      The worst service ever, I paid over $6000 for a basement encapsulation and the work was poorly done. The workers were cursing each other while they were under the floor. They have yet to wire in the dehumidifier and its been over 2 months. I have called 6 times and I get the same line we will have a supervisor call you in a day or two. Its been over 2 months !!!!!this office is in ************ Tn. DONT do business with these clowns, I have contacted my attorney, I am suing for damages

      Horrible company ! Do not waste your money! I asked the Terminix person to come in my house and spray and the person said : That wont be happening!

      This company bills you and doesnt perform services. They lie about their service agent performing the work even though you show them proof that the worker never came. You probably spend more money trying to get back what they took from you.

      I had a contract with Terminix and they never seem to come when you wanted them to come, I have told them several times that I am not available on weekdays, and they would always say that came to my house and did not come or that, I cancel the service and was told that they would refund me for both of my last visit which should have been one for $74.00 and the other one for $104.00, I was only refunded $74.00 and was told that in their system it was to only refund me $74.00, I was not refunded for both service which was not rendered. D. B. Service technician claim that he come to service my house on 7/11/2024 for the terminates inspection that is a lie, because I don't weekday appointments, they can come and pick up the bate trips but can't service your home. Also, the office manager at the LANDOVER 9475 Lottsford Rd Largo, MD 20774, is very rude.

      Ordered service from the ************ AR location. First appointment went well other than the fact the technician inaccurately wrote the report up. After that we had 3 no call no shows from their inspector. After calling and rescheduling several times this issue was never resolved. The inspector never contacted me about why he didnt show up as the said he would. I was in the process of cancelling this service as anyone in their right mind would fire Terminix for their lack of respect of my time. Their customer retention said they would give me another appointment of no charge to me for a technician to come out. He did indeed make the appointment as I saw it online. However, when I checked the next day, the appointment was missing. I called customer service again about the issue and was told that the only appointment I had was on the 23rd. I never made one and had I not seen this I was going to deal with another no call no show. I am done with this company and there are so many other options out there rather than put up with this.

      Ive had the WORST experience with Terminix. 100% of them are incompetent and they do not return your calls. HORRIBLE company and I will never in life recommend or use them. Please choose another company or do it yourself because I promise you, they will drop the ball, admit that they did it, and wont do anything about it.

      If terminix is a company build on value, what value they are talking about? My agreement ended over 1 year ago, since then I was on monthly bases, $64.00 per month. Several times the worker did not show yet they reported that they came do the spray. On their document, line for the customer signature, they mark, not at home, even when I was waiting for them. Other time documented that they spray in the back yard, when they could not have go to the back, the gate been lock. Over a month ago they charged me over $86.00 even though I cancelled the termite service and the charge should have been $33.00. Terminix refuse to give me the credit of $50.00 they say they owe me. Several weeks ago I cancel the service in full, yet this month they applied the credit against a monthly payment which I do not owe. I have called, sent several letters yet they refuse to cancel the service. On the phone I was short of being insulted, telling me I had to sign another contract and other garbage of the sort. Keep away from this company, there are many other companies. For the payment, they make it that you cannot cancel or remove your credit card from their payment information. I cancelled my current credit card that is on my account with them. I was issued a new card with a completely different number and did not gave them this new card yet when I look at my account last week, they had the new card? How can they have access to a card that I did not give them? ******

      OMG do not tent your house if you don't have to! If you do have to, DON'T use Terminix. They provided zero instructions before the tenting. They cost us two extra days at an ****** because they didn't tell us not to lock any doors in the house (I always lock my closet), so they wouldn't tent when they were supposed to. This also cost us $45 to replace the doorknob that had to be destroyed and replaced. They rifled through every drawer and closet in the house, and didn't even try to leave things clean as they had been. They tented vines that we had spent a lot of time pulling away from the house, now dead. Ever since they tented our house, we have a mouse problem that we did not have before! ***? 100% bad experience.

      Find service elsewhere. Sold house and called to cancel. They said OK. Continue to get credit card charges. Stay away.

In reviewing your account, we see your annual termite service was completed June 26, 2024. Customers are free to cancel, without penalty, before services are provided. In this case cancellation of the contract was requested in July 2024, a month after service was provided. Being termite service was provided, the first year of the contract must be satisfied to avoid an ETF fee. You are free to transfer the contract to the new homeowner, if they agree.       I had the exact same experience as ***** *. This company does not deliver what they promise and when you go to speak with someone, they hang up on you! I have invested thousands with them and still have mice infestation.
