      Inexcusable Service from Local Terminix Office – Beware
      I normally give companies every opportunity to make things right, but after countless broken promises and utter disregard for customer service, I have to speak up. My experience with my local Terminix office has been beyond disappointing—it’s been outright infuriating.
      For weeks now, I’ve been given the absolute runaround. Scheduled appointments? Repeatedly missed. No-shows without the courtesy of a call or even a basic explanation. It’s not just a one-off error—it’s a clear pattern of negligence and total lack of accountability.
      Even worse is the complete radio silence from management. I’ve made multiple attempts to reach someone who could take ownership or at least offer some form of apology. Instead? My voicemails and calls go unanswered, time after time. The lack of professionalism is staggering.
      This is not just about a scheduling issue—it’s about a company that clearly doesn’t value its customers. If you’re considering Terminix for any service, think twice. There are far too many other providers out there who understand that time, trust, and communication still matter. I wouldn’t recommend this company for anything, under any circumstance.

      Dont use them for pest service. Their technicians are lazy. Dont want to do their job. They sales persons says one thing but when the actual technician comes he doesnt want to do things. When you try to cancel the contract they want me to pay for the whole year. Wanted to hold on to the agreement for the money but not for the services they agreed to provide. Please dont use them.

      I couldn't leave less than 1 star. I had them come to remove an animal from my attic - it wasn't very loud/active; I maybe heard it 3 times over the prior month but that was enough for me to at least get an inspection in mid-May. They found minimal evidence, but there was one instance of rat droppings. So the exclusion expert came on May 21 to seal holes to the exterior, set up traps and whatever, then set up an appointment for June 2 to remove any dead animals and make sure no new holes. They skipped the June 2 appointment without any warning or notice. I called around 20 times (every day) for the next 3 weeks. Meanwhile, we start getting flies in the house (obviously from a decaying rat in the attic) and start hearing more and more rats (now it's at least every other day and in multiple places in the attic). Guy finally texts me the night of June 22 saying he'll come the next morning. There are all new holes in the attic and one dead rat. Now I can hear rats all over the attic and the guy tells me my insulation and air ducts are becoming compromised. So because of the 3-week delay, I went from one rat making almost no noise to having a full infestation. I have requested to speak to someone at the management level at least a dozen times with no response. Clearly, someone will need to pay for the damages that these rats have done due to that 3 week delay. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CRIMINALS

      We had service with Terminix and nothing was ever resolved with our pest problem, so I canceled the service and they still kept charging me, I called them and they said we will cancel and they still kept charging me every month, now they say they are taking me to collections and there is nothing I can do about it.

      This company is a complete scam. They did not get rid of pest issues. And they charged me 20, 000 for nothing. Please don't use this company.

      I paid Terminix $1700 for pest removal (squirrels and bats) from my attic. After completing the initial service, they never returned for the follow up service. They no-showed to multiple scheduled appointments, were not reachable by phone and customer service was unable to escalate the complaint to anyone at management level. I was repeatedly told "someone in the local branch office will get back to you to reschedule" : they never did. As far as I am concerned, they did not fulfill their contract and took my money with horrible customer service. Would NEVER recommend ********************** to anyone else.

      Terrible company. They have no manager to talk to and their billing department is not accurate and try to collect extra money and threatened you to send it to collection agency. Called them 5 times and no resolution. Willing to send them proof of payment and they reject it.ABSOLUTLY BAD Company

      Do not use this company for termite tenting. Completely botched the job and the subcontracted company they used to do the tenting broke my soffit, my fence, and garage door.They told me tent would go on Thursday morning and would be taken off Saturday morning to air out. We checked our camera and the tent wasn't on Thursday afternoon, they told me bigger projects take priority. Thursday night they want to tell me they had an equipment malfunction, so tent was going to go on Friday. Well the tent doesn't go on until Friday at 4:00 p.m. but then oddly they show up Saturday morning promptly first thing and take it back off so when I was supposed to get tented for over 24 hours now I've only had my house tented for 16 hours.Then they want to start walking everything back "oh you only need 13 hours" even though the Vikane spec sheets say 18 hours minimum. They did not seem to care that they breach their contract they had nothing they were going to do as far as customer service and hand-waved everything. this would be *** the saleman and his manager also *** with terminix.Completely indifferent to the botched job and they we're happy to point out the waivers that were signed for all the damage to my property, instead of at least pretending like they care and trying to make it right.Go somewhere else!

      This company hires and Con artists who will charge you for services that they dont perform. When they are caught they offer apologies and refunds and then charge you anywaystay away from terminix.

      Communication lacking. No one local - sent to agents in *************** original contract dates for follow-up service, dates canceled & rescheduled for non-contract dates which are dates/times unavailable for person who needs to be there.Paid up front & BIG mistake. They have their money. Who cares about providing service!So very, very disappointed in the lack of communication, lack of *************** disregard of original contract.
