      Had a 6 month contract. Was guaranteed eradication of bed bugs by the 3rd treatment. We had 9 sessions and we still have them. They say they are "meticulous" but they actually are worthless. Paid $2,574.00 and we are not getting a dime of our money reimbursed. It's cheaper to buy the chemicals and do it yourself. Terminix preys on people who are desperate to resolve their pest issues and take advantage of it. Most appointments they arrived later than the appointment was scheduled. Sometimes the technician would act put out that they had to do their job. All they did was spray chemicals and steamed one time out of 9 sessions. No heat treatment as promised. No inspection of sockets and interiors of walls as promised. Ended up finding bed bugs in a room they swore was clear of pests. Being on a fixed income, I do not have the funds to keep feeding this greedy company the money they do not deserve. Do not contact terminix for help, particularly the ********** ** branch.

      They have the worst service. I have had them 2 years and I am still having a problem with mice in my house. I have been paying and they do nothing about it but add bait blocks that fall and leave mouse p*** everywhere. When I call its a 50/50 chhace that they will show up. I have had them blatently lie to us saying they have called or we haven't been added to the schedule or lie about something else. I called todY and they scheduled a home inspection for thr 3rd time which idk if they will show up. They will not be able to do anything about the mice until they come and design a plan. They could not hey me on the schedule. I have taken pictured and talked to them numerous times and I have a 10 month old son who cannot go in half our house as the traps fall and p*** is everywhere. They do not care and I still have no resolution after 2 years.

      The *********** branch is dishonest. I moved and asked to cancel service and when doing so they asked if i would consider just putting the account on hold and they would have someone call me after i got settled to see if i wanted service at my new address. I never heard from anyone at Terminix so i hired a different pest control company. No one said anything about my account automatically being reinstated on the next cycle for treatment. Bear in mind, I had never had a tech at my new home and there was no agreement in place for that home. I received a text in the evening on January 16th that a tech would be out to treat my home the next day, i replied to that text that I canceled the account and did not want service, they showed up anyway and treated my home and charged my credit card without authorization. When I called they told me my account was just on hold and resumed automatically. The cost of the service was more than my previous service and not agreed upon, but they would not work with me and told me they would cancel my service but still charge for the application which i did not ask for. Dishonest and unfair to say the least. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone especially since there are so many other services that are better and more honest.

      ******* S I have been a customer with ********************** for over 30 years. I purchased the vapor barrier in 2016. and Terminix has tried to sell me the same thing for the same reasons (vermin droppings, possum and rats in my crawl space. I signed another I DID NOT RECEIVE THE CONTRACT IN THE MAIL UNTIL DECEMBER 12, 2022, WHICH WOULD BE WITH THREE BUSINESS DAYS OF THE DATE RECEIVED. I AM CANCELLING THIS CONTRACT BECAUSE I WAS FRAUDUANTLY MISLEAD IN PURCHASING THE CONTENTS OF THE CONTRACT. I HAVE PURCHASED THIS MATERIAL ON DECEMBER 9, 2016, AND FINANCED BY SMAC, AND IT CARRIES A LIFE TIME WARRANTY FOR WHAT IS LISTED ON THE CONTRACT. TERMINIX IS WRONG TO HAVE SOMEONE PURCHASE THE SAME PRODUCT WHICH IS UNDER WARRANTY TIME AND TIME AGAIN. I ALSO INTERED INTO A CONTRACT ON OCTOBER 21, 2019, FOR THE EXACT THING WITH TERMINIX AND HAD TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT ALSO. I DO NOT KNOW YOUR PRINCIPLES IN WORKING WITH A COMPANY WHO TAKES ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY DISABLED PEOPLE. I WILL NOTIFY MY CREDIT UNION TO STOP PAYMENTS. If the contract is not cancelled I want all work done that was promised: Not to be charged for the vapor barrier which is to be installed because Terminix installed it in 2016 under warranty. Reattach the insulation under the floors in the crawl spaces. Do work in the attic that you stated need doing to the insulation because rats have been there nesting. Put in the additional rat traps in the crawl space. I had another pest control service come out and take pictures of the mess that has taken place in my crawl space. I keep getting notices from some jerk who was to do the vapor barrier that the work is complete. After reading some of these reviews I see a lot of people are getting the same response. Work completed when it is not done at all. Very disappointed with Terminix.

      Ive had service with Terminix for many years. They installed installation in my attic and also, did dry wood termite treatment. I was told that I got approved to be financed for the service, but started receiving bills to pay the amount in full. I kept reaching out to the local branch only to be told that a supervisor would contact me and for the past few months, I called and called not once a supervisor returned my call. My bill was sent to collections. Long story short, I would not recommend Terminix to anyone. I had to set up a payment plan with collections in order to save my 800 plus credit score. I could have easily set up a payment plan to take care of my bill with Terminix. I was told that something went wrong with the sale representative IPAD when she submitted the paperwork. Had Terminix communicated with me this issues could have been resolved.

      I bought a home I was told during the expectation to have an exterminator come out. Terminix they are scammers now I am in the hole about $7,000 with Terminix and if I did something of that nature or anyone else reading this would probably be looking at jail time because of the money involved. And because this was financed and Terminix has already been paid through the finance company they can care less about my phone calls or any other concerns I may have. There was a gentleman named **** he was operations manager there was the store manager or whoever was above him name ***** everyone stopped returning my calls my issues or concerns were not their issues or concerns and I'm very glad I never had the opportunity to come face to face with these people I mentioned because I can't say what I would have done. Sad that this is the world we live in today

      HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Recently saw some bugs so to prevent them for going out of control i contact terminix. THIS IS MY FIRST MISTAKE in trusting this company I was told this can be a one time and all bugs will be gone cost me 280. First exterminator that came out spray and told me I will see some changes in a few days. Two weeks has past and I see no bugs died and the situation gotten worse so I called again another exterminator came told me he didn't put the right items to kill the bugs and not only that I got scam out of the 280 because this was not a one time thing wtf do you train your employees the right way. I had to called orkin to do the job at least they are better than these crooks save yourself and find a different company.

      Very disrespect type they contact me with a 30 dollars refund when you stole 270 from me these guys are crocks. Ps I didn't even get the 30 dollars either so they lied to do minimum damage don't trust this group at all.

      Very dissatisfied. They refuse to come any more than every 3 weeks. I told them repeatedly that I work full time and I have an elderly mother living with me so stop just assigning dates and times to come, tell me so I can take off or schedule it for a day that I can keep my mother out of the house. They would call me the day before and tell me they were coming. Then wouldn't get back with me when I would tell them that I couldn't do it on that day. Then when I told them their treatments weren't working, they didn't do anything different.

      Had one service with Terminix and wasn't happy with my experience as it made zero impact with my issue. I reached out to my sales rep to cancel my service. Sales rep didn't put through the cancelation request so they came back out in October without letting me know and now are attempting to collect $200 from me for a service that I didn't want and had previously cancelled. I have tried numerous times to speak with them about the issue but I can't get through to anyone who is willing to take accountability that this was an issue on their end. Absolutely zero professionalism with this place.

      I have been a Terminix customer for ******************************************* May and November, respectively. Today, January 10, I received a letter demanding payment by January 27, 2023 for a contract that expires on 5/31/2023. This is unprofessional and uncalled for.It's time to find another provider..
