up getting termites. They came out and sprayed only after we had been calling them for a week, and even then the guy did a half a** inspection and only sprayed in one spot, despite us pointing out multiple points of entry. He destroyed our base board and just left it like that. His only concern seemed to be making sure we knew it wasn't HIS fault that we had termites and doing the least amount of work that he could get away with. The termites returned less than an hour after he sprayed. Service has been terrible. The product we pay for has been useless. We will be filing a lawsuit.
