      I have some Bats issues. I hired them to close any possible entry point from the attic into the condo. Technician was on location less that 1 hour sprayed some foam on 3 possible point of entry and got charged over $970.00.

      Use any company but this one... I paid on Thursday Aug 8th for service for TWO locations in ********** , **. for August 10 between 10-and 12 am...The day before the appointment the service tech called me to verify service "that day". I explained he was a day early and I could not be there...he said "oh, thats right I have the wrong day" ( so now I have his phone number cause he called me) Come the 10th, I waited till 11 and called the main office to try and get a ETA... phone representitive told me they could leave him a message. I received no call back at all. At 12;15 pm I called the tech and he never asnwered the phone, sent a text with no response. I call the main number two more times trying to get ETA...nothing, no call backs nothing. This is Harrisburg PA franchise and if you are in need of them don't bother they are useless! 5PM still NO ONE showed up...I called and now I have to try and get my money back! The whole day waiting on terminix and you can't even get a return call, makes me so mad that no one gives a crap!

      CAUTION !!I was charged for a service that was not performed. The technician did not come to my property (he admitted it), yet filed a report of his findings and the company charged me $116.So, their system automatically generates their "findings" whether true or not and charges the customer for it. Wow

      BEWARE!!! Terminix is a horrible company with terrible customer service. They did a job for my church and left tape that is not easily accessible because of the height they ruined the paint in some areas. We have been trying to get it resolved for months and have been ignored. We have sent emails and text messages and have called with no answer. ***********************, a tech that works for Terminix in the broward area, is a liar and is very unprofessional. He was called, and he stated that he would call back in 20 min. He never called, so I called him back he forwarded me to voice mail. I called customer service, and supposedly they sent the complaint to the manager of the local branch who was supposed to call me. Twelve hours later, I am still waiting on a call. Don't waste your time or money on this company.

      Horrible service. Paid 6K to have home tented for termites on 6/8/24 and still no tenting 2 mths later. 1st appt. in July canceled and rescheduled for 8/9/24 and then no one showed up. It's been 2 mths and still no tenting. This companies service is TERRIBLE! Don't use them! There a plenty if other companies you can contract with that have excellent service. I'm now fighting for a refund. Wish me luck.

      Called to cancel. They reduced my rate verbally. Got the bill next quarter and it was right back to $222. They said due to inflation etc. I asked to cancel and credit it for their mistake the prior quarter and they refused. Wasted 1 hour plus on calls with simply uneducated, in empowered people.

      This company withdrew payment from my account when I had canceled service months ago. I spoke with multiple customer service reps and none of them could resolve my issue. They could only escalate. I was promised that I would be called by the manager, never happened. When I asked to be connected to the manager I was informed there was no any they could that.. absurd !So this company unlawfully took my money and then told me it could take up to 5 days to get my money back. I am filing a dispute with my bank and contacting an attorney. Very shady business practices. Would NEVER use this service again and will let everyone I know to avoid using this service Simply terrible !!!

      This company is a scam, their services do nothing and they charge an arm and a leg. They respond on their own time. Still my house has several mice, and I paid in thousands of dollars and did everything they recommended. Highly unprofessional and they shouldn't be allowed to conduct their business. I cancelled all their services and now they want me to pay for an outstanding invoice. It is ridiculous!!!

      I really wish I had read some of the reviews before contracting with this company. I called the company to set up an appointment to deal with a very specific pest issue. They ended up upselling me to the subscription service, which is fine, but then scheduled an appointment just for an outdoor treatment which had nothing to do with my pest issue. They told me that the appointment was for my pest issue and then canceled twice causing me to ask for four days off work total without even having my issue treated. Honestly, it feels like the company is mostly just a scam. While the ladies at the service center were very nice on the phone, there was nothing they could offer except another attempt at rescheduling the service I had initially asked for and yet Im still being charged full price. Not to mention, the company continues to only communicate with my husband, even though we verified multiple times that I am the primary contact on the account, which has led to scheduling delays and feels a little sexist.
