      I hired Terminix for pest control services with the understanding that the price was $177.66 per year plus tax. I spoke with a woman named ******** and I asked her a couple times to verify that it was a yearly charge and she said yes. Their technicians came out and sprayed inside my home and outside. One asked me to sign what I thought was a work order but turned out to be a contract. After they were here my Discover card was charged $194.07. I thought that was odd that they would bill me for the whole year after only one application so I called them. I was told that it was not $194.07 per year but per month! I told them I couldn't afford $2400 a year for pest control and tried to cancel. I was informed that the cancellation fee was $1954.04! The following month they charged my Discover another $194.07 so I disputed the charge. Discover ruled in my favor.Terminix sent me a bill for $194.07 and they have been calling me and threatening to turn this over to a collection agency. I contend that I was misled and was told that they would pull the recorded phone call with me and ********. I haven't heard it yet.

      Horrible company. Stay away from it. I am about to file a complaint with Ohio attorney general. Charged me $1700 in may 2023. Yet to deliver service. Everytime I call they say they would come and the previous person did not add a note. They finally agreed to refund after long fight. Here we are 4 weeks after the acceptance, no refund and when I call, they dont have a record of last conversation and no one performs the work for which I got chared. Stay away from this company and dont pay in advance no matter what they sell.

      ************ NC location-in this country competes for respect and recognition which can be a yardstick for injustice l. Every business and everyone wants recognition even the ones in the graveyard. However, as well ALL know very well it can come to a point in life when we say "I like them like they like me, no love lost! Well, it's NO LOVE LOST HERE. Terminix installed a French drain and sump pump at my residents. Prior to the installation they made their yearly inspection.. The business wanted to install a dehumidifier and I chose not to at the given time. As prior military I ALWAYS keep a paper trail. I decided I wanted the installation and sent an email to one of the technicians. The original message that he had previously sent. He stated he would have to contact the owner. I later received a reply that the owner stated " he was not going to install the dehumidifier." For clarification customer service was contacted. I was told the company still install dehumidifiers in an email. I asked in separate repeated emails for someone to contact me. However, that never occurred. Therefore, I contacted the ********************************************************. Copies of ALL emails were sent as well. The business REFUSED to reply to ***** of justice as well but they continue to send me the yearly inspection renewal. Along with this injustice I informed one of the technicians I discovered termites in the yard and the communication went South, silent, and completely ignored. This is your yardstick of injustice!

      Good evening, Id appreciate if youd keep your service vehicles out of my driveway. This guy shows up regularly at my neighbors house, and always uses my property to turn around. Youve not responded to my messages over the last week, so Ive gone to ****** to leave a negative ********* very much like for this to stop. Now.************************************************

      We were charged (Prepaid) *******$ on 09/17/24 for the rodent extermination service for 2 years. The first service was done on the next day 09/18/24 and upon inspection post first service we found that half of the exterior holes were left open. we were very disappointed with the service and requested to cancel the service right away and requested for a prorated refund. After reaching out to the customer service 4 times and sending detailed emails with evidence (pictures) that the service was incomplete, we have not received any response from the branch manager #**** and higher **** They cancelled our request for refund without any formal communication. We even requested to deduct the charges for the day of service performed by the technicians and refund us the remainder but they said ******* was the charge for a 30 minute service. All they did was fill out 4-5 inlet points on the exterior part of the house. We are highly dissatisfied not only with the service but also with their Branch Manager and ***************** we are being forced to take legal action against Terminix because they charged a ridiculous amount of money for the service they hardly performed. The fees that Terminix is retaining is illegitimate, unfair and on the contrary to public policy.

      This company is a ****. They never fulfilled the contract. They never sent us a contract. They kept take money out of our account and lied to us saying they came to our home and sprayed. We have cameras all over our property and never once came. We have called multiple times the ***** number asking for a supervisor to call said we should hear from the ***** hours never got a call they said they left a voicemail. I have all this on record and now they wanna penalize us. We are disabled veterans and ask for the integrity of this company to stop lying and send us a contract we never set this up in the phone a guy came to our home and asked us to sign his iPad and he would email us a copy. We never received and they are not fulfilling their part. The worst company ever a big ****. They say they sprayed our home. When in fact they never showed in the date they said I scrolled through our cameras and never seen and offered to send to the company but we will take it to court.

      We had a Termite Bond with Terminix and recently found termite damage near the foundation of the house. Called Terminix to schedule a service, but to my disbelieve found out that our Bond has been canceled almost 10 months ago (without any communication or refund). No one at Terminix could explain why it was canceled and by whom and why refund is in 'Pending' status 10 months since. The best they came up with is blaming us for canceling it. They told us that we would need to setup a new service and pay again if we want treatment. Spoke with outsourced 'customer no service' numerous times just to be hung up on - never was able to talk to any supervisor or manager. What a terrible way to treat your customers of many years!

      I have been a customer of ********************** for several years. This review doesn't apply to their core business of termite and bug control. I would give them 4-5 stars for these services. This is a complaint against their exclusion and gutter services. I have had the exclusion service for a couple of years. This service removes critters from the home, repairs the entry point. They are very adept at doing this part of the service. However, this service purports to protect the house from future entries. This is where it fails. In addition, the service doesn't cover other interior damage when animals get past their exclusion system. In fact, I recently had someone come out to check the home, found that multiple animals had been holed up in my attic based on the tracks, droppings, and tunnels in the insulation. They quoted me $10K to remove the insulation, sanitize the floors, and install critter resistant insulation. These are services that I wouldn't need if the exclusion system worked. My review is more about beware what you are receiving with this service. It is a fair price for removing animals and creating a baseline protection system. As for the gutters, I suppose I should have been wary when a bug and critter company offered to replace my gutters. I forwarded two videos where two locations were not properly handling the amount of water coming off the roof. This was after I asked them to come out and look at a particular location where I had seen that a downspout was not replaced. I asked if there should be one there given the amount of water coming down that part of the house. They installed one there. So far, they have failed to address the two areas where there is documented evidence that what they installed is not handling the drainage. My one star rating is a caution against reading too much into the exclusion protection, and a heavy warning about their gutter services.

      We paid ******* to get rid of bed bugs and later we paid ****** for the outside spiders and wasps. After a year of spraying multiple times for bed bugs. They never did get rid of them. They never sprayed in the wall and now that's where they are coming out of. My brother-in-law, mother-in-law, and nephew live right beside us and when we first got bed bugs they had them too and they used a local exterminator that sprayed twice and they have never had a bed bug ever again. So here we pay $*****. They spray over a year about a year and too much and the bed bugs are still here. Now. They're wanting 1100 more dollars to start all over spray for bed bugs. Why would I pay them ***** more dollars again when they can't even get rid of them the first time. I definitely do not recommend using terminix. They just **** the money out of you and nothing in return. Oh yes and the $300 for the outside we still have washed and spiders.

      Terminex is horrible,we payed for termite service for full year,as we have done for fifteen years,this year has been totally a mess,the guy took a picture of the check to electronically deposit.I received a phone call about a month later that the bill wasn't paid,I have a email that says paid in full.This has been sent to collections.I have made numerous calls to Terminex,talked to who knows how many people,then told they will return my call within twenty-four hours.That don't happen.A few days later start the entire process all over again.I also have been told just to pay the bill that the collection company has,noone will answer when I ask why should I pay a bill I already paid.Im done with Terminex
