      I schedule mosquito service every 3 weeks with Terminix. On 20Jun2024, I received a Report showing that the service technician showed up at my home at 8:15 to 8:32 am. I, along with my partner have been home all day (I work from home). We have glass sliding doors that look out at our back yard. The individual in question did not show up. In addition, he did not provide any images to also confirm he was here. I contacted Terminix to complain and requested this be escalated as therre is a high level of deception happening. I have written a letter to corporate as well. My recommendation ABSOLUTELY DO NOT use this company. I don't even want to leave a rating as it would be "0."

      This is one of the worse companies to deal with,begining with its failure to meet its service obligations and failure to follow-up with the customer.CatsEye is the ********************** that I originally cotracted with for their exclusion progam. This group, based in ****** was easy to deal with. Service was as promised including the issuance of service reports. Unfortunately, the business was sold to Terminix and things went downhill from then on. Over the years, I have wasted too much time chasing down problems with the ** office (to whom my account was assigned), jncluding lack of scheduling, management that did not return phone calls and failure to provide the bi-monthly service I was paying for. (in fact, service now is one month overdue). I even had one case in which a tech falsified a report saying he was here when he wasn't. Management did nothing about the matter. I now find myself often spraying to control wasps, yellow jackets, ********* ants and others because Terminix has not done its job.If it were not for the fact that I had invested so much money in the exclusion program, I would cut the cord. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this group.

      My husband has dedicated his life to this company and has faithfully executed his duties in this company with no complaints from customers but however within the last ******* has started to experience workplace hospitality, intimidation and emotional stress under the management of *************************.

      Thet auto bill without notification. Technicians do not hold to scheduled appointment times. Auto charged me for nothing after I paid my contract one-year in advance. Have requested Apopka FL branch manager contact me to resolve the issue. He does not call back and customer service told me they refuse to issue a refund of the erroneous charge. Extremely POOR customer service. Use any service but **********************. I have two houses with them and both contracts will be cancelled at the end of the contract. Contracted for bundled services and was given inaccurate billing information.

      Terminix uses bait traps that other wildlife can access, and the rodenticide they use then kills everything else that inadvertently eats it. A HORRIBLE practice that isnt necessary, and DOES NOT address the actual problem. People need to be educated about keeping their homes and yards free of filth and debris; access points for mice or rats need to be sealed, and there are humane alternatives to simply killing EVERYTHING. We live next to a beautiful wild area but now, thanks to Terminix and their ignorant practices, our squirrels are gone because they set toxic bait traps everywhere. There is no excuse for this in todays world.

      I have used Terminix close to 10 years. My property is in *******************. On March 5, 2024, the Terminix agent came over my home to do Mosquito control. It was raining pretty good and I told the gentleman not to do the service. I have received numerous invoices for $82.00 to cover the service that was not performed. Today I spoke with Terminix again and was told the serviceman notated that he spray in the front of the house I own. I live in the middle of a cul-de-sac with minimal property in the front area. I am not responsible with a job part done especially when I told the serviceman not to do the job. On my first conversation with **************** I was plainly told that if I did not pay this bill they would turn me over to collections. I have cancelled the service with Terminix and cannot believe that after close to 10 years being a customer, they are refusing to cancel this bill.Virginia H

      The business practices of this company are highly deceptive. I agreed to a one time treatment for termites for a charge of $132. I signed a cell phone screen. which did read "Grand Total $132". No paper contract was offered. When the installation took place a few days later, I did print the installation report to find they had charge me for a one year service agreement at $1000 plus. I called and text to cancel. I have a copy of that cell screen and the reply from the "Inspector" agreeing to cancel the arrangement.Today, June 18, I am receiving text from Terminix wanting the remainder of the money. These are very poor business people. I can not recommend them. In fact, I texted them I will have them arrested if they come back to my property. *************** Gregg County, Tx

      If I could give negative stars I would. What a scam. We set up appointment they came and sprayed for bugs. We paid 1400 dollars to have the spray and come out every month to spray. We'll they came once and sprayed. We tried to call to make another appointment no luck. The woman in ********** **** we talked to wasn't helpful at all, was like her first day on the job and was rude. She hung up on us 3 times. So we tried using the chat and text options to make appointment. We'll you are actually communicating with a computer generated ______. Which ask you a few questions name and address then you wait and wait. No response, like crickets. Terminix however had no problem taking our money they was quick to do that. Trying to get another appointment scheduled, just wasting your time. They have not replied or returned our calls. We have bed bugs and can't afford to dish out more money to another company. I usually go with businesses that have a good rating with BBB. BBB may want to rexamine Terminix. There should be lawsuits against this company and it's corrupt practices. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.

      What an absolutely horrible company!!The list is so long for my complaints, I can't list them all here. I have only been with them since February with a one year agreement.I so regret doing this--they come every other month and it is always a mystery when they will come or even if they will come. It's always a new technician who does not know the lay of the land and I have to review it every time. It's very hard to speak to anyone who is in charge. Totally not worth the money and I will never go with them again-- stay away from TERMINIX!

      A year ago I agreed to a one year contract with terminex. I fullfilled my agreement and they took a extra payment out of my account, which I was told on June 12th I would receive my overpayment back. Today I was told they will not refund that payment. I asked them to listen to the call which is recorded, and was told they can't listen to the recorded call with the rep that told me I would be refunded. Not sure what the purpose of the calls being recorded are for. Please be very careful with this company and giving them authorization to take money out of your account. I cancelled my account and was also told auto pay was never removed from my account. I guess I need to go to the bank to see what I need to do so they don't charge my card again. Customer service is completely clueless and have no idea what is going on. Horrible customer service. Horrible ********************** stay clear of them.
