1 starWhoever answers the phone at this people business needs some serious training, I called this morning and the first thing I said was I have never had this issue and I needed a technician, I guess this person has never sold nothing in his life because instead of proceeding to lock me up in their services he literally said I probably just had trash in my house so I hired ORKIN , which gave me options and a bill, on the spot. I was willing to pay for whatever it was as long as they could just send someone. DO NOT RECOMMEND, call someone else. this is a waste of timeTerminix

1 starThis is a horrible company they never showed up for the job.. when I called they had no idea what the service was even being provided no notes were written down.. also they took $260 off of my account which they lied and said they weren't going to do it until the day of service they did it the day of the phone call very rude customer service and I'm still waiting on my refund I put a dispute in with my bank against them.Terminix

1 starTerminix made their initial visit and they came back out 2 weeks later and have not been back since. My contract says they will come out any time I need them to, however when I call their phone number and speak with a representative their response is someone will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. I have yet to receive any response from them. I started trying to cancel my contract within the ****************************************************************************************************** within 24 to 48 hours, this was on Monday August 19 2024. On Thursday August 22 ********************************************************************************************************** within 24 to 48 hours, this seems to be their go to response to every phone call I have made. I would not recommend this company to anyone because their response is someone will be contacting you within 24 to 48 hours and then never contact youTerminix

1 starWe were scheduled to have 11 thousand dollars worth of work done.A team showed up the next day to start work. We were not told about needing to have our animals out of the house. We were not able to have that phase of the completed. Another crew showed up later and began to begin work on the exclusion of wildlife. That crew put wire over one of two vents that animals could use to access our crawl space. They also pulled out our vapor barrier. We were told that a service would come by and set traps for the raccoons that were in the crawlspace. One raccoon was caught and relocated. The crew came back to complete the work, a crew member then told us that there was another raccoon under our house and their work could not be completed until the animal was removed. No raccoon was captured, however we did find a dead possum in a trap. We also were scheduled to insulation installed. That work was reassigned to a different group, but not rescheduled. We were expecting a crew on the day we were told. We also were waiting on the flea treatment reschedule( the first service mentioned. After a few calls to the 800 number we decided to cancel all of the services.We also asked for a call from a branch manager. We were told that a we could expect a call within 24 hours. We got a call within 2 hours from a manager from another group. He said that he could have a tech out to our house that afternoon to spray for fleas.We agreed to that service.We still said no to everything else.Terminix wants to bill us for ******* for work that was not completed.I have made my position clear that completed work will be paid for ,work started and not completed will not be considered.Terminix

1 starTerminix is a horrible company to do business with. We cancelled our service and still I was getting invoices . I have made 6 attempts to resolve this issue and NO ONE from their customer service area returns calls or emails after they state they will get back to you. I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this bogus invoices and they will not even return phone calls or emails DO Not use Terminix for your serviceTerminix

1 starTerrible communication from this company. Genuinely awful. Theyre terrible at letting you know when they are on the way, and there were times they didnt even show up. People have things to do, we dont have time to wait around for you so we can let you in the gate. Communication is key.Terminix

1 starCompany employee spraying unknown substance on windy day at neighbors yard. Employee was wearing respirator. Spray blown onto plants in our garden which we eat and the wind-blown spray got onto me. I spoke to employee would said it was insect repellant. He apologized but went right on doing what he was doing.Terminix

1 starStay away from this fraudulent company. Got charged for three months last year that I never got service. Been calling and emailing over a year to try to solve the issue without success. I cancelled my service since that happened only to find out Im still getting charged again a year later for a monthly service that again I never got!Terminix

1 starHorrible, salesman was friendly and informative when explaining the steps they would take for Rodent Control. Stated that after initial service (Rodent control), a technician would come out after 2 weeks to inspect and then again in 2 weeks. After *************************************************************************************** the house. Was told an appointment was set for the 23rd, 21 days after the first phone call. Called the salesman numerous times but went straight to voice mail. Before the contract was signed, he replied instantly to texts and phone calls. Called 2 more times and received no earlier appointment. Called the branch office: ***********, ***** and requested a call back from the branch manager. Was informed to expect a call in 24 to 48 hrs. It has now been 96 hrs and no call. Technicians finally came out 27 days later. If I could cancel the service, I would. DON'T use Terminix.Terminix
