1 starI began with terminix over 10 years ago. My daughter next door began later. Somehow, her account got connected with mine. When she canceled her account, mine was also canceled. Since they only come every 3 months it was about 4 months later I noticed they hadn't come. When I called about it they at first couldn't figure out why it was canceled. Then she called and they finally! Figured it out. But, because it had been over a months since it had been canceled I had to have a new contract and pay up front. I was upset, but paid. A week later the service man comes and walks around my house and says he'll be back in a week to take care of the inside. A week later he shows up, puts some powder down my sink and says he'll be back in a week. That was on 8/14. Haven't seen him since. I called terminix and they don't even show I had an appointment for him to come back. They said I didn5have an appointment til the end of September. They made a ticket for the local office to call me by the end of last week. I'm still waiting for that call. I contacted terminix today and canceled my service and hot a refund. I always recommended them before, but after all of this, I am never recommending terminix again. They have no idea what they are doing.Terminix

1 starBeen trying for 2.5 years to get my two windows that were broken by the crew when they treated my house. Constant runaround and no responsibility taken! I keep being told the request is escalated and someone from the local office will contact me but it never happens! E-mails and phone calls do nothing!Terminix

In reviewing the notes on your inactive account, which has not been serviced since 8/2021, we do not see were you reported or spoke to anyone regarding damage to your window or any of your property in 2021, 2022, or 2023. The first and only time damage was reported, was in August 2024. Hopefully one day this consumer will feel differently about us.

1 starThis company is absolute garbage and racist! The lady called me earlier before heading over and seemed professional and nice. I told her to take her time heading over since it is raining outside and not to rush. When she showed up I opened the garage and the other side to my guest house so she could get in for the inspection. She took an awful long time to get out of her car, didn't make an effort to say hello and went to open her trunk. I went back inside because I was cooking food for my 5 year old son and never heard her knock on the door. A few minutes later I received a text message saying "I know you saw me and just didn't open the door because of the color of my skin". WHAT? The last thing I want to hear about is the racial card being thrown ESPECIALLY in a Minority household, we are Cuban. So offended, literally won't ever use this company again. You guys hire LAZY people who will say anything to not have to work. SKIP--PASS--DONT use!
I wish I would have read the reviews on here prior to hiring them, I only looked at the google reviews. Definitely skip and run away. Trash company. Can't wait for their "generic robot response on how they pride their work and company". Jokes and lies.Terminix

1 starTerminix has looked us in the eyes and lied about the provision of services for pest control in our attic and vapor barrier in our crawl space.
Supervisor duped us into believing that the problems are injurious to our health and property(lived here for 20 years without any health concerns ) -we signed the contract for quality service at a price only to have the biggest setback from unscrupulous people that have failed to execute the services and now wants us to pay for an incomplete job.
We are now trapped-terminix is only concerned with collecting our monies-they want to keep you paying and paying.
There is no recourse when you sign this contract-you receive no feedback on complaints -they say they have provided services-what quality services!
Management is unconcerned ,non responsive -bolstered by a customer service support system that only keeps taking your complaints -telling you that they will escalate your concerns-this is never ending saga to frustrate you-nothing is done.
I am saddened ,but I am not paying for incomplete and substandard work -it has been more than one month that I waiting for a resolution to this matter.
They have left us no evidence to support services provided -we need to know what we are paying for! The exclusion system is a sham -the one trap on the roof fell off and is in the yard and 6 pieces of glue trap remain in my attic -no checks over the period to see what is happening -What a service -left many messages no response, just uncaring and untrustworthy-I need a resolution to this as I have seen many complaints with similar issues.Why should this be allowed to continue under the pretext of excellent service? This needs to be evaluated by management and those concerned should be held accountable and disciplined.

1 starWe had terminix encapsulate our basement and installed a fan system. this cost several thousand dollars. the fan system never worked and for a few months someone kept saying they would fix it but never did. we tried contacting someone for a refund and no one would ever get back to **. We ended up having someone else come redue everything and it was just like we threw out money away for a service that was never completed. it is a shame because we like the mosquito and termite services, but if anyone ever asks I let them know that your business is not reliable and will knowingly not complete a service and avoid you after you've paid.Terminix

1 starThis company lies and steals your money all while they try to sell me additional services that should be covered under my current service that is paid for. They cannot get rid of my ********* ants and have not been able to do so for what looks like years now all while I pay them 700$ a year for termite service that does nothing. It is impossible to get a manger to call you back as I have tried many times they just hide from you. My home is being destroyed by the day and they refuse to do anything other than SELL me additional services to fix my issue they cannot fix under my current program. At this time I have been lied to about managers being promised they are going to my home and that never happens. They want me to pay for a tent to rid my ants and they say its "not covered" under my current program and I need to shell out more cash to fix. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY "Victorville" Terminix as they are horrible to work with, incompatent to anything termite or ********* ant related and they will try to steal you of more money on services you do not need. At this time I will be moving forward with my legal representation to begin discussing the "Damage Warrantee" they offer and moneys waisted for years of subpar service all while they have allowed my home to be eaten away. Get ready for a fight Terminix I am done with your lies and carelessness with my home and thievery of my family's money. This has been the worst case of customer service I have ever seen from ********************** in my life and for literally zero return on a service that was paid for to be completed, you poked the wrong bear and we will see you in the next steps of this process for reconciliation.Terminix

Same as customer complaint below. ********************** in ************, ** did come out and get us to sign a contract, put in the termite traps.Problem is we are paying for pest control, and no traps have ever been put out, nor have we been contacted in over a month.We were told in order to cancel we have to pay over $1000 to get out of the contract. We are happy to pay for the termite traps, but no more. We were also told we could not turn off auto renew for next year's contract, what kind of scam is this?We were also told that we would be contacted in ***** hours.NOT a happy customer,******* *.Terminix

1 starThis company is horrible to work with. They can't show up when they need to. They tell you absolutely anything to get your business then dont do what they say. Their *** said they would come out place traps to catch mice come and remove them and would send an inspector who will patch any hole an inch or less included in our price. They came out placed bait traps that mice can go in and out then just die in the house the inspector came out and said hole fillings is $1800 and not included in services all around a horrible lying company.
