      Terminix salesman , **** ******= Lied several times to me about crawl space encapsulation and equipment that was to be used! He started of with a quote of 2500. and ended with a quote of 5200, and something. Was suppose to use 20mil reinforced Vapor Barrier, clear water and use sump pump and clean space of debris and provide a dehumidifier and seal up piers and side walls as well (encapsulate). The man backed off the 20 mil to a 14 mil then a 10 mil and several other points and wanted me to sign an electronic thing ; I refused until I got a copy of our agreement! He then still changed electronic file!!! He also FRAUDED my Bank account!!! my check was for ******* and Terminix charged my bank *******! I'm on a fixed income and this is not acceptable!! My bank is aware of it now; due to another false charge that closed all of my accounts; causing hardship with getting gas and money from my banks!! This happened Aug .28, 2024 . Upon finding out I contacted Terminix (9/3/24) for a refund!! And have yet to get it!! Again called several other times ; then today 9/23/24 customer service says they are sending 2 checks out: 1) ****** and 2) 221.50.'but wont go out until the 1st or 15th!!! Why was it not issued this month??? This is unacceptable business practices and For Terminix to pay this man to rip off elder handicapped persons is just plain wrong!!! Something needs to be done!!! DO NOT TRUST TERMINIX OR THEIR SALES TEAM!!! And definietly do not give them your banking info nor sign anything electronic!!!! I would not even give a whole star!!! but no choice

      Unfortunately I had to get termite bait stations installed due to termite activity in Sept/Oct 2023. They would schedule an appt to come out & install the baits and then wouldnt show. I had to call consistently and still couldnt resolve it. Finally after weeks of missed days of work, someone finally showed and blamed the city because the *********** lines werent marked. This was their responsibility to do. Fast forward to September 2024 and time for my annual termite bait inspection. I called to schedule an appointment after receiving a text message. I also explained I was seeing termite activity AGAiN in my kitchen window. I called for three weeks waiting each week for someone to call me to schedule an appointment within ***** hours. Well it never happened! Finally week 3 I call and schedule an appointment for 09/23/2024 for a 3-5 pm time frame. While at work at 9:00 am I receive a text message that someone is on their way. After calling to figure out why someone was at my house while I was at work, I was unsuccessful. By 9:24 am the service *** who came out to my house sent the ***ort that the ticket was completed. Heres the problem how was the inspection completed if the service ***. ***** have access to my yard?!?! So he checked the bait in the front of my house and could careless about the one in my yard. After calling 3-4 times on 09/23/2024, I had to reschedule for a different day. However, no one I speak to on the phone cares that we are missing days of work for the appointments being made and no one showing. All they could tell me that, the most important thing is that they can reschedule me and we can move on. Thats their resolution!

      After numerous missed appointments and dozens of customer service phone calls, this ********************** is one of the worst. 6 missed routine sprays and 13 no show termite inspections The lack of communication at the ************************ is embarrassing. In 12 months was only able to talk to the ******** manager ***** ****** twice. Each phone call resulted in nothing but excuses and poor customer service communication. ********************** as a whole may be a good company, but the Richmond branch needs a massive overhaul.

      I have a flea problem. I signed up for them to come out a spray which they did. The person that sprayed said he would come back and reapply the following Friday or Monday. No Show. I called Terminix and they made said they would be there Friday. I called and pleaded for them to come because I had new carpet to be installed, Had to cancel carpet install because the fleas are as bad as when we started.. I have requested a call from the Manager, and not yet received a answer.

      easily the worst experience ive ever had as a home owner looking for help. they are a criminal organization, from beginning to end. Salesman preyed on a terrified homeowner, upsold goods that in good conscience were never needed. never completed the exclusion policy that was assessed and recommended. unresponsive to customer needs. clueless customer service. took 3 half hour calls to cancel my policy after a FULL YEAR of service. would not even email me a copy of my contract when requested, told it was "locked" and needs to be released to me from the branch manger. on multiple prior calls, was told I didn't have a branch manager. I asked for a supervisor to talk to, was told "I work from home and I cannot get a supervisor to answer me." would not even disclose my branch location to file complaint to the better business bureau. I was charged 2 days after cancelling my policy for services that will never be completed. I cannot even remove my credit card on file from the website! this business is a complete fraud, do not work with this company. I am nauseated thinking about my experience with them.

      Charged my elderly mother for services that made her pest problem incredibly worse after just one spray and then never came back for any type of 7 day follow up as promised. They were impossible to get a hold of. When I asked for a refund they said I had to have services for 90 days before I could receive a refund for services I never received in full. I was told there was no supervisor to speak to. Now Im having to take legal actions just to get my elderly mother her money back. Taking advantage of our elderly just trying to get rid of their pests is absolutely disgusting. All we wanted was a refund for the services your company failed to provide.

      We have been customers since June 2018. Every year we have a service call to check our termite bait stations; and every year we request a copy of the service report. Since June of this year, I have been in contact with your customer service department, requesting this document. Each time I am told to download the document from the Terminix website. Needless to say, there is a bug (no pun intended) in their system, as no one is able to download any of the documentation on the site. **************** assures me they will contact our local branch and get the information needed to us. Fast forward to September 16, 2024. We have never received any documentation, yet Terminix will call daily to remind us of payment due. At this point, our contract has expired, and we still have never received any of the requested reports. We are still receiving notices to renew, yet there has been no attempt to send us our requested documents. Unfortunately, we are left with no other choice, but to hire another pest control company. I dont believe our request is out of the ordinary, as we should be able to see what we are paying for. Although your customer service representatives are friendly, their assistance can only go so far, and then matters are left off at the wayside, leaving customers wondering if their issues are being taken care of. Perhaps corporate needs to be hands on, to help solve these internal issues.

      I met with Terminix for a Pre-Contruction treatment for my pad before concrete was poured. I was guaranteed that if I "pre-paid" for the service they would be on will call & take care of the treatment when I was ready. After multiple scheduling attempts Terminix did not perform the treatment. After a discussion with the Operations Manager & multiple customer service **** have been promised repeatedly that I would receive a refund with in 48 hours. This circus act has been going on for a month now with no resolution. ***** ******** is the operations ***************** was the regional coordinator. They won't answer the phone, so I call customer service. Don't be a fool and prepay like i did pay for your services when they are complete & you are satisfied. I thought they were a established franchise that would take care of business. My mistake.

      I have been a client of Terminix for over 3 years, they have never fulfilled the objection, they would call and say they are coming and never show up or they would spray the outside of the my house but never do the inside even thou I have told them that I need to be home for them to service me, I cancel my service in June and they owed me a refund of a total of $176.76, but only refunded me $72.18, I call them on 9/12/2024 and was told that I would only be refunded $72.18. They have not service me for the month of July nor August and I cancelled them in June with no service rendered, that came and got there terminate traps, but continue to keep my money, I want the rest of my money which is $104.68

      Horrible experience! My son and I moved into a home infested with fleas. Signed up for Terminix and they were out next day to spray. Unfortunately, they only sprayed the inside and never touched the yard with spray as they said they would. I have never seen animals in such misery. All they did was cling to the aniamls the second they went outside. When calling to address this, I was told they could come back out a week and a half later to spray the yard and they agreed it should have been sprayed when they were out. I was billed the full amount and given an invoice for half that price for the partial service completed. I tried getting them to move up the spray and was told they could not. I then contacted other companies who were able to complete the job right away. I called and canceled my terminix agreement and asked for a refund for the difference in what service was delivered vs what was completed. I was told they would not give a refund. I asked them to come complete the service that was paid for and they said they could not because we no longer had a service agreement. I would need to sign and pay for another service agreement to receive what I paid for the first time. Stay far away from this place!
