      Worst decision ever. Spent over 6k to get rid of raccoons and have insulation replaced. It started off fine until our 1 day appointment turned into 3 with no definitive time frame for each day. Then they didnt even want to leave traps near the entry points. Finally they came back with a trap and you guessed it, didnt leave it by an entry point. In 2 days we caught a cat. Took them days to release the cat. Ive made at least 6-7 calls to them in the last 18 months/2 years and nothing. No followups, no return calls and now it literally sounds as if these raccoons are wrestling in our attic/crawl space. Called today and they want a fee to come out! Absolutely unacceptable. Whats the purpose of the warranty and guarantee? Use anyone but this company.

      Tenting was not on date since 2022. Tried calling many attempts but dates changed and given one day notice. I have been 2909 and each year paid renewal fee. Warranty was to pay for tenting every 10 years I will never use them again. They are the worst. Go up on rates but does not follow through. New customers have priority over renewal clients. I made plans to have tenting done my scheduling but they said winds are too fierce. Used that excuse last in 2022 and 2023. Disrespectful and in not reliable.I will go to House Calls!

      I have had Terminix for termite control at my home for years. Yesterday the person, *****, conducting the annual inspection did the most complete and comprehensive inspection I have ever experienced with Terminix!

      Terminix schedules appointments but does not show. I called for management three times but management does not return my calls. I tried to reschedule but they were unable to go so. They said someone would contact me but no one contacted me. I have an exclusion policy which covers rodents. They do a lousy job. They just set traps but do not look for the point of entry. Strongly recommend you not hire Terminix.

      Horrible! Technicians are totally non professional. They never come in right time. Never send any notification whether they will be able to come or when they will be able to come. Instead of meeting regular appointments, these technicians are trying to guilt trip me by saying that I do not clean home enough!

      They are total scam and do not provide the services as it was promised. They charge your credit card even after I called them and express my concern about the job that was not done properly and request for refund and they ignore . I wish I knew about their past history and all lawsuits against them.

      I called the company for a rodent issue and the customer service person immediately signed me up for a monthly service and charged my credit card for a service that I didn't ask for and nothing in regards to rodent issues. Once that issue was resolved, the service inspector, ***** shows up at my house unannounced and agreed that the customer service team is the worst. He then promised me great service going forward and that turned out to be a lie. A few days later **, the technician shows up and does the bare minimum and says his garage door strip is too small and he will need to come back in the morning. ** also stated that I should contact a garage company since my garage door is not leveled. Please keep in mind my garage door was fine prior to this service. The quality of the material that ** used was so cheap and what he did, I could have done myself. I then called *****, the manager, getting his information from ***** and he agrees to come to my home. Both he and ** return to my house on August 8th and they worked together placing a wire screen around the entrance in my garage where they said the rodents are entering and placed a strip under the garage door, which I can see day light so it doesn't seal at all. ***** said it will start to seal in a few days and left. It still hasn't it. This is the worst company and customer service that I have ever experienced.For as much money as I paid, I feel I was taken advantage of and will not use this company or recommend it to anyone else.

      Terminix has not met my expectations at all and was a huge disappointment! I experienced an issue with a possum burrowing under my foundation, and called Terminix because they offered the wildlife service. A tech conducted an initial assessment and ordered two traps, stating that they would also seal any openings around my home. On 7/15, several techs came to seal the property but did not leave the traps as promised. Despite being charged a substantial amount, the primary service I requested was not provided. Upon inquiring about the traps, I was informed that they had been left, only to later receive confirmation from a manager that they had not been. Due to the ongoing issues and a lack of trust in Terminixs service, I requested to cancel my service, especially considering my personal circumstances, including my significant other's battle with cancer and my sister being in the **** I simply wanted this to be over and would start over when I could. I wish I went with my first thought.On July 24, a tech returned to place the traps. The technician indicated that he would check the traps every 3-5 days consecutively; however, this did not occur as promised. I wished for the animals to be captured humanely and released. I alerted the technician on July 27, but unfortunately, the animals were not removed until July 30, at which point the mother possum had died, resulting in an unpleasant odor and flies.If I could leave 0 stars I would.

      If I could leave a no star I would. I had signed a financed contract with these deceptive, thieves on good faith that they would hold their end of the deal up, come to find out after I put down a good sized deposit, the technician came and did a total of ten minutes in my house and completely lied on service report about what all he had done(considering he was only there 10 minutes!). So like anyone else I demanded a refund, only to then find myself in a game of catch between the finance company and terminix, to then what it feels like terminix had blocked my number and completely ignore my messages with customer support. ALL IN ALL ********************** IS A COMPLETE SCAM, and quite honestly should be in federal prison. It's baffling how they manage to still get work!
