      This company has made three unauthorized transactions from my bank account.causing over draft fees,I had never signed up for auto pay but each time I called they said it was removed and I talk to someone else they still had me on auto pay. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford bank over draft fees. The last person I talked to was really rude I've been with company over 25 years and I'm truly dissatisfied

      Horrible experience with Terminix in ********. Lies from the very beginning... Scope of work barely completed - Multiple call backs to ensure they would do ONLY THE **** MINIMUM - Needed to babysit and constantly ask for things to be done properly... The financing is HORRENDOUS even for someone with excellent credit - 18% interest if ENTIRE BALENCE ISNT PAID IN FULL IN FIRST 90 days ...... SALES PERSON LIED AND STATED LOAN IS AT 0% FOR 18 total MONTHS.... Sales manager only backed up his lie with MORE incorrect info - Financing company says only terminix can fix, terminix states financing company sets terms -Sales person and manager clueless but happy to remind me "I was the one who signed" - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

      The sales team were great and engaging. Which is their job. To reel you in, over promise and under deliver. By two, separate agents, I was told that my services could be canceled at any time if I was not satisfied with the service. What they didn't mention is that early cancelation (within the year) came with a penalty. After contacting customer service several times (since August, 2022) and being told that my issue was being escalated to upper management with the promise of a call back (which never came), Terminix continued to auto-withdraw payments from my account. In addition, since my contacting them for resolution, they had NOT sent out an agent for the routine services that they were charging me for. After months of back and forth and failed follow up, I advised them that I'd be contacting the BBB to try and get this resolved and have my money returned for services not provided. They flagged my account and none of their customer service reps are able to process my complaints or provide information about my services. I contacted them on 1/3/22 and was reiterated that they couldn't help me. I asked about why an agent hadn't been out and for a refund on what I was being charged since they can't assist me due to my threat to contact the BBB and all of a sudden, I received a text on 1/5/22 stating that an agent would be out to my home on 1/6/22. It's rather unfortunate that once you reach out to them for clarification on the small print vs what you're being sold by their field salespeople, they become irresponsive an extremely unprofessional. They are not capable of amicably resolving customer service issues once they've gotten your money and you have no way of stopping payment on their services. Sad that now we have to engage the BBB to get simple business matters resolved.

      On December 28, 2022 a technician did an outdoor inspection while my husband and I were out for about 2 hours. We did not know an inspection was to be done that day. We did not know a technician had even been here till we saw the email with his findings. We looked outside and could not find any evidence that he had been here. Some snow was melting that morning, but **** was still present against the foundation. We found *************. There were ************* where the tech would have to have accessed the backyard. **** had not melted by the gate to the backyard. We called Terminix and they agreed to send another technician on December 30. We were home for this inspection. **** was gone by then, but in watching what this technician did, we determined the first technician would have to have left footprints if a proper inspection had been done. I don't want any other customers to not get the service they are paying for.

      This Company was paid over a Thousand Dollars to get a rat and mouse problem under control and do not come back and check the Traps . They want the Customer to call this ********************** has failed to meet their contract agreement therefore Id like to file a complaint .

      We took Terminix up on their special 3 month special. This was in October 2021. The promo ended in December 2021. We decided not to keep the service and canceled over the phone. In January 2022, Terminix took a payment from our bank account even though we had canceled. We reminded them we have canceled the service and not to make any more charges. They did refund the money. In April of 2022 they charged our account once again. This time it cost us an overdraft fee of thirty-five dollars. We called again to complain. They looked the account up and agreed the service had been canceled. They refunded the money but not the overdraft fee. In July 2022, they charge our bank account ( each of these charges were for $95) for the third time. Once again we firmly told them we do not want their service and to stop charging us. We were completely wrong to think conversation should take care of the problem. In September 2022, they took a payment out of our bank account. For the fourth time we called to get the payment refunded to our account. We warned them we would take legal action if they took money out of our bank account from this point on. I just got a paper bill from them charging us for servicing our yard in December. I am completely baffled that a big company like Terminix would have a billing department that couldn't fix this problem or maybe they just don't care. I called today to have this removed and to make sure the proper procedure was done to cancel my account. We will see.

      Thieves. Once they get your credit card, God help you. You wouldn't have enough time to call your bank and cancel the credit cards in their data base. The field personnel is great but the main offices are thieves who cannot understand the meaning of good customer service. If you talk to someone in billing, it's like talking to a Martian. Please stay away from these thieves, for peace of mind. Go elsewhere.

      I was with this company for 3 years and my pest problem only got worse. They took advantage of a single woman who lives alone. They sold me things I did not need but convinced me other wise. Since my problem got worse I had to call another company who informed me the work I had done was all installed wrong and upside down. Be aware and careful when dealing with terminix or any of their employees. I hope this review helps others because this would have saved me lots and lots of money

      After 50+ years of service in southern **, they started sending people that were rude, contentious, and unhelpful regarding inquiries about pests. They stopped spraying around the foundation, and stopped checking bait boxes and sticky pads. When we called for a resolution they were aloof, dismissive, indifferent, and even seemed happy that we were under serviced to the point of cancellation. If 'no stars' was an option, I would choose that. I recommend staying as far away from Terminix as possible.

      This has been a HORRIBLE experience. I have been enrolled in and paying for services since September. When someone first came out, they said theyd be back every week for the first 4 weeks to control the issue but & then they would start coming every few month. On that day, all he did was set up traps & then did something that he said would keep them from multiplying but wouldnt get rid of them yet. He came back & sprayed and set out new traps and said hed be back in a week. The next time someone came back 2 1/2 weeks later & did the same thing AGAIN, but said he would be back in a week to do more. Multiple appointments were scheduled after this, but no one came next for over a month. He said that he would send out someone to dust the house, pull out all of our appliances & the panels. We were told we would have someone come in a week to do this & that we would have to have all our animals and ourselves out of the house for about 8 hours. So we made plans to do so & no one ever showed up. After this, I called to complain & was credited $50 to my account so I pretty much didnt have to pay for the month of December, where nothing was ever done anyway. They also scheduled an appointment for a week later. No one ever showed up. I looked on my account and they had scheduled a new appointment for another week. No one ever showed up. They scheduled a new appointment for a few days later (without asking if it works for me, even tho I have to make sure someone is home), so I called AGAIN & they told me they didnt have anything on their schedule but that someone would call me by Friday, to schedule my next appointment & that a manager would also be contacting me by this date to discuss all of the issues Ive been having. It is ********** have yet to be contacted. The pest issue is completely out of hand at this point & way worse than it was when I first ordered services. I could have done more by myself than theyve done with the $40/month service Im paying for.
