1 starTerminix of Gulfport ** is a shell company. They take your money, or bill you, for no services at all. When they "schedule" a service, they NEVER show up at THEIR OWN prescribed time, in fact, they show up at a different time and claim to have either done the service, or "oh well....." Over the past ***** years, Terminix of ******** has done little to nothing as far as $100 + per month worth of service - if they even showed up at all. They cannot follow instructions for scheduling the visit, they could care less of our timing or schedule. They are NOT customer friendly, and demand that their customers bow down to their schedule no matter the timing!Terminix

1 starGave this company a try- called to setup an appointment. We had to setup 3 different appointments and each time they were a no-show. Called customer service and they were always not sure why someone did not show up. Terminix is not reliable! They are unconcerned, unorganized and mismanaged. Dont waste your time- call another company to assist you.Terminix

1 starI tried unsuccessfully to schedule an initial appointment. They said they would reach out to me to reschedule, but never did. I called and couldn't get through to anyone (why have a phone number if no one answers?), and it was suggested on the phone to text. I did, and the person asked for my name, address, and phone number, which I did send. The next day, someone asks me the same thing. Groundhog Day. I did request a refund, but haven't heard back from them.Terminix

1 starThis company is completely a waste of time. I have unexplained charges on my account and no one has clear explanation as to what Im being charged for or no clear answers. Been told Someone will call me back and no one has ever called me back. Then I was told that if I was to cancel because Im dissatisfied with no one having clear explanation that I will be charged for the full year of service even though I have not had a full year service. Pure waste of time and money.Terminix

1 starTerminix is not reliable! They are unconcerned, unorganized and mismanaged. We have had both a Termite Contract and a Pest Control Contract since the early 2000s. Although we have continued to pay, they have not done their part to treatthey do come out once a year but does absolutely nothing. At one point, they would place sticks that they would come back to check but that stopped many years ago. Recently, a neighbor had an infestation and we saw a swarm in our driveway so we called them to come and check. They have repeatedly sent the Pest Technician who cannot verify or treat termites. Each time, we have had to wait at least another week for another wrong Technician. Corporate cannot be reached, Managers wont take calls, and, Technicians dont show up. Today, we had an appointment from 10:00 until noon and at 1:00 pm, still no Technician or call. They are not worth the hassle! Not recommended!Terminix

5 starsI had an outstanding experience with **** ***** from Terminix! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about pest control. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my property, explain the problem areas, and offer clear solutions tailored to my needs.What impressed me most was his attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions. He didnt rush through the service and made sure everything was done properly. Since his visit, Ive noticed a significant improvement pests are no longer a problem!**** represents Terminix with excellence and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. Highly recommend him if youre looking for someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right!Terminix

1 starTerminix has been very unprofessional and untrustworthy! We have had multiple fraudulent charges on our account *********** will not refund us the money. We try and speak with a manager but no one will contact us back from the local office. We moved to *********** & thought that the service here would be the same as in our previous locations but its not!Absolutely reprehensible behavior!Terminix

1 starI wam writing to formally express my frustration and concern regarding a mistake in the financing contract related to Terminix. We had services completed at my property in March, and since then the financing process has been a complete disaster. I currently have TWO active contracts for the same services with you loan management company (SMAC), and despite multiple attempts over the past two months to resolve this issue through phone calls and messages with your representatives, no one has taken ownership or offered a solution. I just received a letter saying we have late feeds being added for over $1000 in late payments, despite our account being charged repeatedly for the two account. The issue specifically involves: Not having the two accounts being closed immediately, and setting up an accurate contract that reflects what I signed. We were offered by our local sales **** to have a redrawn contract that would lower the monthly payment on our account, but since this process started there has been nothing but headaches and long stretches of time waiting for fixes that never come. Please direct this concern to the appropriate person. I have tried reaching out to multiple customer ******************** representatives with no solution being offered.Terminix
