      There service was great however they never sent a bill or called to let me know what I owed and turned me into collections. I was less than impressed to say the least. I take paying my debts very seriously and for them to not even care to try to contact me before they turned my bill to collections made me relize that they don't care about the individual customers. They are a huge corporation or as they say on there voice mail " a family of brands" and no longer care about the individual customers that have been with them for a number of years. I will be hiring a local company from now on. When I asked them what they would do for me for turning me to collections with out sending me a bill or calling me they said there was nothing that they would do as I had paid my bill. Please use a small local business for your pest controll needs.

      Dont waste money on this business. Used their service and no improvement on pests. Started seeing additional bugs after they inspection

In reviewing the notes on your account, we see were quarterly services were provided as scheduled and extra services as requested. We do not see any unresolved pest issues reported up until service was canceled on 8/30. Terminix is a company built on values and providing exceptional customer experiences. Hopefully one day this consumer will feel differently about us.

      I have been with Terminix for 16 years. **** from the ************ is great. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and explains things clearly. I was very happy that he did my inspection because he made it so easy. Thank you, ****! Great job!

      Worst customer service ever, they sell the service by promising certain things but once its sold, it turns out to be lies and they dont follow through with what they said they would do.

      I called to ask what they were offered and was told on the phone they would spray to kill spiders from my home outside and remove the fleas from my house. Was told will take one treatment. Paid and they came out and did not work. Fleas and spiders everywhere. Came out again and said i dont know why he told you it kills spiders when it dont (would of never signed up for something that might work) they wound up coming out 4 times taking weeks and manager wouldnt speak to me at first he came out himself and saw it wasnt working. Said if it dont work again he will refund me, i have all texts from him and guy that came out. Now its been over a month and i have mot received my refund. Had to call 4 times already to see whats going on and was constantly told that the previous person never but it through. After MONTHS i have not received my refund of 300$ and fleas still in my home

      Wish I could give 0 stars. This morning around 7:55 am, one of your workers in a company Truck swerved into my husband's lane causing him to spin out and hit plastic barricades on Beltway 8 before the ***** exit. Not only did our vehicle get damaged but his hot coffee spilled all over him, luckily he didn't hit anyone or get seriously injured. I called to speak with management and 2 different agents refused, and lacked any empathy whatsoever. I'm working now on getting the surveillance video since it happened right in front of the toll cameras, and since the worker took off from the scene we will likely press charges!

      Terminix is just not a good company. My pet peeve is responsive customer service. They are difficult to reach because it takes a while to get a return call. But the biggest infraction is making an appointment and not showing up over and over!!!! Thats maddening.Wish we had read the reviews before hiring but they have done a great marketing job. They are top of mind with consumers and you just assume they are the gold standard in the industry. All deception!

      I been using termined and always paid. On last service I ask them to do inside house , just basement. They showed up and never came in house. Mouse traps were left empty and not refilled. Still had spider webs by entry doors! I called and they said it up to me to rear them down! Instead of sending tech out to my house to do service again, they said they would put that last service inylto collection! Iv called and no onechas autonomy to say we will make it right! Instead no it goes to collection ! I asked to speak to someone with authority and she said I do it all , accounts and contracts so nothing I can do but put it on your credit! **** artist ! Show up and charge you without doing right job!!

      I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday morning. I had a 2 hour window. I arrived 30 minutes early, waited a full 3 hours. No one contacted me. I finally called customer service #. They found my appointment, told me ******* was the guy assigned to my appointment. I asked if they could call and see where he was and how far out he was. They refused because they didn't want to risk him answering his phone while driving. But they gave me his #. So I called and texted. Never heard back from him. I drove an hour to meet him at my property, waited 3 hours, and drove an hour back. Wish I could charge them for my time. But I'll never use them again and would recommend no one use them.

      I wish I had read these reviews before I dished out $1650. My problem is similar to the shoddy work they did with squirrels in my roof. Technician used black foam and sheet metal to cover the two entries. Squirrels were back in the next day. Made another appointment which was from 12:00 pm-5:00 pm. Technician claimed he came at 9:14am-9:35am but no one told me my time had changed. I receive email around 1:27 pm for another appointment the next day between 8:00am-12:00pm. I did call Terminix to confirm my appointment due to the rain and was told that my 12:00pm-5:00pm appointment was still confirm. I took a half-day off work to be here for the appointment. Around 3:30 pm I get an "proof of service" with pictures claiming that the Technician had came out. THE PICTURES WERE NOT OF MY ROOF (wish I could attach pictures). There was not one ounce of sun on 11/18/2024 in *******, **. Terminix failed to abide by their agreement/contract and the Technician lied on the proof of service. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
