      I don't know why ******* sends packages with fedex this company does not guarantee the delivery of the packages for this reason amazon took them out of the service it is c***

      I like how ********************* brought up how they lied about attempting to deliver his package when they didn't, and they're still doing it as I'm writing this message. But I'm not a TV personality, so they basically told me to shove it. It's disgusting behavior, and this is what corrupt capitalism is.

      We have had two packages from ***** Steak delivered late -- both packages were completely unfrozen the needed to be discarded. ***** Steak is trying a 3rd time to get a package to me. With the 1st two deliveries I was told I would be updated by a real person which happened once just to tell me it was delayed and that I would be getting timely updates -- I did get updates but not timely and just from their automated system -- the phone support person didn't say anything different and could not answer any of my questions.

      Will never use FedEx personally nor will we purchase from any merchant shipping via FedEx. According to their tracking site package has been out for delivery from ***** to ****** since December 13. As of today it still shows as 'pending' with 'no scheduled delivery date available at this time'. Calling their customer service number is useless and they hung up on me the third time saying they had no additional information! Don't imagine I will ever see the small item I ordered, but feel they should be the subject of an investigation into their failure to fulfill their deliveries. They do not even warrant one star!

      How is it even possible that FedEx is a+ rated when it has a 1 star average over ***** reviews. I've been fighting with this piece of s hit company for 3 years. Ever since I moved to my new house they have been losing or misdelivering packages left and right, and dont seem to care at all about making things right.

      They cannot ********** or mailbox address in plain sight. Packages continuously getting delivered to my neighbors and theyre kindly walking them to me. The fed ex driver has to turn around in my driveway! We live on dead end street with 6 houses! Ridiculous

      I offered a gift for my father for Christmas. It's a kitchen island that needs to be assembled. It's a week late and it can't get a person at the facility on the phone. On New Years Eve they claimed to have made a delivery attempt and put that the business was closed?! I live in an apartment on a main street and I was home ALL DAY. No one came to my home, no one rang the bell, no one knocked, no one called. I complained and got zero answers. They don't know when it will be delivered, don't know when a manager will call me back. I got an email it's supposed to be delivered today. I'm waiting by the door all **** day. Liars!!!!!!!

      I have been calling for 3 months now and no one can help with my fedex delivery manager sign up that says I may already be signed up and the keep escalating it to never even get a call back. How do companies keep using delivery services that aren't customer biased? Would love for them to actually reach out and help.

      My package has been sitting at one of FedEx facilities one town over from me for days and instead of delivering it tracking says its going to sit there longer. Delivering it early would make everyone happy except FedEx, obviously or the would have delivered it instead of letting it sit in their facility for days.Extremely unprofessional!Horrible customer service! Bad start to a new year!I wish I could give less than one star.....

      On Christmas Eve, my order from ***'s who chooses to use Fedex for delivery was dropped off in the grass by my mailbox. Fedex, if you chose to engage further with this review, I have the delivery number for you. The photo the delivery driver chose to use of course will not show that. They conveniently chose to take an up close photo of the package. I had seen posts in our community page that this type of delivery had been happening all season long. I was blessed to know that when Fedex delivered up until Christmas Eve, they had driven on the driveway only-yes we can go into further discussions of past Fedex nightmare deliveries from our personal experiences another time- and had delivered to the door. I guess what the drivers either don't understand or care to understand are the number of security cameras these days-again put in place after numerous delivery night ***** from this company. So, if you Fedex, chose to put a driver in place that can't walk a package up a long driveway, just tell me rather than dropping in the grass right next to the mailbox and road. Disappointed....
