1 starThe worst company to service any residential home.Entered into a contract with Terminix to install termite ***** outside my home on October 23, ************************* full A service technician was supposed to come out on October 23, 2024 to reset turn. My ***** appointment was scheduled. No one ever showed up when call the company was told that the appointment had been rescheduled but no one bothered to tell the customer they rescheduled an appointment ask to speak to a manager or call me back management never called me back a second appointment was scheduled for today 11 724 between 9 AM An 11 AM again no one showed and when called was told that were still on schedule, but they havent been able to contact the technician. I was never contacted to explain why note there was a no-show.I also had a contract with the pest control department a year ago, but I canceled that because the technicians were not showing up as well on the pest control contract This is a very poorly run company and management never gets back to you.This is not a good look for this company And their practices towards customer service is unacceptableTerminix

1 starThe "inspector" was here 10/09/2024 he tried to get us to pay $8000 for trench & fence around mobile home to stop squirrels from getting into the water heater room which the clawed and chewed into and going the bathroom, smell came thru the wall. We foolishly signed a $1450 contract after being his pitch. 10/10 2 workers came out again. Trying to get $8000 we said no we are elderly in our 70s & on social security . They put some small pieces of cage on the ************ & said that should fix it. Within an hour they pushed out the screws and got. In again the smell. Called terminix and it took5 days to come back. 1 worker who barely looked then said they didn't getting back in like we were liars. Again with the $8000 & nothing else will work. My son bought steel wool at ********** filled every hole & cage hole. Squirrels haven't been back. Called on the 17th to cancel my contract & refund after the 1 day shoddy work paymentand wanted refund told them what happened was told I would get a call in 48 hours, no call. I called on the 24th, same answer, called the local office & rings to the call center. Told contract would be canceled & a refund I would get a call in 72 hrs. Contract canceled 11/1 No call received called and told district manager said there will be NO REFUND. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.Terminix

This is unacceptable! We paid for a contract for $1450.00 the squirrels got back in on the 10th right after they left, we called back and ***** came back 10/15 was here maybe 10 minutes saying they hadn't gotten back in when they had again telling us we needed to pay for a trench and fence around the house for $8000.00 otherwise there was NOTHING THEY COULD DO. They tried to get that out of us on the 10TH too. ***** didn't go in the water heater room on the 15th just basically called us liars by denying the truth that the squirrels were back. Then tried to get us to pay $8000.00. We are in our 70s and on social security and your company was trying to get more money. We had a contract for $1450 and were told that unless we paid $8000 there was nothing that could be done. We canceled the contract and want a REFUND. We realize that we would have to accept less than the $1450 because your company would want payment for the shoddy work that was done on the 10th but we expect a REFUND!E. M.cC

This is unacceptable! 10/10/24 ***** was here with his worker and put some cage pieces down. They said problem was fixed within an hour the squirrel squirrel was back pushining the screws out that barely held the small piece on the wall. Tried to get them back but given an appointment for 10/15/2024. ***** was here less than 15 minutes if that glanced in the water heater room and said no they didn't get in when they had. Told us that unless we paid $8000.00 for a trench & fence that there was nothing they could do. We paid for a $1450 CONTRACT to be told nothing can be done unless we pay $8000.00. A few hours after he left my SON bought steel wool and filled the holes on the cage pieces and where the had pushed back in. MY SON FIXED THE PROBLEM!. 10/17 we called to cancel the CONTRACT and get a REFUND. After many calls we were told our contract was canceled and we would get a refund. *** have the cancelation email confirming. We were told someone would call which never happened. We want a REFUND on the $1450.00. We are trying to avoid going to court but will if we have to.Review fromPatricia B

1 star*** *.After cancelling service with Terminix in Nov,2023, for interior and exterior work and paying $500.00 to do so, I received an e-mail on Oct 1, 2024, from them thanking me for my payment of $1000.23. While trying to contact Terminix to find out why they thought I owed them money for services never rendered. I contacted my bank, explained my problem and they issued a fraud alert. After several days I contacted the bank for the results of the alert. Was told they could do nothing and I would have to contact Terminix. On Oct 8, 2024, I received another e-mail thanking me for my payment of $90.93. I contacted Terminix and between Oct 2 and Nov. 1, I spoke with 5 customer svc. ***** a total of 7 times. From the git go, I was told the charges were in error and would be refunded. Was told the claim was being sent to their ******************* times. Have not heard a word from ******* of Nov.5,2024.Nov. ******, contacted Terminix customer svc again. Was told that the ********, TX branch manager received the the escalation teams report on Nov. 4th and should be contacting me in about 48 hours. Heard that little promise just one to many ******** advise to anyone thinking of using this companies services is DON'T. DON'T. DON'TTerminix

1 starIm not pleased at all with my experience with Terminix. I called Wednesday, October 30th and told them about the issues we were having & I was informed that they would be here Friday, November 1st between 8am-12pm. So around 10:30am I called just to see if they knew a more specific time so we were sure to be home, the person on the phone this time stated that he seen I have an appointment for Saturday, November 2nd between 8am and 3pm. He also stated that the technician would be calling me Friday night to be sure on a time for Saturday. I then stated that no one even called me and I had plans Saturday so thats why we chose Friday. So Saturday rolls around & no one still called me, no one showed up. So I called them and explained that I even called and left a voicemail with the Kansas City office and no one returned my call. She then told me so was going to email all the managers at the *********** branch and escalate it since no one called me and then since she escalated it that they had to call me that night. No one called. Someone finally showed up Monday and did a Quick Look at told me it would he $3800 and I had to pay $1400 down. I expressed my concerns and nothing happened. No apologies. Nothing. I will never recommend Terminix to anyone. This has been a disaster they dont care. They just want the money and dont care they stood me up for 3 days and show no empathy! I even offered to do $1000 down which would have destroyed my rent budget and then do larger payments. I was still met with no discussion and and an oh well attitude.Terminix

1 starA man came and assessed my bug infestation, which was minimal but really was stressing me out. He played on my fear, and I scheduled treatment at the time of $3500. I then reconsidered and used diatomaceous earth that worked great. I canceled the service and its been over a month and they have not refunded me the money. I get a run around every time I call. NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND PLAY ON YOUR FEAR. They use diatomaceous earth which is $30 per bag and you will not nearly use the whole bag whatever your issue is, but they charge you thousands. NOT HONEST. HAVE NOT GIVEN ME MY REFUND OF $3500.Terminix

1 starThis company is a ****! They charged me over 2K for exclusions services. They were supposed to close any entry points that mouses maybe coming through. However after 2 years we are still having the same issues. They sent techs that does not know what they are doing, they will enter your home with their dirty boots and they broke a vase on the way up. They do not care about the customers once they sign up for ********************. I had numerous no show appointments. We tried to speak with our local manager "****" but he refuses to call us or come over. I reported that we still have the same issues to their call center but nothing has been done. All of the sudden now, they cancelled our services without letting us know. SAVE your money and get someone that will get the job done!Terminix

1 starI found a few termites in my house so I called the local termite companies and they all wanted over $300 for an inspection. So I was enticed by Terminix offering a free inspection. The *** that came out was really nice and informative and told me that I had dry wood termites and that my house wouldn't need a heat treatment costing $4,700. I was shocked so I called the local Aardvark Termite Control and it turns out they were able to do a minimum inspection for $75 under the house which is where the Terminix *** said he found lots of termite wings. Well the local *** didn't find any of that and pretty much told me that I don't have termites. So beware of false inspections. Always get a second opinion when it comes to this company. I'm sure lots of people trusted them and went ahead with their recommendations.Terminix

1 starThis is the worst company I have ever worked with. I have been ghosted multiple times after taking time off of work to be home during the job. I have called them over 15 times, 5 times said a "manager would call me back", and nothing. I will try to dispute with my credit card but probably just need to cut my losses and move on. WASTE OF MONEY!Terminix

1 starThe worst company to work for they would not pay you. They will steal you pay they will steal your hard work. They will scam you. They will never answer your phone calls. They will never answer you need you call and call and call and then you get no answer, promises promises, and still Nothing Im suing this company I used to work for because they take my money and theyre not giving me my money company. Please stay away. Dont work for them or if you dont want to get paid for your hard work go ahead and work for them or you are lazy and you want just to go to people houses just take a picture and not go in and do the job. Thats the company you work for
