      Why is FedEx allowed to send texts notifying you that delivery is coming that day when its not even on the truck? They do this for days and the delivery never comes! This is fraud and quite frankly out and out lying! Their customer service is completely useless. Unfortunately there doesnt seem to be anything that can be done because no one has any power over corporations like this. Consumers are simply screwed.

      Anytime I see that my item is being shipped through FedEx I get worried. Often times my packages will show up, but they're late and battered up. Recently we ordered an expensive item that was delivered to the wrong address, FedEx claimed that the package was delivered around 10:10AM on 12/27. Our security cameras show that the delivery driver didn't show up until around 10:30AM on that day, and the driver didn't get out of the vehicle let alone walk up to our door. We contacted the company we bought the item from, and they notified us that the person who accidentally received our package reached out to them and let them know what happened, so someone is lying. FedEx customer support has been of no help and they keep giving us the run around, we have to get the company we purchased from to deal with FedEx because they have more leverage than we do. How are you going to misdeliver a package and then straight up deny doing it? How are you going to lie to a customer when they have evidence that contradicts your story? Whenever I have the option to avoid using FedEx, I always take it, even if it does cost more. At least I can expect my package to actually arrive, and if it doesn't the issue will get resolved in a timely manner.

      Package delivered to the wrong house, next door. My house is clearly numbered on 2 sides. No excuse. Latest experience, Christmas gift was scheduled to arrive at my son's house. I the package was to be delivered at a time when they were going to be gone. Paid FEDEX $5.50 to reschedule the delivery. But no, they tried to deliver 3 times. 3 strikes, your out, you have to pick the package up. F U FEDEX. You are horrible and so is your customer service. If I have to use FEDEX for shipping, I will go elsewhere. You just lost that company my business and I will let everyone know, not that it's any secret that you guys are a horrible, irresponsible carrier.

      I live in an apartment building and everytime I am expecting a package, Fedex does not take it to my door. They leave it at the front of the building and now a $90 dresser is missing. It says it was delivered to my hand but when it was delivered I wasn't home, so it wasn't to my hand. People like to steal things and fedex doesn't make sure its to the right person. So now someone has my dresser because fedex is too lazy to take it to the apartment door!!!! Or leave a tag.

      My route driver is extremely lazy. 95% of the packages that were supposed to be delivered via FedEx are never attempted.The packages are addressed to me, NOT a business yet the driver never makes an attempt to ring my bell and always attempts to leave them with the business on the ground level. I have had to go to the depot or a pick up location several times to pick up my packages.Given the chance I'd never use FedEx again but some vendors only use them as a shipping option. Customer service is also extremely lacking. The calls are almost all sourced to a call location overseas and handled by foreigners with heavy accents who could careless about packages not being delivered.FedEx, you're terrible.

      Very disappointed delivery experience. I was supposed to have a mail delivery on 27th before 10:30AM via an overnight delivery. It has not been delivered on 31st at 4PM. I tried to file an online claim, which of course does not work. Customer service could only direct me to that non-working online claim.BTW, Fedex charges twice as much as **** for the same service.

      You depend on on time deliveries. You wait all day and do not receive package. No notification of when package will be delivered. Customer service are rude and inconsiderate. If I did not call customer service, I would not have known my package would not be delivered today. iMessage to state that the package would have been delivered Saturday, December 31 by end of business day and now I gotta wait until Tuesday. FedEx has no consideration on people taking off of work to wait for a package so that it is not sitting out in the rain , FedEx is the worst shipping company anybody could ever use. Ive never once got my package deliver on the day they claimed that would be delivered. All I get is a bunch of excuses from customer service, which is an overseas call center and you cant understand half the people that work there. You figure the price you pay for shipping using FedEx they were used in aa overseas call center and you cant understand half the people that work there.       I live in *********** ******. Every package I have received over the last 3, nearly 4 years has been either severely damaged, opened and retaped or just left opened and it usually arrives a week or more late. The only time I use fedex is when no other option on the website I'm ordering from is available or they don't disclose that the "flat rate shipping" is fedex. I have no idea why it's so hard for FedEx to be competent when every other shipping company manages just fine. I've tried contacting them and have never received any real help in the past. Now I've ordered a package of ammo online and it's missing 1 of my ammo boxes. So 20 rounds of ammo is just missing. They either lost or stole my ammo I had to pay for and pay shipping for. The box was ripped up and opened in 3 different spots. I've reported the package missing but haven't heard from fedex yet. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

      Package was due for delivery Friday at 9am to 11am status changed to pending left ***** and disappeared I guess. Use virtual assistant. May as well talked to myself. No real person and it don't help you anyways. Pointless. Will never use fedex again and will ************* how bad the service is. Do not use FedEx

      Absolutely agree with everything all of you are saying. FedEx is complete garbage and should be put out of business. How in the world do they have an A+ when their customer reviews and ratings are a 1.5 out of 5? Their customer service is the worst. They have no idea what's going on. Literally EVERY time a package comes through FedEx, it's a bare minimum 3 days late. I payed $30 extra shipping to get next day delivery, still took a week. And it shipped the same day I ordered. Waiting on another package now, and rather than just give honest and truthful information on their tracking app, just every day it says it will be delivered "today" by end of day. It's been saying that for a week. I'm sorry, but not sorry, f**k FedEx. If you have an option to not use them, DON'T. They are the literal worst shipping company out there.
