      I called this company on June 6, 2024 to have my trailer sprayed for roaches. They told me that it would be $153.25 to start but wouldn't pull out of my bank until after sprayed, lie..they pulled it out 2 hours before he got here. He spot sprayed. The roaches got worse. I called and they didn't even have me down for the spray in 2 weeks. I told them not to send the same guy because he didn't spray to my satisfaction and the bugs were worse. They said they wouldn't but they did. I had doctor *********** so I wasn't here my husband was. He told me the guy came into the kitchen, said we had mice and by policy, he couldn't spray. He gave him a stack of glue boards. He was here 8 minutes!! He also told my husband that he would just put a bin at the backdoor and toss everything in it to burn. I was extremely mad. I called them they told me that my "monthly" bill of ***** is due. I told them that is ever 2 months not ever month. So another lie. I finally told them that they have been here 2 times and there is no improvement at all so I'm going to another company. I called ****'s Pest Control. They came out same day I called AND sprayed 1 time and I haven't seen any bugs crawling around. If I see one, it's dead. One spray is all that they needed to do. Why couldn't Terminix do that? They want they money that's why not to do their jobs!

      I called in last week to get on the schedule for a new tenant that moved in on the first to have the home treated. During the call I learned an appointment was set for July 5, 2024. Friday comes and goes with no one reaching out to advise the tech was not going to make it in. After learning this, I called to find out what happened and asked to be placed on the schedule for Monday or Tuesday after 3pm. The lady I spoke to advised that she'll put a note in and see if they can help me out since they skipped my appointment without letting me know. Today a representative from the office that service ***, GA customers called me to advise I couldn't be on the schedule for Monday or Tuesday of this week but had to wait for Thursday the 11th. She stated that the computer generates the schedule and also at any time will move the appointment to another date. Meanwhile, arrangements are made to accommodate the schedule given to me and nobody bothers to call me to advise of this matter. What is going on at this branch??? This is unacceptable. Furthermore, if the two treatments I received this year so far did what it was supposed to do, I could've waited a little longer for the service. Unfortunately, it did not cure the problem the last since the last tenant left with roaches staying behind. After 2 treatments, live roaches were still running around in a vacant unit. I don't know what the branch in this area is using, but I've had this service in ******* and I had no problems with roaches or other critters. I am not happy. This has caused me my time to have to keep dealing with this.Update: Representative just called me back while typing this complaint to advise I can get service tomorrow. I really can't understand why I have to tell company reps and managers that I am going to make a complaint before something gets done. This should've never happened. Even if schedules are computer generated, a customer should not be left in the dark to figure out the appt. was moved.

      Horrible !!! They will schedule you and then no show you ! Happen to me twice last week took off work 2 days and neither day a technician showed up.The ************* here in ******* Ga ran by manager ***************************** is unprofessional an inconsiderate of ones time. I missed 2 days of work and he will not return my phone call Local pest control in my area was much better.

      Didnt remove all the insulation from my attic. I spent $6500 with this company. *** tried calling the office manager and texting him numerous and get no response. I will NOT be recommending them to anyone and wont do business with them.

      ******** came out to get rid of bats in my attic and failed to do so after 4 months. At this time hibernation hit so no way of telling if the bats were still there. Now that it's summer I called as I was told because they said I had a year from last visit if they weren't gone. When I called they said my subscription ran out and I had to have another estimate. The contract was to get rid of the bats and not just give it the old college try and quit. They pretty much stole $2500 from me with no remorse.

      I just started with Terminix last month and canceled today. The initial vist was great. However I called to have someone come out a second time because I was still seeing spiders. The service technician ******** ended up providing my service to my neighbor and not me. When I called him and asked him what happen his response was he just followed GPS. I said you didn't read the address on the home and he said he didn't... like you can't make this up. Apparently reading addresses isn't what they do. They just follow GPS. So I called customer service to let them know about the situation and to have a different person come out and the representative claim they had me booked to have someone else come out on Thursday 6/27. Surprise Surprise no one showed up. I'm not sure the representative even put in it. This has been t the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE I've had with a company and whoever is over the *************** branch clearly doesn't care about customer experience nor do they care over the phone!!!! This review needed to be done because I don't believe anyone will do anything at the company.

      I got services for the first time. I was told that the person would be to my house between 8-10 am, I had to call them after 10:30 to see where they were. I had something else to do and had to adjust my schedule. They didnt show up until after 1. I called 2x for a manager, I still have not heard back from them. I feel they should have adjusted my bill for services when they came out. The man that came out was nice and professional, but the situation itself was not. I was told they had a mixup with the schedule and had to fit me in. That was not my problem, they did something wrong. I have an ongoing service now, I am thinking about canceling due to no call back.

      We have property in *********, ** and have had a horrible problem with black ants, ********* ants and then fleas! ******************* is our technician....and wow...wow...wow!! He treated, treated then treated again. One time he treated the same day he was called! **************** is his priority! Such patience he showed to us.... We are happy to say.....no more bugs! *** is a GREAT ambassador for Terminex! Thank you ******** and Thank you ***!

      Called for quote they set me appointment tment for service. Call center didn't know what they were talking about and told me I would have all service for what I paid. I got no free termite inspection. Then when came out, only sprayed my back of house at doors. Never stayed formosquitos that I pay extra for. I had to keep insisting to at least get spider not on garage door and spray one door in house when they were also suppose to do in house. They couldn't even find my conttact so I never signed one but they made sure to pull the 199 out of my back. I am highly dissatisfied with the company and how it is set up.

      I requested pest control service from Terminix for ********* ants. I was advised that it would be an annual service with a start-up cost of ~$200 (the actual cost was $213) and follow-up quarterly billing of $100+. Initial service was rendered and payment was remitted. The following month my bank account was drafted for $105. Upon calling Terminix I was advised that there are no plans that allow for quarterly payment, at which point I requested cancellation of service. In a follow-up phone call, I was advised that they can cancel the monthly mosquito service portion and retain the quarterly pest service and that a refund for the mosquito service would be rendered and the quarterly billing would be $159, which would be invoiced and not processed through auto-pay. In yet another follow-up phone call, from the Operations Manager, I was advised that quarterly payments were not an option, that the services cannot be unbundled, and that they were sold as an annual lump fee of $1,300 which is broken out into monthly installments. Upon requesting cancellation I was advised that a cancellation fee may be applied. Consequently, he canceled my account without a cancellation fee but advised that no refund will be provided even if no additional services were rendered as the service contract was for the entire year and the services do not coincide with billing. I've reviewed the service contract - which has no detail regarding billing, not the amounts or the frequency, only the charge for services provided on that day and that it was processed as autopay. No additional invoices were generated for the subsequent charge. I've removed my credit card information from the Terminix portal, but frankly still have no idea what the $105 charge was for.
