      I am a customer who has been with ********************** for 3+ yrs for their bait station service and have never once needed anything until now and the customer service Ive received is unacceptable considering Ive paid for this service (and still pay monthly) and now terminix is acting like Im not a priority. I found some termite damage in my attic and contacted terminix. The inspector who came on 10/19/24 never filed any ***ort about being at my home or what was observed aside from verbally telling the branch that I needed to be set up with an appt. When speaking with the call center *** a day or two later he tried diligently to locate the contract from 2021 but it was unable to be retrieved and appeared it was never finalized. Since then there has been no movement towards treatment. Last week I reached out on the text chat option and was advised there were no notes and they would need to set another appt to evaluate on 11/25, I told them it wasnt acceptable and told them this coming Wednesday would work. They ended up scheduling me for Tuesday which I had to cancel because of work and they decided to reschedule me for Thursday despite me reiterating that Wednesday was the day I could be available. Ive attempted multiple times to be put in touch with a manager regarding my complaints about mishandled paperwork, poor communication, and their delay in treatment which has slowed my progress towards selling my home to relocate. Ive spoken to ******** and ***** *. as well as a the *** through the text chat option. Additionally, ***** had sent a text to *** Headrix regarding me being upset and he planned to follow up with ********. Seems *** is too busy to actually call and see what the issue is himself or maybe my messages arent actually being conveyed to him. Communication is huge and terminix has a major issue with this. Very sad. I dont recommend anyone use terminix for termite prevention or treatment. You will not be a priority once theyve taken your money.

      Hands down - the worst company I have ever had to deal with.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW BECAUSE THIS IS NOT ONLY POST *********** RELATED, BUT ALSO WITH BILLING ISSUES. There are so many other pest control companies out there - you do not want to deal with the headache that comes along with signing a contract with this company.We had extensive work done to our attic (over $22,000). They were great off the get go and were quick to take our money. However, when we needed any help after (we have a six year warranty and were told they would follow up with us shortly after the attic was done to assure us everything was good). We called the company for weeks to try to get someone back out to check on our attic because we still could here critters/pests up there. We were only able to get someone to come back out after my husband had threatened to sue them.Additionally, we were told we were required to sign up for their pest control services for a given time. After six months, we cancelled them. I have been waiting for over a month for a refund for my cancelled services (I called to cancel in September and was charged in October). I have called every week regarding the refund and keep being told my case has been escalated and someone will call me back and I will be receiving a refund in 5-7 business days. I have called over four times and have been told the same thing, nobody can get me on the phone with a manager. Well, yesterday I received another charge that was different. I was charged for my warranty (this should not have happened because Terminix built in $2,000+ into our total bill without telling us to cover our warranty). I called Terminix for the fifth time and was told that I should not have been charged but I would need to call the district manager, ****, to get all of my refunds handled. Well, still haven't heard back from ****. Still out almost $200 on services I haven't received and were supposed to be cancelled.

      Would just like to follow up, i was told I would receive a refund for the charges and also for the additional charges for the warranty that were being held (over $2,000). Once again, we are just being told what we want to hear so we will be quiet. We have not seen ANY action from Terminix. Still upset and will keep posting on social media and letting everyone we know looking for pest control services how awful this entire experience and company has been. All lip service, no action.

      We have been paying Terminex quarterly for two years to get rid of any pests that may appear. For two years, we have told them that we see mice or mice droppings. They would come and do a minimal check outside and around the house, almost never upstairs, though I told them I saw some activity there. After two years of using their service, we have seen more and more of an uptick instead of getting rid of the mice. Previously, we had four other terminex techs come out to assist. Alot of the other techs were fired per the fifth tech. Finally, the new tech came out and asked if any tech ever went in the attic to check, and he checked and there they had been nesting. Now Terminix is sending a representative out to provide a service upcharge. To fix the problem that we have been paying for. This does not seem right. They are saying its exclusion, but it seems like a loophole. They have done minimal work in the past and even stated that we refused visits which we never did. How can the work their previous techs be trusted if they were fired for not doing their jobs properly? This needs to be looked at and they should cover this charge. Over the last two years, they have gotten close to 1500 for services barely rendered.

      We had a very hostile Terminex manager, ***** G call my sister irate. Apparently upset about the review and, instead of defusing what we had experienced with Terminex he made it worse. My sister's name is on the account but we both live at our residence, and I have been dealing with the representatives over the past two years, so I made the post. When I was making the original post, it said to make sure you put a name that is on the account so that the business knows that its real. What we asked was not unreasonable. But what they offered was completely insane. Not only does Terminex not appropriately do what they are paid for, but when you say something about it, the manager that interacts with a woman talks to her inappropriately. As I stated in my previous post our two years with Terminex did not solve anything from us. We have canceled all services with Terminex and will likely be a detractor

      I had Terminix come out to my house in regards to having an issue with mice. They quoted me a year service for $1,354.14 for a one year contract. I signed it because I wanted the mice gone. The guy who quoted me the estimate was here longer than the guy who came out and did one service. I was unhappy with the service so I cancelled my contract. My credit card company gave me back my money. I proved to them I went with another contractor who was less money and provided more services. Today I received a bill in the amount for $1,354.14 which I told them I was not paying and they better not mess up my credit. I would never recommend their company to anyone! I am so unhappy with the service I received!

      I reached to a bunch of wildlife retrievers and Terminix was the first to respond. The inspector came out to inspect my home and even included his manager in the inspection. The inspector diagnosed my home with rodents in my attic space without physically inspecting the parameter of my attic space (only viewed from ladder). The inspector hounded me to sign a contract, reaching out via phone call and text. I signed a contract after feeling pressured to do so with the guarantee that the wildlife was rodents making the noise in my wall and that they would be caught. Bait stations were placed and I was told cages were placed in the attic space as well.1 week later the noise is back. I called and a company that specializes in wildlife retrieval and the diagnosis was very different and accurate. The inspector came prepared with equipment needed to properly diagnose my home. It was not rodents. I was sold a lie. The inspector definitely operated off of my fears. He did not come prepared with the necessary equipment to properly diagnose my issue. He didnt even walk my attic space for a thorough inspection. The inspector from the other company stated that there were no sightings of mice droppings in my attic space. Terminix, your inspector deceived me and totally coerced me into signing a contract ensuing that the rodents were the cause of the noise and they clearly were not. It has been about 2-3 weeks and there has been no evidence of rodent activity in my attic space. I have called to cancel my contract. I was told that I will hear from someone in ***** hours. I was scammed into believing an ill-equipped and unknowledgeable inspector. I want my contract canceled without penalty. I have searched for corporates number and not able to find. Terrible and deceptive service.

      Ive been dealing with Terminix for years!!!!! It began with a pest infestation . Spent thousands for insulation work. It was a hassle to get them out here for inspections. The branch managers are awful!!! They made it seem like it was my fault. I am supposed to get yearly inspections and that is a total flop. They never show up. They say a technician will show and contact me. Theyve flaked on me many times and one even sent a photo of his car being serviced so he couldnt make it. I havent heard from them since. Terrible terrible service

      I called Terminix end of August 2024 about what I thought were bees in the carport wall. It was actually YELLOW JACKETS. They explained they were very busy and would come in a couple weeks. Didn't show until 3 weeks later. This was only to inspect to see what the insects were. This was not to be exterminated yet. That would finally happen a few weeks later. They said they would eventually die because they couldn't get to the queen. They didn't die. They fought harder to get inside, finding another way in. We called back in October because it was getting worse. Exterminator can back finally. Sprayed a repellent but said he could not fill the hole because it's too small. Told my husband to put a sealant over the hole. Please note, the yellow jackets are not dead yet but we're supposed to put a sealant? Hmm ok. I bought a yellow jacket spray and Flex Max sealant. My husband sprayed to kill as many as possible then added the sealant. They ate through it. So we bought foam spray insulation. That worked but now the ************** are coming inside my house. I called Terminix back and told them to come that day because we needed a resolution. They made excuses. Said the manager was coming the next day. He didn't. My husband took off work for nothing. Called them back. It got escalated with a call back from that department. Supposedly an appointment was made for Monday, November 11, 2024. No one showed. First, the appointment was between 8-10. Then it was *****. Then it was 12-2. Still no show. My husband missed another day of work. He called the escalation line and she said the inspector canceled the appointment and refunded our money because we already had a treatment. Ridiculous. Still have yellow jackets.

      My first complaint is the ****** Branch does not have an office number to contact it. I have had termite service with Terminix since about 1960 when it (****** Branch) was locally owned and operated. I added pest control later, the approximate date I do not remember. It was most likely mid nineteen sixties to mid nineteen seventies. I have had continuous service with Terminix all that time. The problems are with pest control services and not termite service. I login to my account to see the date for my next service. The display will show "You have no appointments scheduled and will be notified several days in advance." I usually find out the evening before the next day when the technician will arrive. Sometimes I don't know it unless I see their truck in front of my house. The only way to contact the ****** Branch to let them know I will need to reschedule is through their national service. They tell me they will notify the ****** Branch who never contacts me. It is only if the technician contacts me that I can reschedule. I was out of town on one service and was charged in full although only half of the outside was treated. I keep the fences around the side and back yards.

      I had accounts for two different houses with Terminix. I canceled both when I sold both houses 4 months ago. I am still being charged for both after calling in once a month and being told it is canceled. This time when I called they said it is because they did not get all of the traps out of the yard.
