      Stay away from this company. I had a contract with the White Rock branch, and they recently came (with no prior notice like I previously got) when someone was working on my driveway, spreading and compacting sand before sealing. My worker had the driveway blocked with 2 sand bags but this Terminix guy drove around the sand bags and onto the driveway, at a time when no water can be present - and of course, left water drops and that area had to be redone. He refused to park across the street just jumped out of his van and said hed be quick, with my worker flabbergasted. I was not home but I arrived home shortly afterward to hear about all this and to see a large oil or grease stain from where he parked, on my NEWLY cleaned driveway. I phoned the company and send a photo of the stain and I get a message 3 days later asking me why I want to terminate - after I talked to them three times in the office. She (the apparent manager) has yet to call me back - when I returned her call I was put on hold so hung up after about a minute. Terrible customer service - and I cant get over this guys laziness and lack of thoughtfulness - not sure which was worse. This could be one of the worst most ignorant experiences I have ever had, as far as service companies go.

      Mother in law paid over $4000 back in February to have insulation removed that had been damaged by mice and new insulation put in. They took the old out, collected full payment and have never returned. We have call numerous times, each time told either they were coming to do it or someone would call us back and every time has been a lie. They took her social security money and ran. Time to look into legal help.

      PLEASE READ!!! Terrible experience with our clients inspection from this location in ***********. The Technician ******* ********* did not specify whether there was an infestation or not and for 2.5 weeks we have been getting the run around with endless tickets with 8 agents for escalation but NO callbacks, NO Branch Manager callback from ****** ****** (called 50 times over the past 2 days - This is weird because what branch manager that's experience an escalation on an urgent matter not answer NOT ONE of our calls or text or the customer experience escalation team either) NO return text, NO email addressing our concern or just simply fixing the report we paid same day for.Very disappointing at the unprofessional outreach. As a broker we use Terminix in multiple states daily! We refuse to use them again after this terrible experience that has cost the bwr a delay on the closing of his home refinance and us money on extending the rate lock due to their error.We have requested a new inspection at no cost and tech told us the tech will cancel the appt once they see there has been one done recently and to do another escalation ticket. The continuous cycle of run around all due to no indication on if there is an infestation or not. The tech ******* texted my back after ignoring our calls and said to call his manager. NO ACCOUNTABILITY and still NO CORRECTION.

      The clients phone number is ************** (***** *****). We were delayed on the closing of his home when we eventually got a callback from ******. At that point the damage has already been done we already as a broker has to pay 2.5k for a lock extension and delay his closing of his home. If both the inspector and the branch manager were out on Vacation for 2.5 weeks there should be someone else to treat all of our escalation serious.

      They dont show, dont respond, dont treat frequently enough, and cost way too much for the service we received. Two months into guarantee and we were treating our home, you can cancel but if you sign a six month guarantee with a contract and want to cancel after third visit, (no show) you still owe them all of the money. Read the contract, its made so you cant stop payments, even if you receive no service.

There are no notes on your account indicating that you ever expressed a displeasure with our services throughout the duration of your contract; therefore, we are unsure of why this negative review was reported.       We had pests in our unfinished attic in the fall '23. Terminix presented us with a few options and we decided to go with the most expensive exclusion service that included attic cleanup, decontamination and restoration for $8,500+. To say the job was done poorly and looked like trash was an understatement, but we thought if it got the pests out that was all that mattered - it was just an attic.Except that their work didn't keep the pests out. We had a 1yr warranty and called a few months in to say the pests were back. Eventually someone came out, looked around and said they would send another team out to investigate the problem, but they never did. There was clear evidence - bird poop! I don't know if they didn't believe us or didn't care. Was it my job to call incessantly until they showed up with a new team?Now it is ~6 months post-warranty and I go up to put something into storage and see a bird flying across the attic. I called Terminix to ask if they would do anything since they didn't show during the warranty period and they said "we are now outside that window."I am disgusted at the waste of money I put into this ***********'s also worth noting that during the initial estimate, they suggested a financing offer and I said "let's see which options we qualify for" and then I'll decide if I want to open an account because I wasn't going to bother unless it was a particularly great offer. Instead of just doing a soft hit for my credit, they went ahead and opened the account and billed it - I found out when it came in the mail. It was disgusting and predatory, done on an iPad where I couldn't read the terms and the salesperson was clicking through for me. It also couldn't be reversed, so I just paid the balance in full that month to avoid fees and penalties and moved on with my life. But hey, the salesperson got his little kickback so I'm sure he was thrilled. GROSS. Would never do business with them again.

      I think it's even more disappointing to hear this is the first time you're hearing about our displeasure with service. We called mid warranty and were ignored, and I called a few weeks ago to speak to a customer service *** who said they would make a note of this in our account. Obviously, that didn't happen. I think that's more evidence that communication is clearly lacking at Terminix, and probably why our warranty was ignored.

      Received a contract from them and it was not what I discussed with the representative. Had trouble contacting 24 hr customer service. I will cancel contract ****. Since they couldn't do it today. Don't do business with them.

      Absolutely AWFUL! I have the most expensive plans to protect my home in place and called them 1 week ago to let them know I have active terminates flying around the inside of my house coming from the bathroom and can't get anyone to come out and treat them, nor can they give me any idea when I can get on the schedule!!

      Every employee was horrible that I had to deal with. They kept hanging up on me and giving me the runaround. They charged me for multiple months that I did not receive service. They informed us we were able to pause our service and then told a different story. The following phone call we were told we would not receive another service fee now they were trying to charge another service fee and basically told us there was nothing that they could do even with all the previous issues they kept hanging up on me and no one responded, finally a supervisor inform me that there was nothing he could do its terrible how all they want is to up charge everything and when you call to question it, no one answers you back.
