  After further investigation I have determined that Terminix charged me a ridiculous price for blown in insulation. I was sold on the pest control idea. I have since found out ALL cellulose insulation is pest deterrent. I am looking at adding insulation for energy savings and my estimates are approximately 75% lower. I have also had exterior pest control by Terminix for the past 3 yrs but will be canceling that. Deeply disappointed in their obvious deceptive sales practices.

  I have experienced the worst and dishonest service from this company. They charged me for a contract I didnt need and then after many of their field workers quit there was no one to service my account and then would not let me out of my contract. They are crooks and despicable. They do not show up and I spend more time chasing them down. It is just horrible what they have done to me! In ******* never use them!

  Paid for premium membership for a year. They kept showing up late for "preventative visits". Annoying but tolerable. Then when we had active termite infestation. Thousands of bugs in our house... they no showed appointments and told us we couldn't get service for weeks. Couldn't get a manager on the phone. Thousands of dollars and they never showed up for service when needed. Complete sham.

  Terminix Hello my name is *******************************.I have called now 9 times and here are the names of the people that I have talked to which have been useless since I still havent been helped. *******, ******, ***** and *********. I paid you guys ******* for a rodent service in my house and the sales person told me I had 2 year warranty with it, its been couple of months and now the rats are back, I have called 9 times and no tech has come out , the lights in my house are now flickering and I want this solved before they go through the wire because then itll be a way more expensive fix and Im 1000% sure you guys will not pay for that. Went to the office in person to see if Id get help and ******* said he would send somebody or go himself, he sends a tech which is allergic to dirt and cant do much (understandable) the tech tells me h*** talk to his manager and have another tech come out. Im still waiting. ***** operation managers in ***** ************************* -sales person.

  I've been trying to get rats/mice out of my home for over two years now. Terminix is worse than useless. They constantly lie to me and tell me someone is coming, then the wrong person shows up and doesn't know what they are doing there (this morning) or nobody shows up. I've had at least 4 complete no-shows in the past six months and a few other visits where they don't what they are doing there because the person who was supposed to do the inspection didn't show and wouldn't answer phone calls to tell them what to do. I had an exclusion policy that got cancelled last year (that was my fault), but the vermin were NEVER gone and they are simply not willing to do anything about it.

  Called after hearing munching in my attic. Terminix salesman said they would "send a crew to seal the entire perimeter of my home" and trap and remove the mice from the attic since my brother has cancer and lukemia I didn't want ANY poison in my home. 3 weeks later some kid showed up and dropped 2 bait boxes, sealed the hole around my AC unit and sealed 1 (ONE) crack in my siding. That weekend I personally caught 31 mice in my garage and attic, I have pictures and video to prove that. I called and cancelled with Terminix since they did basically nothing. I was told my contract was cancelled and there would be no balance due. Now, 3 months later $MAC wants over 2 grand and late fees!!! I called today and spoke to ***** who said "Oh I see the problem, it wasn't cancelled" WTF. I cancelled 2 MONTHS ago! I will not pay for something I didn't receive, and with terminix never sending over the paperwork to $MAC to show it was cancelled this is on TERMINIX. They won't give you a phone number to call, they take 15 min. to compose and email with you on the phone with them saying they are "reaching out to the branch manager and he'll call you back". I heard that last time when I cancelled... someone will call you back... Horrible customer service and the biggest rip off I have ever had the horror to be involved with. I get multiple phone calls from $MAC every stinkin day and I'm tired of it! I work full time and take care of my dying brother, this is disrespectful and disgusting behavior on both companies! Again, I will NOT PAY for something I never received.

  I think this company is ripping the public off with their extreme prices. I Paid $700.00 for them to put a cage in my attic to catch a raccoon, which had already left due to my husband throwing moth ***** up there. It took them all of 15 minutes and they never came to check the cage, my husband did. They also charged $1700.00 to fix some corner soffit which took about an hour. I think that is abusive.

  I would not use this company. They are understaffed and do not adhere to their 21-day mosquito policy. For their pest control, they claim they will come back out if there are issues (we had fleas from wildlife biting us), but they had no one to send. Their customer service is awful, my requests to speak with a supervisor fell on deaf ears, and we canceled the service with them. Stay away!

  quick to sign contract; no showed on treatment now going on 4 times. Can't ever get ahold of anyone. The best the service rep can do is to say "oh, I'll have the termite manager call you." Never returns calls. Happy to collect money however.. headed to my lawyer.
