1 starTerminix was terrible. My elderly parents agreed to get one treatment only for the home they were selling for mice. Two years later, my father discovered they were still charging his credit card almost 2 years later. They sold the house in November 2022, and my mom suffered a tragic accident in December of 2022. She then passed in January 2023. There was nothing to cancel, and my mom did call and tell them to stop charging her prior to her accident and her passing. I called Terminix and spoke to them and they said there was nothing they could do. So they provided service to this home that my parents havent even owned for almost 2 years charging my elderly disabled veteran father almost $200 every three months. But there is nothing you can do. How are you going to take advantage of a grief stricken elderly disabled veteran?! A supervisor will call me within 72 hours? I cannot believe the treatment my dad has received.Terminix

1 starI think they suck!!! Was informed about technicians not coming to my home and being charged anyway. Proceed to call company about this issue was told would receive call back, they never called. Proceeded to call 2 more times never got anything resolved, apparently they dont have supervisors to talk with, ended up canceling my business with them. They acted like they didnt care about my business with them!! I want my money back!!! Terrible service, terrible customer service and liars!!! Dont recommend this business to anyone.Terminix

1 starIf there was a star less than 1, I would give them that. I have contacted the head office and the local branch many times by phone, text and email. All times I was promised a call back and some resolution to my issue. None came. The agent came promptly to sell all services, but after signing the contract and taking the money they came once to service my home. I am stuck with them, as per the contract I cannot cancel it in the first year and get my money back. This branch is a fraud.Terminix

1 starBottom line do not use Terminix. Something is seriously wrong with this company. I also to repair my gutter covers myself after they damaged it. I also had to catch the squirrel myself after paying them $1850.1/17/2023 - inspection done by ********************* and my credit card was run for the full amount.Terminix payment $1,850 on 7 February 2023 payment went through. I notified ************** that my trees have been cut back and scheduled for technicians to come out 1/26/2023.1/26/2023 - (text msg) Cancellation from ********************* he said, I wanted to let you know our technician had to leave for an emergency and I was hoping I could have a new technician out tomorrow for the same time?2/3/2023 - (text msg) Your Terminix technician is on the way. No show 2/17/2023 - (text msg) Your Terminix technician is on the way. NO SHOW 2/18/2023 Two technicians showed up and inspected the 3 possible entry points that ************** pointed out in his report. They concluded there was only one entry point at the gutter on the right side of the house. They also checked my bedroom wall where the squirrel normally goes, they also checked the attic. They saw nothing in the attic. At this point there was no damage to my bedroom wall They then cut and lifted my gutter guard (without my permission) and inserted a one-way door. I was told to wait two weeks and if I dont hear any more noise in the house call them back and they will close the hole the squirrel made and remove the one-way door. After the first week I called back telling them I still have the squirrel in the wall.It took the squirrel about 3 days of on and off scratching to put 2 big holes in my bedroom wall and 3 smaller ones. I called again expressing my urgency to have technicians come over and get rid of the squirrel.3/1/2023 - Sent out the wrong guy. 3/6/2023 - (text msg) Another cancellation x5 On 4/11/2023 I didnt receive a call and Terminix was a no show!Terminix

1 starTerminix offered me a reduced service charge to renew service, $89/quarter vs $159. Offer was made in a text message, which I accepted. When a tech called to schedule service, I asked about the price, and they said it was at the $159 rate. I called Terminix customer service, had a lengthy conversation with them, provided a screenshot of the $89 offer and my acceptance; that person conferred with their manager and agreed to the $89 price. A few weeks later, another Terminix technician came and did the first quarter service; afterwards, I asked about the fee, and he said it was at the higher, $159 rate. I called **************** again; this CS employee lowered my rate even further to $61/quarter and began a refund process for the balance due me from the service call that day. A few weeks later, I received a bill from Terminix for $159. I called a third time; this time the supervisor said the offer was invalid for a number of reasons, including that the text offer was AI generated. I counted that the offer was made, accepted, and once again sent a copy of the screenshot as proof. They refused to honor it, and now I am filing a complaint with the BBB.Terminix

Predatory!Thurs, 4/30 - called them and cancelled account and was ensured no further autopay charges Fri, 5/3 - they came and removed traps around house - left holes in ground!Sun, 5/5 - they sent me email thanking me for a payment. WHAT!?!Mon, 5/6 - called them and they said they'd remove payment - they never did!I tried to dispute charge w/ my credit card company - no luck Mon, 5/27 - called them to complain - they said I would've had to cancel 30 days prior to 4/30 in order to get payment back Tues, 6/25 - they called me saying I owe them a payment for *** which I already reluctantly paid. I told them to cancel my account and to stop calling me.Terminix

1 starWe were going to us Terminix to rid of some mice. We gave them a $400 deposit. We then thought more about it because they wanted $2,000 to do this. We canceled 2 weeks ago and still waiting for my $400 refund. I have called several times and was told someone would call me. No call backs no refund. Shady company after reading all the bad reviews they have gotten. HORRIBLE!!!!!!Terminix

1 starI canceled termite services a month before being charge $284.00 I was told by 8 customer service reps that I will get my refund for services I canceled in ***** hours. Over a month later I still have not received my refund. This is terrible business on all parts of the companyTerminix

1 starTerminix was quick to get my $1600 for bedbug treatment of my home on October 2023, but they failed to eradicate the problem. They never did the two week follow-up appt. I seen more in December 2023, I was told it would be after new years, because of the holidays. I still wasn't seen. Now its 2024 and no one showed. I seen more in April and called I got an appt and *********************** came and claimed my appt was a follow-up and not a treatment. He stated they were going to schedule another treatment and never did. I even called and texted him and got no reply. I have contacted Terminix three times in April, May and June 2024 and no one has came to take care of these bed bugs. It's after midnight June 25, 2024 and the representative has explained my service has lasped and I'll have to pay for a new service. This is an awful way to treat a paying customer. I am frustrated and will never get services from your company. People beware of these people, they are dishonest to the upmost.Terminix

1 starI have nothing good to say about Terminix. I called them for a termite issue and they did respond quickly to the inspection but it was all downhill from there. They sold me services with a different description than what I got. Did not finish the work. Scheduled appointments without asking me. Has yet to communicate with me about my claim and dissatisfaction and its been 2 months. No one from the ************* local branch will call me and anyone in the call center says they cant do anything and its all up to the local branch. Im being told that my issue has been pushed to the regional manager but yet again I have not heard anything. I will never use them again and will express the same to anyone I know who asks about their services.Terminix
