1 starTerrible company. DO NOT USE THEM! called for a bed bug treatment with a 6 month warranty where they will retreat every 21 days if you continue to see them. They didnt do nearly everything they said they would and I scheduled for them to come do another treatment and took the day off of work. They never showed. Rescheduled me a few days later and never showed again. I am disputing my charges now. Save yourself some grief and use anyone else.Review fromQua M

1 starI honestly dont even know where to start right now because my terminix experience has been nothing short of a HOT MESS. Right now it is exactly 5 oclock in the morning over a week after I called Terminix to have someone come out and Ive gotten no call no technician nothing and this is after I called three weeks ago. Someone was supposed to come and just never showed up and then when I called because of that someone finally did come and they sent the wrong guy. They sent an inspector instead of a technician when I had already paid for the service. I called over a month ago because there are rodents in my walls the original tech that was supposed to do take care of the rodent in the walls was supposed to come on a Saturday in which I waited over two hours for him and then he never showed. Then, I called and said hey your guy never came so they scheduled me for another Saturday in which the Friday before that Saturday the tech texted me and said hey, they scheduled you for the wrong day Im not able to come tomorrow. I was like hey, I really need to **** and he agreed to come that Sunday when he finally came which at this point, Ive been waiting over three weeks for the service which means the rodents have been chewing up the inside of my walls for over three weeks, when he finally showed up, it was an inspector not a technician. I called and asked to speak to a manager to let them know of everything thats been going on because its been over a month at this point and I still hear the rodents in my wall as I explained earlier it is now 5 oclock in the morning and Ive been woken up because of them this entire month, I barely got any sleep and when I spoke to the most recent guy on the phone I asked to speak to a manager he said it would be about a week until I would get a call back. Its been over a week and still no call. At this point Im beyond frustrated and would not ever reccomend this company to friends or familyTerminix

This company has caused me so much stress and anger I will literally make it my mission to make sure NO ONE I KNOW uses them. Social media is a huge too, so I will be using that as well to talk about THE CRAPPY! Service this company provides and how they exploit you to get your money and then do not adequately do their job!Review fromJune T

1 starWorst service ever! They claim they came when I wasnt home, and did an outside treatment. No notice, they assumed they could just randomly stop by. Sent an email charging me for inside and outside service, even though they did not do inside treatment. Talked to rep and told her I had not budgeted for an unexpected appointment. She said she understood and canceled the auto payment (probably a lie they teach them in training). I called my bank and did a stop payment. Apparently, Terminix used a secondary auto pay after the stop payment and their agreement and took the $137 out of my banking account anyway. I am disputing the unauthorized charge, canceling my contract and getting an attorney, if needed. Its not even about the cost to clear this, its about getting Terminix to change their scandalous ways or find something else that they are actually good at ethically.Terminix

1 starSpend **** on bed bug treatment all they did was spray a little bug spray around my molding 3 months later I still have bed bugs and I could of just bought the same spray and did it myself for way cheaper I had to steam my own furniture they didnt do anything I threw **** down the drain for some bug sprayTerminix

1 starIn August of 2022, I asked Terminatix to examine a potential termite issue. First, they suggested we may need to tint the entire house ($5K+ - ouch!) which seems pretty excessive considering the few visible indications of a problem. After investigation, they told me they could perform a less invasive remedy. They spend an hour or so addressing it and charged me nearly $1,000.However, they also suggested I have a rat infestation problem in the attic. They proposed a solution to seal the entrance/exits to the attic and to set traps to catch the rats as there would be no access to the outside. They would then check the traps after 10 days. Thereafter they would return to check the traps until the rats were eliminated. Finally, they would clean up the nests. I heard no rats in the attic but they insisted and convinced me to contract for their removal.They did not return to check the traps as promised until after I made a number of calls asking for them to complete the service promised. When they finally came, there were no rats caught and now, 3 months later, there are still no rats caught.I am convinced they lied about the problem in the first place and cheated me out of an additional $1,000, i.e., in addition to the $1,000 termite fee. I've written and called them to no avail.Can anyone recommend what can be done to rectify their deception?Terminix

1 starTerrible experience! We paid over $1600 to treat a bed bug problem. We had a 6 month contract that said they would come out as often as needed for 6 months. They came out twice and did a good job. Then it went terrible from then on. 4 no call no shows in a row! Trying to get in contact with someone to reschedule the problem was like jumping through hoops blindly. Nobody calls back. **************** couldn't get in contact with anyone and even gave me the number for the manager of our area for me to continue trying to contact him! I didn't think it was unreasonable to ask for a refund of the remaining balance at this point, I wasn't asking for a full refund only partial refund. I was denied the refund. I was told that they can't issue a refund only to come out and perform the services needed. I can't trust them to show up or even trust them to be in my house unsupervised anymore because we have to leave the house for 4 hours because of the chemicals being used. Very sorry I trusted this company with my money.Terminix

1 starTerminix service I received was a complete rip off. After being billed $3000, Im still have mice issues. At this moment I smell a dead rodent that has died inside my wall: The technician was in my home for less then 10 minutes. I treat my own home longer than that. I made a very poor decision choosing this company.Terminix

1 starThey canceled an appointment last minute on a home purchase inspection causing delays that made closing the escrow on time difficult. And they did this after reassuring me they routinely do this kind of inspection when I made the appointment.Terminix

1 starHorrible. The worst branch and service managers ever. Tried getting out of my loan because several visits went unattended to. They wouldn't help me and refused to talk to me saying I owed money from past visits which was not the case.Terminix

1 starSo I obtained services in June of this year and I signed up for quarterly services. I asked upon signing up about automatic payments and I made it clear that I didn't want automatic payments. The rep said my account would not be automatic drafted but told me that I can pay at the end of each quarter and I also can cancel the services at anytime. My services was to treat fleas. The first visit was ok. When the technician came for the second visit he was not prepared for flea treatment he only had equipment for regular treatment. When it was time for another treatment that technician had the same issue apparently whomever, was responsible for making the appointments were not putting in the correct information. Fast forward on yesterday I noticed they took a unauthorized payment out of my account. I haven't heard anything from anyone since August. I was on vacation came back noticed they took a payment out of my account so I proceeded to check my emails there was email on the 3rd stating they were processing my account for a payment. On the 5th there was a text message stating that there was an issue with my account. I proceeded to sign up for online services and I noticed that someone had been to my home in September I had no recollection of this until yesterday. They never communicated properly. Long story short when I contacted the company the rep told me that there was no automatic payments setup so she wasn't sure why the payment was taken out but she did see someone at the local branch authorized it. I explained I never authorized it and that no one had any rights to take it upon themselves to authorize a payment without my consent because that is considered fraud. They should not be allowed to do this to anyone Actually they shouldn't be in business being this deceptive to customers.Terminix
