      They over work their factory workers and dont allow them to have their phone. Had to find out about a emergency after I clocked out. Really inconsiderate.

      I wish I could give it negative or zero stars! They never deliver my package. I was at home waiting for the package to be delivered. No doorbells, no phone calls, just a pick-up notice. The same thing happened more than three times. No wonder why people all say FedEx is the worst!

      Expensive and unreliable. I t was a mistake tying them again. No better serve after two years. Cant justify the money I spent. *** is best!

      The fact the offered 2 day shipping for a gift I needed for Christmas. Come delivery day no email or nothin so I contact them and they inform me they haven't even picked it up from the store yet and they will on Monday. Says they are backed up for Christmas. Okay that's fine but why did I not receive a email or anything saying that. I had to contact them to find this out. It they sure we're happy to take my money for express shipping. I am gonna expect refund on that or I will keep leaving bad reviews. Thanks. And what a joke FedEx is. They could of easily sent out a message to their paying customers saying something so I'm not left without anything like I am not.

      They are often late. Deliveries commonly are pushed put to a later time or a time is not provided.

      Horrible delivery experiences...I was supposed to have a package delivered to Townw East Mall in *******,** on Thursday 22nd dec. When i placed it on the 16th dec. Now im not gonna get it until the 27th supposedly.. Very very very poor service..it was 1 very small item...get your tracking update correct also ... it says on truck for delivery but not gonna be delivered until 27th..hmmm something sounds screwed up.. Freakin horrible????..You're not worth rating, thats how bad it is.. of course you can never talk to a live person because they know the delivery service is worse than ive ever saw. You're rating is an FFFFFFF

      FedEx is a s*** Company if I could give 0 starts i would Had so many times where site/app says package cannot be delivered because no one was home or what other reason I have sat there watching these drivers drive right by my house and not even ring a doorbell that is in plain view of the street Customer services is a joke they refuses to transfer to any kind of management what so ever I had one person state I cant because your not a preferred customer that's BS talking to the entry level person does nothing when you need to get something done they do not have the power to do much of anything A lot of the drivers are lazy if they do not feel like getting out of the truck to deliver they wont they just will mark it as undeliverable they offer cheap prices because they are a cheap company and will not do their job right they don't even follow instructions that are written on someone's account or package It is sad because they used to be a decent company and used to do their job right but that was 15 to 20 some odd years ago maybe even longer FedEx get your act together it's such a shame

      FedEx just can't seem to get things right. We aren't talking about an occasional error with a package, but repeated issues and no accountability. For having an entire business around getting packages from point A to point B, they don't seem capable of knowing where anything is at any given time. Customer service is the most pointless job I have seen someone being paid for. All they are capable of is telling you the same status you can see for yourself. They do absolutely nothing to resolve a problem and I have gotten the same response over the years everytime I have called in...."we dont know where your package is or why it hasnt been delivered" and "just wait a few days to see if it shows up". Other delivery companies are far superior when it comes to tracking *** timely delivery. FedEx just needs to bow out if they have lost the desire to even try anymore

      First ask for package to be delivered to ********** Since that never happened before I was leaving for vacation, I put package on vacation hold. They delivered anyway. The app and emails said my adjustments were made. Sure enough, watched them dropped my package at my front door via the ring. Claimed I signed for it, was out of town. Left expensive wine at front door in -31 degree weather.

      FedEx the worst delivered my package to wrong address wich happens to be 3 houses up from mine,they wouldnt help in getting package back,only wanted to track it,we know where it's at why track it and that's all they would do! Totally worthless delivery! And rude representatives! 0 stars!
